It goes well with any ingredients. One of the features of Kyobashi Curry's Keema is the luxurious use of cardamom as a base spice in addition to the aromatic spices in the forefront. It is also characterized by the highest use of turmeric among all the past menus of Kyobashi Curry. The Keema made with high-quality Miyazaki pork and plenty of Hokkaido tomato juice, cooked gently and carefully, is a curry with a rich umami flavor without any roughness. ② Spicy Date Chicken Curry We selected the brand chicken "Date Chicken" by crossing various local chickens and brand chickens from all over Japan. We used the basic curry spice mix of Kyobashi Curry as the base and combined the curry with several herbs and Jersey milk. To add an accent of aroma when eating, we selected three distinctive whole spices that do not lose to the herb aroma. Since the strongest aroma of spices is when you chew the whole spices, you can enjoy different aromas depending on the whole spices you chew.
