I went to a cake shop in Higashi Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture. The Premium Rare Cheesecake with strawberries was a bit sweet, and the blueberries at the bottom were sweet and sour, which paired well with the rich cheese flavor and was delicious. The sponge cake on the side and the pie crust at the bottom were crispy and had just the right amount of hardness, making it easy to eat. The chocolate cake had a rich chocolate flavor that was deep but not too sweet, and the truffle on top had a fragrant almond flavor and a light chocolate taste, which was tasty. The Daifuku Cake had soft mochi inside with sponge cake, whipped cream, and fresh fruits (pineapple, strawberry, persimmon), and although it was a bit sweet, it offered a variety of flavors and was delicious. The apple pie had a crispy crust, a slightly sweet honey glaze on top, and plenty of large candied apples inside, providing a crunchy texture with a hint of cinnamon, which was tasty. The shop is not very big, but they offer a wide variety of cakes. They also sell baked goods, which are perfect for souvenirs. The cakes are large and reasonably priced, so you might end up buying too many without realizing it. The staff at the shop are very polite, making you want to go back to buy more. It's a very conscientious shop that I really like. If I'm in the area, I would definitely want to go back to buy more. My wife was also satisfied. By the way, once you eat the cakes here, you'll be unable to escape the deliciousness in an instant. Patisserie Grace Jiu-Jitsu! (laughs) Those who like martial arts will understand.
