Kobe-based restaurant group, Tana Group, has relocated and renewed its Italian cuisine restaurant on the 7th floor of Grand Front Osaka South Building. Their signature menu item, pizza baked in a 400°C oven, along with seafood dishes and pasta made with seasonal ingredients are available. The Pasta Course (1980 yen) includes an appetizer platter, salad, homemade focaccia bread, and a choice of pasta. The appetizer platter includes green beans stewed in tomato, grilled eggplant marinated in mint, herb and breadcrumb baked mussels, freshly baked frittata, prosciutto and melon, and fresh fish carpaccio. For the pasta, we chose the "Conger Eel and Shishito Pepper Aglio Olio" with a basil pesto accent. Tana Group also operates Mia Stand (Western food) and Mia Kitchen, among other establishments in the Umeda area.

We visited the restaurant for lunch with our family. We ordered ① Margherita Pizza (single item) ② Pasta Course ③ Kids Pizza Pasta Course. The Pasta Course included a lunch appetizer platter, a choice of soup or salad (we chose salad), homemade focaccia bread made with milk, and crab in aurora sauce. The staff's service was good. The pizza and pasta were decently tasty. However, the focaccia bread that came with the course was not good at all. It was said to be homemade, so it definitely needs some improvement.

The crab pasta was too salty, and both I and my companion were surprised by the strong flavor. The appetizers were also a bit on the salty side. The pizza was delicious though. The service was a bit lacking as the server didn't clear our empty plates before bringing out the next dishes. The table was small for two people, and there wasn't enough space for all the dishes. The lack of finger bowls and only two small towels for a table of two was also disappointing. Considering the price of over 2000 yen for lunch, I expected better in terms of taste and service. It was a bit of a letdown for a date.

I made a reservation with my child and the staff were very kind, and the food was delicious! There was also pizza for kids, and my daughter was thrilled! The lunch had tasty appetizers and the pizza and pasta were also delicious. Those without reservations had to wait, so I'm glad I made a reservation!
