Hello, it's a leisurely drinker. Today, I felt like having whiskey after a long time, so I enjoyed it. It feels like it's been a while since I drank properly since the Whiskey Festival. The first drink was a cocktail, a Bloody Mary Pepper, with a soft and gentle flavor. Familiar taste. The fourth one is from Akkeshi (release number 5, getting tastier every year). I prefer the third one. It's a Kilchoman 10-year-old maltman release from Shinano-ya. The contents are said to be from Ardbeg. Here are just my thoughts. Rich color, sherry, clean finish. When you add water, a sweet honey-like flavor comes out and it's delicious. Glen Keith 21-year-old Old Particular Lemon Pomade. Fettercairn 20-year-old Signatory (forgot to take a picture, boo-hoo). Personally, I found this one tasty and had another glass. It tastes like the surface of sweet rice cakes, powdery. Like the surface of a rice cracker. Like Peko-chan's Milky Bar (candy), sweet but a bit heavy. Three glasses seemed like too much, so I stopped. Thanks for the meal!

Hello, it's Nonbiri Sake. I made a mistake thinking that the bar is closed on Tuesdays when the master is not around. I apologize for that. Today, we had two very young customers, only twenty years old, visiting the bar. It was touching to see them muster the courage to come to a bar even though they are not familiar with alcohol. We started with a Gimlet, as usual, and then moved on to the Smokey series. The Smokey Manhattan was made a bit milder for the young customers, but it was still enjoyable. I had a few other drinks throughout the night, and towards the end, I asked for something different, and got a Penicillin. It was served in a rocks glass with a drop of Laphroaig on top. It was strong and had a strong Smokey flavor, but it was surprisingly delicious. It was a night where I discovered a new favorite cocktail. Thank you for the great meal.

Hello, I'm a leisurely drinker. I went to the bar when the date changed, but the master was off. Sad (ノД`) However, the bartender S-san is also a representative of Blue Moon. He's not always there on Wednesdays, so it's better to call before going. He mentioned having meetings or something. I wanted to drink, but oh well. It wasn't actually Wednesday though. S-san's cocktails have a favorite cocktail for me. It's a rum-based short cocktail that won a competition. But the liqueur used as an ingredient is apparently discontinued, making it an endangered species cocktail. I would cry if it disappeared, so I'll keep the cocktail name hidden. Please go and try it. It's delicious (*´д`*) The Manhattan was good, but I wanted a more assassin-like flavor. I prefer Martinis. Delicious. The olives are on the side. I recently had a dilemma with the Sidecar and asked for a refill with a tea strainer. Hmm, gentle. I was recommended this one and tried it. The Tsarine (Empress) cocktail was my first time trying it, but this is it, this is it!! Delicious. I want a Sidecar this strong. Problem solved instantly. (・∀・) I got drunk again tonight, but I'm okay with lalilulelo. I want to drink Tsarine again next time. Thank you for the meal. (・∀・)

Frequency has dropped, but this place is a must. The shop that expanded my knowledge of cocktails. Gin and tonic and others just can't compare, it's amazingly delicious. The clear taste is always outstanding. The Horse's Neck Master is perfect. Always hits the spot. Thank you for always being so consistent. Moving on to whiskey now. Shinanoya Private Bottle 10th Anniversary Glenfarclas 1991-2016. A matured image of red meat melon, not fruity but heavy. So good. Should have had another drink!

Hello, I'm a leisurely drinker. This time, I came back to Bloom Moon to try the Society Alan 1999 distilled 16-year-old bourbon cask. The aroma is sour fruit-like, similar to plums or kumquats, with a grapefruit-like scent, but not sweet. The taste is banana-like with a hint of vanilla, though it's a bit limited. It's to my liking, so I want to try it again when I come back next time, as I haven't had much of it yet.

This place is located on the 2nd floor of the First Building in 3-cho 2-jyo, Atsubetsu Chuo, and has a vibe similar to Hibarigaoka. To find the exact location, please check the map on Tabelog as usual. I've been curious about this place for a while, especially since the female bartender here won the title of Japan's best bartender. So, I finally visited the restaurant for the first time. I took the subway from Susukino to Hibarigaoka Station on the Tozai Line, then walked about 5 minutes to the building where the restaurant is located. I entered the restaurant on the 2nd floor and found it almost full, but managed to get a table for two initially. I ordered the special summer cocktail, the "Blue Moon Mojito," which arrived in about 4-5 minutes. It had a light mint and lime flavor, which I personally felt could have been a bit stronger. Next, I tried the chilled potato soup, which had a slightly rough texture but a good salty taste. I then ordered a Margarita, followed by a Martini. Both cocktails had a subtle, mature flavor. The bartender, who won the award, made all the cocktails I ordered, and they all had a feminine touch to them. This restaurant also offers cigars, so be aware if you are sensitive to strong cigar smoke or smell. I realized later that I missed ordering the award-winning cocktail, the "Ron Bail," so I definitely want to try it next time, along with the flaming Mexican coffee made by the owner.

Blue Moon [Location] 2-3 Atsubetsu Chuo, First Building 2F. Just tell the taxi driver this and they will know. 5 minutes walk from Hibarigaoka Subway Station. [Staff] Master, one female bartender. Revisit (November 2014) The only solidly authentic bar nearby. It's a comfortable and cozy place. The interior has about 8 counter seats and space for about 4 people in box seats. It's not very spacious, but the dim lighting creates a nice atmosphere. Whether you're alone, with friends, or on a date, it's a versatile place. They mainly offer whiskey, as well as cigars, and a variety of cocktails from standard to fruit-based and homemade. Even the standard cocktails are well-crafted and delicious. This time, I had a Gin and Tonic, followed by their homemade Moscow Mule with ginger beer. The Moscow Mule had a great ginger flavor and aroma, I really liked it. I didn't take photos, but I also recommend their frothy Grasshopper. It has a soft and smooth taste that you can only find here. Every cocktail has a special touch and it's fun to watch. They also have seasonal limited edition cocktails. I got a bit hungry, so I tried their recently added hot sandwich with smoked spam and cheese. It comes with arugula and olive oil drizzle. It's quite filling, so you won't need to order more. It seems like most customers come here for whiskey rather than cocktails. You can see many whiskey bottles lined up inside the bar.

I stayed in Shin Sapporo for the first night to visit a fatefully discovered restaurant through an image search on the internet. I entered a building and cautiously opened the door to find a bar with a great atmosphere. The master and a female bartender were running the place. I finally got to enjoy a delicious original cocktail in a beautiful champagne flute. I lost count of how many short, long, and hot drinks I had, but even as a woman alone, I felt comfortable and received just the right amount of service to have a great time. It was worth staying in Shin Sapporo. I highly recommend this place for those who love beautiful cocktails. (By the way, since it was late at night in the middle of winter, I took a taxi back. It's about a 5-minute ride to Shin Sapporo Station. Taxis were waiting outside the building with many bars, which was very convenient!)

[Late January 23rd] Revisited ********** with my like-minded friends after a night of drinking in Susukino. Of course, we ended up here again. Tonight, we decided to try the Master's recommendation, a highball with Dewar's White Label. Dewar's is considered a big brand in America when it comes to Scotch. Its light taste is perfect for a highball. For the second drink, we had Craigellachie 12 Year. It is known for its rich aroma, depth, and soft palate, representing a Speyside malt whisky. [October 22nd, 22] Revisited ********** for a quick stop. Today, I went with Macallan 12 Year. While enjoying a creamed edamame soup and bread, I finished about three glasses and it's time to head back. This bar is a rare find in this area, offering a wide selection of malts and cocktails. [June 7th, 22] First time here **********. After exchanging greetings, I started with Highland Park on the rocks. Its unique smoky flavor and honey-like sweetness make it a delightful experience. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a photo of my drink again. By the way, I had a cold pumpkin soup and bread as my accompaniment. Next, I tried Hazelburn 12 Year. Made from malted barley without peat, this malt from the Lowlands is light, smooth, and easy to pair with food. We chatted about cigars, cooperated in taking photos, requested the return of raisin butter, and I want to thank the Master for a great time.
