I purchased a lucky bag from Kakitane Kitchen, which I love so much. I forgot to take a photo of the contents, but they were delicious and became my favorite. I bought this lucky bag at the beginning of the year. I also like putting my favorite Kakitane in a transparent plastic cup that looks like an iced coffee cup. They have a great selection of rice crackers, which are perfect as snacks and are so addictive. I bought mine at Grande Duo Tachikawa store, but they are also available in department stores and major city station buildings. Highly recommended as a gift.

A friend introduced me to this shop. I've been there a few times, but this is my first post. As the name suggests, they sell various flavors of kaki no tane (small spicy rice crackers), and they are all delicious. You can mix and match your favorite flavors in a cup like a mixed juice. It's great as a snack with alcohol, and it's addictive. Since it's not sold in many places, I highly recommend it when you're in Tachikawa. It's located in Ekisuto, but it's on the same floor as the station building's ticket gate, so it's easy to stop by. I think there was also a shop in Nihonbashi in Tokyo. Both locations are not close to my home, so I stock up when I'm nearby. Please give it a try!

On this day, I received this kind of snacks as a gift! [Tachikawa @ Kakinone Kitchen Grand Duo Tachikawa store <Sansho and Soy sauce> / Package] Ta-da! This is how it looks... The specialty store of persimmon seeds [Kakinone Kitchen] has been reborn with even more deliciousness in addition to the fun. You can enjoy a carefully crafted and solid taste that focuses on the three flavors of "cheese, soy sauce, and seafood". Gift products are also newly available. Please come and visit the evolved Kakinone Kitchen. [Product lineup / gift] "Sweet soy sauce followed by spicy", "Luxurious cheese", "Seafood-style salt sauce", "Sansho and soy sauce", and "Shrimp mayonnaise flavor", five flavors are packed in individual packages for you to enjoy. [Flavor introduction / Sansho and soy sauce] The main character is Sansho, "Biriri" rushes through the tongue, I want everyone to feel the tingling sensation... We emphasized Sansho in that way. The base sweet soy sauce enhances the spiciness of Sansho, and the strong stimulus on the tongue is not "spicy" but "tingling", making Sansho the main character of the flavor. The carefully selected flavor that stands out as the main ingredient is, of course, the Sansho from "Shichimiya Honpo", a 360-year-old long-established store on the approach to Kiyomizu Temple in Kyoto. First, a refreshing aroma, and then a vibrant spiciness that is the key. The overlap with the sweetness and richness of the soy sauce base makes it reminiscent of grilled eel, which is also a delightful aspect. This tingling spiciness and refreshing flavor unique to Sansho, which can be the main character, are perfect companions for sake or shochu. If you want to enjoy a special drink at home, or if you want to give it to someone who loves alcohol, this flavor, which enhances the special feeling with high-quality ingredients, is a must-have item. That's it. Excerpted from the manufacturer's official website... I didn't know there was a specialty store for persimmon seeds... I'm very interested in this gift because I love persimmon seeds! *I'm a fan of Kameda Seika, though... haha [Tachikawa @ Kakinone Kitchen Grand Duo Tachikawa store <Seafood-style salt sauce> / Package] Ta-da! This is how it looks... Isn't the fishy smell of seafood unpleasant? A popular flavor packed with the umami of seafood. Actually, at the time of development... we were concerned about the fishy smell of seafood, even though we brought out the umami of seafood. The one that solved this problem in one shot was sesame oil. The fishy smell disappears, creating an impressive balance. Each grain is packed with the umami of seafood. The image of this flavor is "Scallop-flavored seafood yakisoba". The powerful umami of seafood + the addictive salt sauce flavor, a combination of the best parts. The key player that made this flavor possible is Kuki Taihaku pure sesame oil. It is colorless and odorless because it is pressed at low temperature without roasting sesame seeds, and has an elegant taste that brings out the original taste of sesame seeds. The fishy smell unique to seafood disappears smoothly, and the flavor is further enhanced. Another key player that supports seafood and salt sauce flavor with beer in a glass is spicy black pepper. This accent makes it an excellent match with alcohol. This flavor "Seafood-style salt sauce" is a special snack for such moments. Pour beer into your favorite glass and relax with a relaxing moment. That's it. Excerpted from the manufacturer's official website... It seems that there are many reliable persimmon seed flavors... It must be a perfect souvenir for me... haha [Tachikawa @ Kakinone Kitchen Grand Duo Tachikawa store <Luxurious cheese> / Package] Ta-da! This is how it looks... Kameda's Kaki no Tane has a thinner and slightly larger shell compared to what I usually eat, with more air pockets. Asupara mayo really tastes like that! Maybe because I'm used to it, I prefer the slightly harder texture of Kameda or Niigata's Kaki no Tane. I initially thought it was a snack, and it doesn't really have a rice cracker feel. Thank you for giving me lots of samples to try! Thank you for the meal!

When it comes to Kaki no Tane (persimmon seeds), I think of the famous Kaki no Tane snacks from Kameda Seika. Those are a bit spicy and contain peanuts, right? However, this one doesn't have peanuts and comes in assorted flavors. The cheese flavor was particularly memorable for me, as I love cheese. The texture is soft and crispy, with just the right amount of salt to keep you coming back for more. Not too spicy, so it's perfect for kids' snacks. If you're looking for a snack to go with drinks, it would go well with shochu rather than beer. Personally, I really like it and would definitely use it again if I have the chance.

The first floor of Grande Duo has been renovated and seems to have been significantly upgraded, so I was looking forward to visiting! Today is Newquick's "Quick Day (every 9th, 19th, 29th of the month)." If you spend over 1,500 yen and display your receipt, the first 50 customers will receive a pack of eggs. Whenever my partner is working and I have the day off, I usually receive orders to do something. (Bitter smile) Along the way, I found this place where they offer various flavors of kaki no tane. They sell cups by weight, and you can choose 3 varieties for around 300 yen per cup, which is convenient and enjoyable. I usually don't spend much on snacks since they are considered personal spending in our household budget, but at this price, I can afford it! I purchased some right away. I asked the staff for recommendations, but the customer who bought a different flavor was not very pleasant. "Well then, don't ask." I mentally retorted to myself. (Reflecting) I'm sorry. The flavors I tried were: seafood-style salt sauce, sansho pepper and soy sauce, and Japanese-style dashi curry; sold by weight at 280 yen per cup. The shelf life is about a week. One cup is quite a lot for one person to finish, but I enjoyed it with various types of alcohol – beer, shochu (I make sure to hide the label when storing it), red wine, and sake. It goes well with almost any type of alcohol, and the variety of flavors and the slightly larger size of the kaki no tane make it quite impactful. It would make a great gift for a drinking party. I received it this time, and I realized that having only kaki no tane can get a bit monotonous and boring. I regret not adding some peanuts. The classic combination of peanuts and kaki no tane is unbeatable. (Laughs) I'm likely to use this place again in the future. Thank you for the meal!

Frequency of use: First payment: Gifted food menu ◎ Cheese in Kakitane Truffle Salt ¥Ask Good points: New sensation of Kakitane Bad points: It disappears in an instant Other notes: There are 22 directly operated stores in Japan Impressions This is the 5th edition of the Ha Food Gathering. The popular reviewer as a derailment accident reviewer, the dandy gentleman CC, gave me the Cheese in Kakitane Truffle Salt from Kakitane Kitchen. Kakitane Kitchen is Japan's first specialized store for Kakitane operated by the Yosu Group, well-known for its rice crackers. They have directly operated stores in department stores nationwide. I later tasted the Cheese in Kakitane. It is made with salt from Guérande and black truffles from Piedmont. A rich cheese flavor in a fluffy snack-like dough. This is addictive. There are 8 bags in a pack, but I opened them all right away. By the way, Kakitane is... When a manufacturer used a rectangular mold for making rice crackers and it got distorted, they made rice crackers with that mold, which resembled Kakitane seeds, hence the name Kakitane. (This is an homage to CC's derailment accident review. It is not a copy) Thank you for the meal. I want to try various flavors now. Thank you, CC.

I was invited to the Hachikui-kai off-meeting, a gathering for those who love Hachioji, by the respected CC from Tachikawa. The next day, I tried the snack they gave me. I exclaimed, "Wow, this is delicious!" and my friend overheard, so they came over and tried some too. My friend said, "It's tasty!" Inside the persimmon seeds, there was a rich cheese filling. When you bite into it, you transition from the crispy persimmon seed to the moist cheese, which works really well. The addition of truffle salt adds a luxurious touch. It was delicious! *\(^o^)/*

Received from the Footprint Leaving Squad MYF \(^o^\) /, who love Kaki no Tane (a type of Japanese snack), but none of my relatives have ever tasted it despite it being a topic of conversation. I never imagined I would encounter it in this form \(TT\). The "Teriyaki Mayonnaise" Kaki no Tane features large pieces coated in sauce. It has a sweet taste that you can imagine, but my son \(^o^\) said, "Oh, this is for adults!" I wonder what he meant by that? \(^o^\) ===========
