After getting full at the buffet, I went downstairs and found a shop selling cakes that I had been watching the pastry chef make. I bought a custard pudding and a Mont Blanc to go. The custard pudding was firm and the Mont Blanc had a classic taste.

After a long day at work, I decided to buy a cake on my way home. I found a lovely shop with a nice selection of cakes. They had strawberry berry tart, strawberry shortcake, and cherry blossom cakes priced from 650 to 890 yen, which is a bit expensive. The staff seemed a bit unfriendly, not even asking how long I needed the cake for takeaway. They included one ice pack inside. Well, the taste is subjective, but in my opinion, it was just average. It's tricky to judge. Overall, it was an okay experience.

Cake shop inside Art Hotel Osaka Bay Tower. There is also a cafe attached, but decided to take out and enjoy in the hotel room. Got the Sachertorte for ¥600, Levians for ¥650, Berry Tart for ¥780, and Goddess Cream Puff for ¥550. All of them were delicious with just the right amount of sweetness! Definitely a cake shop I would love to visit if I lived nearby.

There was a cake shop inside the hotel where I was staying. There were many beautiful cakes on display, but I chose a pink cream puff. It looked really nice with the pink cream. The cream puff was filled with lots of ingredients, which made it a bit difficult to eat. However, since I was indoors and could wash my hands right away, it was not a problem. These cakes look so beautiful that it would be great to buy a whole cake and serve it at a home party.
