At Atelier KOTA in Kagurazaka, the dessert shop, my favorite is definitely Atelier KOTA's desserts. On this hot day, I had the perfect "Peach Parfait." At first, the piled cream on top was delightful, and just when I started to get tired of it, the juicy peach compote appeared! The spiced sorbet added a refreshing and pleasant touch, and when mixed with the ice cream, jelly, and red wine sauce below, it created a different texture and flavor. Although it's not made with fresh peaches, it still tastes delicious on its own or mixed together, which is the essence of a parfait. Starting in September, the Toranomon store will be offering a dessert course for a while, and I can't wait to try it! I wonder if I can make a reservation. Even though KOTA-san looks cool, he still greets customers with the same warm smile from behind the counter, making this one of the must-visit places for me!

After having a meal at "Ryuhou" in Kagurazaka, I stumbled upon "Atelier Kota Kagurazaka Store" while wandering around the back streets. Since it was late, there were only a few options available. I decided to take out a Mont Blanc (680 yen) and a Classic (680 yen) based on the high ratings on Tabelog. The Mont Blanc was smaller in size and had a tart-like texture, with a decent but not particularly rich flavor. The Classic was a chocolate cake with a high cocoa content, resulting in a strong acidity that I didn't particularly enjoy. As a 60-year-old man who has only eaten cakes from places like Chateraise and Cozy Corner, my opinion may not be representative. It might be more suitable for those with a more refined taste palate, especially women accustomed to trendy restaurants. By the way, there is also a store in Toranomon.

★3.8【FILE 1428】2023/09/20 (Wednesday) 11:55 Visited a patisserie that opened in March 2012, 11 years and 6 months ago, on the first floor of a building just off Kagurazaka Street in Kagurazaka. There are two sister stores, Atelier Cota Kagurazaka Store opened in March 2012 and Atelier Cota Toranomon Store opened in June 2020. This was my 11th visit in 5 years and 6 months. The interior of the store has a stylish atmosphere with white as the main color. Inside, there is a sales corner right in front, a counter with 7 seats in the back in an L-shape, two tables with 2 seats each on the right, and two tables with 2 seats in the middle left, making it cozy. There were no other customers when I visited. Throughout my visit, there were no other customers, and it felt like a private experience. The service provided by the two female staff members was polite and efficient. The menu includes: ◆Kagurazaka Store ・Pistachio and Apricot Parfait 1700 yen (tax included) ・Kagurazaka Limited Chocolate Parfait 1700 yen (tax included) ・Chestnut Pancake 1700 yen (tax included) ◆Toranomon Store ・Pistachio and Raspberry Parfait 1700 yen (tax included) ・Toranomon Limited Chocolate Parfait 1700 yen (tax included) ・Crepes Suzette 1300 yen (tax included) ◆Available at Kagurazaka and Toranomon Stores ・Mont Blanc Cassis 1700 yen (tax included) ・Pear Parfait 1900 yen (tax included) ・Shine Muscat Glass Rose 1700 yen (tax included) I ordered the Pistachio and Apricot Parfait for 1700 yen. The parfait was served 8 minutes after ordering. The parfait was Pistachio and Apricot, served in a clear glass with red wine jelly, apricot pulp, pistachio cream, pistachio ice cream, pistachio crunch toppings, and a long candy decoration on top. The combination of the rich taste of pistachio with the depth of the red wine jelly and the sweet and sourness of the apricot was delicious. The atmosphere of the store, with its stylish white color scheme, was very pleasant. Various cashless payment options were available at the checkout. The Pistachio and Apricot Parfait for 1700 yen was very delicious with the combination of the depth of the red wine jelly, the sweet and sourness of the apricot, and the rich taste of pistachio.

This is a dessert shop that has been featured on TV and I've always wanted to visit. The fruits used in the desserts change with the seasons, so the menu also changes. This time, I ordered Mont Blanc Cassis and Muscat Glass Rose. Each dessert uses champagne or wine, so be careful if you're sensitive to alcohol. The shop is small and can only accommodate a limited number of people, so there is often a wait. Especially at the counter seats, you can watch the pastry chefs at work. The cakes can also be taken out, and many people come specifically to buy them.

Counter desserts are available at Atelier Kota, and I finally got to go there! I didn't have many chances to visit Kagurazaka, so I saved it on my list and on Tabelog, and finally made it there ❤️ I chose the "Mont Blanc Cassis" for 1590 yen. The reason was because it was listed as a popular item on the menu, and I always like trying popular items at a new place. It's autumn, so I felt like watching it being made at the counter would make it taste even better. The combination of cassis and mont blanc was really good, not too heavy, and the cassis acidity balanced it out perfectly. It was easy to eat and delicious ❤️❤️

Counter deserts. I had always wanted to go there, so I went on a weekday afternoon! I was feeling a bit full, so I opted for a small dessert. The combination of pistachio and apricot with the refreshing sherbet was incredible. The crunch chocolate and tuile were also delicious. ¥1,100 It was definitely worth trying! On September 9th (Saturday), I was searching for a birthday cake to purchase. The birthday person has specific preferences, so I spent an hour looking for a cake that would meet those preferences. Before I knew it, it was already past 4 pm and I found myself near Kagurazaka. I remembered Atelier Kota and decided to take a chance by visiting the shop, even though their closing time was at 5 pm. To my surprise, they still had a whole-sized white shortcake available for sale. Since it was already late, the only other options were custard pudding for 450 yen and classic chocolate cake for 630 yen. I decided to purchase the 4-size shortcake for 2700 yen without making a reservation, and it felt like a miracle that it was still available. The shop also offers various baked goods and a "Dessert Kitchen" section where you can enjoy desserts made in the kitchen counter. The shop seemed quite popular, with many customers enjoying desserts alone at the counter. As for the shortcake I purchased, it was incredibly fluffy just by inserting a knife. The cream did not stick at all, and it was cleanly cut in half with a warm knife. The whipped cream art may seem common, but the smoothness of the cream was exquisite and melted in the mouth. The sponge itself was not overly sweet, making it easy to enjoy. The strawberries on top were firm and of high quality. Thanks to this, I enjoyed this not overly sweet cake, and the birthday person was delighted. I am glad I chose this cake! Next time, I would like to try dining in the shop. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Atelier Cota @ Kagurazaka Mont Blanc was a shop that caught my eye with its beautiful visuals. My husband had to go to Kagurazaka for work, so I asked him to buy some for me. The items purchased are as follows:
- Mont Blanc: The visual did not disappoint. It was beautiful. I was expecting a very small size, but it was not as small as I thought, so I was lucky. The chestnut cream inside tasted like real chestnuts. The gentle chestnut flavor was elegant and very delicious.
- Shortcake: The sponge was light. The strawberries were a bit tart, but they harmonized well with the sponge and cream, creating a good balance. Thanks to this, I didn't feel overwhelmed and enjoyed it until the end! According to my husband, it didn't seem crowded at all. Visiting on a weekday morning is recommended. Next time, I'll try a different cake!!

I visited around 17:15 on a weekday, and they seemed to only offer takeout during that time. They had a few baked goods, but only Mont Blanc, the one in the photo, and rum balls for cakes. I tried the blue apple jelly cheesecake. The jelly had spilled a bit in the box, which was a bit disappointing, but that was the only downside. The taste was delicious. The combination of blue apple and cheese was unique, and the cheesecake was refreshing with just the right balance of sweetness. I would like to visit again.

It's a popular restaurant, but I was able to easily get a seat just after lunch on a weekday. The cake set was exactly 1,000 yen. I chose the Mont Blanc and iced coffee. The level of the Mont Blanc was incredibly high... The taste of the chestnut was solid, and the layers of cream were luxurious! The swirl of chestnut cream on the surface is also artistic, right? Inside the tart, there is a moist sponge soaked in syrup, and compared to the cheap tarts you can buy at coffee chains, it would be disrespectful, as there are no signs of the common "dry tart phenomenon." The tart is crispy like a tart should be, and the sponge is dense like a cake when combined with the cream... I thought the division of roles was wonderful.

The dessert shop is fantastic. I ordered a peach parfait and the layers of ice cream, fruits, and candy decoration on top provided a sophisticated taste and a sense of luxury. The staff at the shop were friendly and the service was great, making it a place where even a man dining alone can enjoy.

After having lunch, I came to this dessert shop known for its top 100 sweets. I wanted to order the Shine Muscat glass rosé, but they asked if the alcohol content was okay since I drove here, so I opted for the peach parfait instead. It also had a small amount of alcohol, but it seemed fine. I also ordered an iced coffee. It's quite difficult to eat without spilling, but the changing flavors one after another made it interesting, and I managed to finish it without getting tired of it. It didn't taste like alcohol at all, so that was fine. Let's try another place. Thank you for the meal.

I stumbled upon this place after coming back from the gym and finding out that the bistro I wanted to go to was sold out. I first discovered "Atelier Cohta" about 7 years ago when I was out for a walk after enjoying a delicious French meal at a nearby restaurant called "L'atras." The place has a stylish vibe, and I remember seeing it and thinking how I wish I had been posting on food review sites back then. The parfait I had at the Toranomon Hills location was so beautiful and delicious that I had to visit the main store. Luckily, I arrived around 1:30 and was able to get a seat without having to wait in line. The humidity was intense, so I couldn't handle a full-size parfait, but the two-thirds size was just right. I decided to try the Mont Blanc Cassis Parfait for 1000 yen, which was filled with chestnut cream, rum ice cream, caramel sauce, cassis granita, dried meringue, cinnamon, and tart. It was amazing as always, with the sweet chestnut cream pairing well with the refreshing cassis. Personally, I really enjoyed the rum ice cream. I can only imagine how many extra calories I consumed with this treat.

I had plans near Iidabashi, so I decided to try my luck and go there. Luckily, I was seated right away without waiting. I was hesitant, but I decided to order the peach parfait, which seemed perfect for the current season. It was fun to see the beautiful parfait being made right in front of me. The parfait had layers of yogurt mousse, peach compote, and spiced ice cream under a generous amount of whipped cream, allowing me to enjoy a variety of flavors from start to finish. I am curious about their other sweets, so I would like to go back again.

During the Bon Festival on a Monday around 3:30 pm, I casually stopped by for takeout after a long time. The restaurant was almost full, but I could have sat at the counter if I was alone. Truly a popular place! I was intrigued by the mango pudding in the showcase, so I purchased it for 490 yen. I ate it at the nearby Hakugin Park. The mango was sweet but not too sweet, just perfect. I've never had cheesecake here, so I'll try that next time. Thank you for the meal! I will definitely go back again. ^ ^

I visited the restaurant around noon on a weekday during summer vacation. There was only one group of customers inside, so I was quickly seated at the counter. I had narrowed down a few menu items I wanted to try beforehand, but I ended up having a hard time deciding on my final order. I love chocolate, pistachio, and Mont Blanc, so it was a tough choice. I ended up ordering the Mont Blanc Cassis for 1,590 yen, which includes chestnut cream, rum ice cream, cassis granita, dried meringue, caramel sauce, tart, and cinnamon. It contains a small amount of alcohol, so please be aware. I could see the plating process at the counter, so I could see what was in it and enjoy the individual flavors before eating. Watching the Mont Blanc being piped out in front of me heightened my anticipation. The dessert had a beautiful visual presentation, but I was advised to eat it by gradually breaking it down. I tried the granita, chestnut cream, and rum ice cream individually, and each was delicious enough to stand on its own. The chestnut cream was incredibly rich, and the rum ice cream had a sophisticated flavor that was delicious. Even the meringue was tastier than at other places. Mixing them together revealed a different taste profile. It was one of the best desserts I've had recently! The quality was outstanding! It was so delicious that I have high expectations for other items on the menu. Next time, I want to try the Kagurazaka-exclusive chocolate parfait that I hesitated on ordering last time. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Atelier Kota Kagurazaka is a cute cake shop in Kagurazaka, Tokyo. I tried their shortcake and rum ball. The whipped cream was light and the sweetness was subtle, making it suitable for adults. The shortcake was elegant and delicious. The rum ball was unique and also aimed at adults. This patisserie has a refined taste that stands out. They also offer baked goods with a touch of liquor. It was a delightful experience. Thank you for the meal.

Visited the place for the first time to adjust the timing. Located about 20 meters from the main street of Kagurazaka, it is a roadside shop. Luckily, there was a seat available, so I entered at 3:15 to have a snack. The setup includes an L-shaped counter with 8 seats and 3 tables with 2 seats each. I ordered:
- Peach parfait for 800 yen
- Sparkling wine for 1900 yen
The peach parfait contained peach compote, peach sherbet, yogurt, meringue, and candy, but the fruit itself felt mediocre and ordinary. I think restaurants or bars that use higher quality fruits would provide a better experience. I was hoping for a peach Bellini in my mouth, but it was a disappointment.

I visited in the early afternoon. The cafe was full and there was a line of about 5 people for takeout, so I waited for about 15 minutes. I ordered Mont Blanc and chocolate cake. When I got home, both of them were very elegant in taste! The Mont Blanc had a strong chestnut flavor and just the right amount of sweetness! The chocolate cake also had a good balance of cream and chocolate, and was very delicious! I would like to try other cakes and pastries as well.
