I came to Namba on a holiday for a little errand. After finishing my business, I thought about going home, but since I was already in Minami, I decided to stop by a nearby station to have a light drink. The place I stopped by was "LOGIC Namba Store." This restaurant is a chain of Italian trattoria & bar operated by Oizumi Foods Co., Ltd. They have multiple stores in Osaka, including in Kita and Minami. The Namba store is located in the back street. I entered the store at 6:53 PM. The seating at this store includes 9 counter seats near the entrance, 6 counter seats in front of the kitchen, 4 two-person tables, and 2 four-person round tables, as well as 2 two-person barrel tables partially outside. At that time, there were 14 customers in total, mostly pairs, so there were still plenty of available seats, but it seemed like many seats were reserved as well. In addition, there are seats on the second floor, mostly for reserved customers, but I didn't check how many seats were available there. I was seated at one of the barrel tables. The reason I entered this store today was because they offer a Happy Hour from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM even on weekends and holidays! I saw a blackboard outside the store with this information, and I couldn't resist entering. Happy Hour on weekdays is from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, which is quite a long time. So, before Happy Hour ended, I quickly placed my order. Here are the two items I ordered during Happy Hour:
1. "Charge" ¥300: The charge included an appetizer of Italian bacon called "Pancetta."
2. "Highball" ¥290 (Happy Hour price, normally ¥380): The drink options during Happy Hour were Highball, draft beer, sparkling wine, Sangria (red/white), and soft drinks.
3. "Margherita" ¥500 (Happy Hour price, normally ¥1,280): The Margherita pizza included tomato sauce, mozzarella cheese, and arugula, with olive oil drizzled around the edges.
The pizza had a slightly raised crust, and the tomato sauce was slightly tangy, while the mozzarella was a bit heavy. It was a simple and satisfying pizza. I also ordered the "Assorted Appetizers" ¥580, which included four antipasto dishes. Overall, the food was enjoyable, but some dishes could have been improved with a bit more seasoning.
