On this day, I visited the Tokyo Kyobashi-Nihonbashi-Mitsukoshi area. The prolonged lifestyle changes due to the new coronavirus have greatly affected food and beverage establishments, forcing many to change their business operations. With requests for shortened hours, night businesses have become difficult, and the serving of alcohol has become stricter. Some places have had to stop operations altogether, while others have switched to mainly online sales. Some have expanded their takeout services. Amidst this situation, bakeries and patisseries that were already focused on takeout have thrived. However, restaurants for lunch or dinner have struggled. But there are some places that have remained unchanged, like "Kyobashiya Curry". This place has been operating as a takeout-only shop since before the coronavirus outbreak. You can place orders by phone or official LINE, with same-day service available. I ordered by phone and was greeted by the wife, who provided incredibly polite and hospitable service. The food was delicious, including three types of curry with additional rice and quail eggs. The curries were flavorful and well-spiced, using high-quality ingredients. The total cost was a bit high for curry, but the quality definitely justified it. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience.

I went to Kyobashiya Curry in Tokyo. I ordered the beef curry, which is the signature dish of the restaurant. The curry was rich and the balance of spices was perfect, with a strong umami flavor from the meat. The staff were also very polite and made the dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

The set of three curries (Keema, Tokiye, Date Chicken Spicy) costs 2,800 yen. It may seem slightly expensive, but the curry roux is enough for 2.5 servings, so it can be stretched to serve two people with extra rice. The Date Chicken curry is spicy and makes you sweat, but it is flavorful. Tokiye is a curry made with shrimp broth, while Keema is just average. The salad, although not pictured, is delicious. Personally, I prefer the curries from Delhi or Nile Restaurant. Despite the high ratings, this place felt a bit underwhelming. I would definitely reorder the Date Chicken Spicy curry. They also offer frozen delivery.

I would definitely like to visit again.

I went to Kyobashiya Curry in Tokyo. As soon as I entered the restaurant, a fragrant aroma of spices spread, stimulating my appetite. I ordered the beef curry, which is the signature menu of the restaurant. The curry sauce was rich and perfectly balanced with spices, and I could taste the savory flavor of the meat. The salad and pickles that came with the curry were refreshing with just the right amount of acidity and crunch, complementing the curry perfectly. The staff were also very polite and made the dining experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this place.

I had been curious about Kyobashiya for a while, so I made a reservation for two types of curry through their official LINE account two days ago! I tried the Tokie Curry first, and the spices spread throughout my mouth, enhancing the flavor of the rice and curry. The way the rice was cooked was exquisite. My husband, who is a rice master, really appreciated the attention to detail. Then, I tried the Keema Curry, which had a great balance of meat umami and curry spices that made the rice even more delicious! It might be the best curry I've ever had in a bento box! I hope I can buy it again before taking the Shinkansen or in the future.

Twin curry keema and Tokie curry keema with 10 types of herbs & spices and 21 types of herbs & spices. A curry that spice lovers must try. The complex spices blend together, creating a surprisingly balanced and delicious flavor. It's addictive!

Our curry is all additive-free and does not use wheat flour. We have received high praise and warm support from many customers, including spice and herb lovers and health-conscious individuals. We carefully prepare our curry with a delicate touch to minimize the burden on ingredients. We evolve a little every day by confirming and reviewing ingredients from Hokkaido to Ishigaki Island. We select spices and herbs from India, Asia, the Middle East, Europe, Africa, North America, and Central and South America. We have chosen Ishigaki salt, a natural sea salt, from among many salts. It has a strong saltiness and high mineral content, making it a well-balanced salt. It brings out the flavor of ingredients to the fullest. We use Yamagata-produced rice oil, which is compatible with spices and allows the ingredients to shine. We use basic ingredients carefully selected from all over Japan, such as Aomori garlic, Kochi ginger, Hokkaido tomato juice, and Awaji Island onions. [Address] 3-4-3 Kyobashi, Chuo-ku, Tokyo, Chisei Building 2F. [Arrival Date] Weekday. [Number of people waiting] Takeout. [Wait time] 10 minutes. [Ordered items] ■ Three kinds 2450 yen (tax included) A set of Tokyo Kyobashi Curry's special Tokie Curry, Keema, and Spicy Date Chicken Curry. ① Keema This curry has received a reputation as the signature curry of Kyobashi Curry. It goes well with any ingredients. One of the features of Kyobashi Curry's Keema is the luxurious use of cardamom as a base spice in addition to the aromatic spices in the forefront. It is also characterized by the highest use of turmeric among all the past menus of Kyobashi Curry. The Keema made with high-quality Miyazaki pork and plenty of Hokkaido tomato juice, cooked gently and carefully, is a curry with a rich umami flavor without any roughness. ② Spicy Date Chicken Curry We selected the brand chicken "Date Chicken" by crossing various local chickens and brand chickens from all over Japan. To prevent the spices from becoming rounded, we deliberately used the breast meat of Date Chicken instead of chicken thigh meat. Various types of selected chili peppers have different aromas and spiciness. The selected several types of chili peppers have a linear spiciness, spreading spiciness, and intense spiciness. Based on the spice mix created by considering the balance of each stimulating spiciness, we have completed the truly spicy curry. Several types of herbs are also added at the end. It is a curry that not only is spicy but also has a stimulating and refreshing taste unique to Kyobashi Curry. ③ Tokie Curry Tokie Curry is named after the initials of "chicken," "cabbage," and "shrimp." This curry was created with the idea of making a curry that allows you to feel various spices and herbs from the beginning to the end. We used the basic curry spice mix of Kyobashi Curry as the base and combined the curry with several herbs and Jersey milk. To add an accent of aroma when eating, we selected three distinctive whole spices that do not lose to the herb aroma. Since the strongest aroma of spices is when you chew the whole spices, you can enjoy different aromas depending on the whole spices you chew. It is a curry where you can enjoy the aroma of spices the most when you chew the whole spices.

I love delicious curry rice, and I always visit different restaurants to find the best one. Among them, this restaurant is the best, serving the most delicious curry rice. My favorite is the three types of curry combination, which allows you to compare and enjoy different flavors. They use carefully selected ingredients, making it very healthy. The curry is made without wheat flour and additives. The three types of curry included are Tokie Curry, Keema, and Spicy Date Chicken Curry. They are made with a focus on spices and herbs, appealing to health-conscious individuals. You can tell that they put a lot of effort into the finishing touches. The ingredients come from all over Japan, from Hokkaido to Okinawa, making it truly luxurious. The strong aroma of spices and herbs stimulates your appetite. Plenty of turmeric is used, giving it a rich flavor. The Spicy Date Chicken Curry is particularly delicious. It is made with Date Chicken, a premium breed of chicken from all over Japan. The chicken is very tender, with soft breast meat that is low in fat. The carefully selected chili peppers provide a well-balanced spiciness that makes you sweat but also feels like detoxifying. The herbs add a nice accent to the flavor. Tokie Curry contains chicken, cabbage, and shrimp, hence the initials T.E.D. The spice mix is excellent, and the addition of herbs and Jersey milk makes the flavor rich. It is truly a wonderful curry. The Keema curry is also very spicy and has a fantastic flavor. All the curries are incredibly delicious. You can only taste such delicious curry here.

This is a popular curry restaurant specializing in takeout, offering additive-free and gluten-free options. I saw on their website that they will be closed from May 8th, so I made a last-minute reservation via LINE and visited the restaurant. When I arrived, I had to choose between white rice (Nanatsuboshi) or brown rice (Akita Komachi) through LINE. After arriving at the specified time, I went upstairs and the owner came out to greet me. I paid the bill and received my order of spicy Date chicken curry with brown rice for 1500 yen. The curry, made with the flavorful Date chicken breast, was spicy and delicious, especially when paired with the firm Akita Komachi brown rice. The curry was well-made and exceeded my expectations. The onion salad served as a side was also tasty with French dressing. I would love to try other curries when they reopen. Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I decided to try out Kyobashiya Curry. Kyobashiya Curry accepts reservations via LINE or phone, and currently only offers takeout. Today, I tried the following dishes: - Spicy Date Chicken Curry: This curry is made using chicken breast instead of thigh meat to ensure the spices do not overpower the dish. It is a very authentic spicy curry, with a mix of several types of chili peppers that provide a balanced combination of linear spiciness, spreading spiciness, and intense spiciness. The moment you take a bite, you can feel the different types of spiciness rushing through your mouth. It is a truly authentic curry with a hint of herbs and absolutely no sweetness. - Keema Curry: This is one of the representative curries at Kyobashiya that has been around since the opening. Made from 10 types of herbs and spices, the Keema curry offers a deep spiciness. It uses cardamom and turmeric generously. Additionally, it uses Miyazaki pork and tomato juice to add a touch of mildness. It was a delicious Keema curry with a well-balanced flavor.

Curry restaurant in Kyobashi. Located within a 5-minute walk from Kyobashi Station. One of the top curry restaurants. Perhaps due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems to be currently operating as a takeout-only shop.※It seems to be temporarily closed from May 8, 2022, which is concerning... I went there around 2 pm on a Saturday and there was one customer ahead of me. Since we couldn't enter the store, we had to place our order verbally and then wait on the chairs outside. While waiting, they served us cold Jawa tea, which was really refreshing in the scorching heat (^○^)✔︎ Twin Curry (1800 yen) The Twin Curry allows you to choose 2 out of 3 curry options. I chose the Keema and Tokie curries, skipping the spicy Date Chicken curry this time. Although the Triple Curry where you can select all 3 types would have been nice, it was a bit pricey at 2450 yen, so I opted for the Twin option since it was my first visit. I heated it up at home and served it as a two-color curry dish. The side with shrimp is the Tokie curry, while the other side is the Keema curry. The name "Tokie" comes from the initials of "Chicken," "Cabbage," and "Shrimp." As you can tell from the slightly greenish color of the Tokie curry, it contains a total of 21 herbs and spices, and it has an amazing aroma when you eat it (*゚▽゚*) It also includes shrimp oil, which I really loved ✨ The Keema curry is characterized by the abundant use of cardamom and turmeric. It's not too spicy, with a strong tomato taste, making it easy to eat. They even gave us a small salad as a bonus. Despite being a takeout place, you can feel the kindness of the staff, which was heartwarming (●´∀`●) Next time, I might try the Triple Curry! Thank you for the meal (^^)♫

Today's dinner was on the way back from Ginza! Around 2 o'clock in the light rain, I suddenly remembered Kyobashiya Curry! I checked on Twitter and then went to the restaurant, and they were still open! The white rice from Nanatsuboshi might be a bit lacking, so I asked for half white rice and half brown rice! I waited on the staircase landing and was given a warm Earl Grey tea while waiting. The staff's service was polite and I was looking forward to it! I was excited all the way home, making sure not to spill anything! The beautifully packed curry was wrapped in plastic, and although it was fine as it was, I decided to plate it a bit! Let's try it with a bit of Asika's spring marinated dish! Here we go! Kyobashiya Triple Curry! Spicy Date Chicken Curry! A deep spicy flavor with the aroma of spices! The herb aftertaste and well-balanced taste! The Date Chicken breast meat was plentiful and tender! It has a good taste that stimulates the appetite! Keema Curry! A rich keema with green peas on top! The ample vegetables and minced meat flavor are in nice balance! The chewy brown rice allows you to enjoy the taste as you chew! Tokie Curry! The slightly green curry has a refreshing herb finish! It goes well with the sweet texture of shrimp! It's like a Tokie Curry with chicken, cabbage, and shrimp! Coleslaw as a service! By the way, when I received the curry, I topped it with the coleslaw I received! The slight acidity and fresh cabbage texture go perfectly with the curry! Asika's Firefly Squid Marinated Dish! If you microwave coriander, cumin, turmeric, and garlic oil, remove the eyes of the spring delicacy firefly squid and marinate it! It goes well with the Tokie Curry! It's easy to make, so I highly recommend it! Plump Nanatsuboshi rice with chewy brown rice! The rice quality is solid and very satisfying! Being able to enjoy this quality at home is quite satisfying, even if it's a bit pricey! And, it's gluten-free, which is great! The authentic use of spices in the curry leaves a nice aroma in the room! Next time, I'll make sure to make a reservation and enjoy it leisurely at home!

I enjoyed it very much. It wasn't spicy at all, but the slight sweat-inducing feeling from the spices was just right for me, as I don't like eating curry and sweating from the spiciness. The salad I received as a bonus was the best salad I've had recently. The dressing, with a sweetness and acidity similar to grapefruit, was so good that I want to try to replicate it at home.

I contacted Kyobashiya Curry to place an order for the next day at around 9 pm. They responded promptly and kindly provided me with the menu options. I ordered three types of curry with rice for 2,450 yen each. My family and I enjoyed the curries at home, including Keema, Tokie Curry, and Spicy Date Chicken Curry. Personally, my favorite was the Tokie Curry, which is made with chicken, cabbage, and shrimp, and has a rich aroma from homemade shrimp oil. The kids found the spices a bit strong, so they only wanted to eat the regular curry. For lunch the next day, I had the Spicy Date Chicken Curry with rice, and for dinner, we enjoyed the Tokie Curry with English bread from Ginza Central Bakery.

A curry restaurant specializing in takeout. I ordered the Triple, which includes three types of curry: spicy Date Chicken Curry, Time Curry, and Keema Curry. The spicy Date Chicken Curry is quite spicy, suitable for those who like it hot. The Time Curry, made with chicken, cabbage, and shrimp, is mild and balances well with the spicy Date Chicken Curry. The Keema Curry is in between, served on rice. It was delicious.

Near Kyobashi Station in Tokyo, there is a curry restaurant that mainly offers takeout service. It is located on the second floor of a building in a quiet alley along the highway. The entrance of the building has a sign, making it easy to find. Despite being a renovated back entrance, the restaurant exudes a high-end ambiance, resembling a traditional Japanese restaurant rather than a curry shop. I ordered the Triple Curry with Quail Egg, which includes three types of curry: Keema Curry, Tokiwa Curry, and Spicy Date Chicken Curry. These are the restaurant's signature curries, with seasonal options also available. I couldn't decide on a single curry, so the Triple Curry was a perfect choice for a first-time visitor like me. Each curry had a unique flavor profile, with Keema Curry being my personal favorite for its mild taste, while Spicy Date Chicken Curry had a strong spice kick. Tokiwa Curry stood out with a seafood flavor from the shrimp. However, I underestimated the amount of rice needed for all three curries, as they were so delicious that I wanted more rice. I later found out that you can add extra rice, so I recommend adding more if you order the Triple Curry. Overall, it was a satisfying meal with a variety of flavors.

I ordered takeout during lunchtime on a holiday. Reservations can be made through the website, LINE, or by phone, so it is necessary to make a reservation in advance. Today, I ordered the Twin Curry set with spicy Date Chicken Curry and Keema Curry! You can choose between white rice and brown rice, but this time I chose white rice. When it was time, I went to the restaurant to pick up my order, and as rumored, dining in the restaurant was not allowed, only takeout. I paid the staff and received my food. When I got home and opened the containers, a nice aroma of spices filled the air. The first bite was full of the strong flavors of spices and well-seasoned curry. It's hard to believe that it's all natural. Both the Keema and spicy Date Chicken curries were delicious, with slightly different spiciness and flavors, making it easy to enjoy without getting tired of it. Before I knew it, I had finished every last bit. Sometimes with takeout, there isn't enough curry sauce, but this place was generous with it! In the past, I found it difficult to dine in at this restaurant, but being able to enjoy the same flavors through takeout is fantastic! This is a curry restaurant that I highly recommend trying at least once! They also offer delivery, so be sure to give it a try!

Takeout specialty curry restaurant!! A takeout-only curry shop in Kyobashi. The entrance is not on the main street side, but on the back side. You can make reservations in advance by phone or LINE. On this day, we ordered three types (2,450 yen): Kie Curry Keema Curry Spicy Date Chicken Curry, and Quail Egg Pickled in Mustard Oil (200 yen) and Bonito Flakes (150 yen). When I called, they said it would be ready in as short as 15 minutes. When I arrived at the store and knocked on the door, a friendly person (maybe the owner's wife) gave me some tea and asked me to wait a bit. I waited for about 2 minutes on a chair by the stairs and received the items. They also gave a small salad as a service, which was much appreciated as I needed more vegetables. All the curries were delicious, and the bonito flakes on the curry was a first for me but it was also tasty. The Spicy Date Chicken Curry was indeed spicy, so be careful if you're not a fan of spicy food! The service was friendly, the taste was great, and I left very satisfied. Thank you for the meal!

I finally had the opportunity to visit the restaurant, so I took a half day off from work to go. I made a reservation over the phone in the morning and went to pick up my order in the afternoon. I ordered the Spicy Date Chicken Curry for 1500 yen with white rice. Originally, I planned to eat it at home, but since it wasn't raining, I decided to eat it on a bench outdoors. The takeout container had a decorative cord tied around it, making it feel like I was about to eat something special. I sat up straight, opened the lid of the container, and took a bite of the curry. Wow, it was delicious! It was spicy as expected, but the complex blend of herbs added depth to the flavor. Despite being very spicy, the curry also had a hint of kindness to it. It felt like I was receiving the thoughts and feelings of the chef and the producers. It was really tasty and just to my liking. The bite-sized pieces of Date Chicken made it easy to eat. The rice was also delicious. I thought I wouldn't be able to finish the 280g portion, but the combination of curry and rice was so good that I finished it all. The sweet and sour onion and watercress salad added a nice touch. I poured it generously over the rice and enjoyed it with the curry. Using a bright red spoon to scoop up the curry somehow made it even more enjoyable. I was completely satisfied after finishing my meal. I will definitely be coming back for more takeout! Thank you for the wonderful meal.
