I found it to cool off on a still hot day at the Hankyu Bar Alley. This time, I tried the red bean parfait topped with plenty of Hokkaido kinako. The sweet red beans and abundant kinako were delicious. However, the cake there was a bit dry. Next time, I want to try the soft serve ice cream. ^_^

Today, Osaka is scorching hot again. Just walking outside makes me sweat a lot. I'm afraid of getting heatstroke, so I decided to cool down from the inside by eating something cold (lol). I stopped by a cute little milk stand called "Okoppe Milk Stand" with a sign that says "Powered by healthy cows raised on grasslands in Hokkaido." They sell soft serve ice cream and crepes. I opted for a simple cup of soft serve ice cream. The cup is cuter than the cone, right? The Okoppe Milk Soft Serve Ice Cream (cup) cost 450 yen. The wooden spoon provided is made from wood sourced from Hokkaido. The soft serve ice cream is not too sweet, with a rich milk flavor. It's not overly sweet, so it's refreshing even in this heat. Although there were seats nearby, unfortunately they were all taken, so I enjoyed my ice cream standing at the stand. I wondered what "Okoppe" means, so I searched and found out it's the name of a town in Hokkaido. The air conditioning inside was nice and cool, helping me cool down from the inside as well.

Hankyu Department Store B2 is a food paradise with many unique shops. One of them is an ice cream stand where you can enjoy Hokkaido milk-based ice cream and yogurt. Despite my lactose intolerance, I decided to try a milk with soft serve ice cream topping on that hot day. The soft serve part was delicious, but the milk was a bit too sweet and ended up being more like ice. It may have been because I mentioned my lactose intolerance. Overall, it was a slightly disappointing Hokkaido experience.

The shop uses dairy products from North Plain Farm in Okoppe Town, Hokkaido. The soft serve made from milk produced in the nature of Okhotsk was rich and delicious. The Okoppe soft serve ice cream was so tasty!

I visited this shop on a Saturday evening around 4:20 pm with one person ahead of me in line and two behind me. I ordered the Milk Soft Serve and Fresh Cream Crepe (700 yen). It was served in about 2 minutes. I enjoyed it at the shared seating area in front of the store. The crepe had a chewy texture with a wheat flavor, and the milky soft serve on top with a hint of sweetness from the fresh cream underneath was delicious. Each layer had a different taste, allowing me to enjoy two different flavors. Although there wasn't a line, customers continued to purchase the crepes. Thank you for the meal!

Food at Hankyu Department Store!!! The 2nd basement floor is a paradise for food lovers. I had it after a milk sweets lunch. The eat-in space has few tables, which is a shame, but luckily there was a table available. Among the lineup of options, I was overwhelmed by the choices. I had the Strawberry Milk Float for ¥700, made with homemade strawberry sauce and soft serve ice cream filling up the cup. The rich flavor and milky aftertaste were incredibly delicious. I was so impressed that I wanted to try all the other menu items! I also learned that "Okoppe" is a town in Hokkaido. It's my first time hearing about it! Hokkaido's milk sweets are truly on a different level!

I ordered the white parfait for 780 yen (including tax). I love the limited edition soft serve on certain days. I'm not a fan of milk, but I'm okay with it when it's processed. The parfait consisted of soft serve, whipped cream, and panna cotta. It was cut into squares, so I thought it was milk pudding at first, but it turned out to be panna cotta. I tried the luxurious Mont Blanc parfait with cheese at the Hankyu Umeda Main Store to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the grand opening (4/5-4/18). The parfait consisted of layers of cheese cream, milk soft serve ice cream, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, cheese cream (mascarpone), and milk soft serve ice cream. As the name Milk Stand suggests, the parfait had a strong milk flavor, with a moderate sweetness and rich taste overall. It was enjoyable to taste dairy products in various forms such as soft serve ice cream and cheese.

I usually prefer simple and unadorned dishes that allow me to appreciate the deliciousness of milk, but this time I decided to order a Mont Blanc parfait that seems like a limited-time offer. Wow, it was delicious. The soft serve ice cream and cheese mousse paired perfectly.

This is a place located in Umeda, Osaka. When I went during the day, the machine was being adjusted so I couldn't eat. But it was back in operation in the evening, which was great. I tried the yogurt milk soft serve. The yogurt was rich and reminded me of strained yogurt I've been into lately. The milk also had a deep flavor, with the sweetness of milk and the lack of sweetness in yogurt harmonizing beautifully. It was delicious, although a bit pricey. I'm glad the machine was fixed. I definitely want to try their drinks as well. It's priced like Starbucks, but it's worth it.

I used to always get it in a cone, but lately I prefer it in a cup with a spoon to avoid dropping cone pieces. The soft serve is rich and creamy! It has a rich creaminess that is both refreshing and has a good aftertaste. It was smooth and rich. I have high expectations for the other menu items as well.

Located right at the entrance of the Hankyu Department Store in Osaka Umeda Station, on the 2nd floor. Self-service only at the sales counter. Customers need to secure a seat in the food court style before making a purchase. Limited seating in front of the store, with narrow tables and hard chairs. The menu mainly consists of soft-serve ice cream crepes with fancy toppings available at a relatively high price. Mini soft-serve ice cream (300 yen with a service ticket) Taste: 3.4, Portion size: 3.5. Delicious soft-serve ice cream with a strong milk flavor, just the right amount of sweetness, and a creamy yet refreshing texture. A bit pricey for 300 yen. Thank you for the meal.

I finally went to a place I had been curious about, Okoppe♡! I ordered... Strawberry and chocolate parfait for 650 yen and Chocolate and banana crepe for 800 yen. The parfait was like a sundae with plenty of soft serve ice cream and a sponge at the bottom. It had a refreshing sweetness and the strawberries were delicious! The crepe had a buttercream-like whipped cream filling, which seemed not to be to the liking of children... I didn't do enough research beforehand... The sweetness was mostly from the chocolate sauce, so it might be more suited for adults? I had high expectations, so I was a bit disappointed, but I can't deny that it was partly my fault for choosing it. I will give it another try!

I visited the "Okhotsk Okoppe Milk Stand" at Hankyu Department Store Umeda Main Store, where they are holding an Evangelion exhibition until January 16th. On my way back from the exhibition, I tried the limited edition "Matcha and Purple Sweet Potato Mont Blanc Parfait - With Love for Evangelion" available on the 2nd floor. The purple sweet potato and matcha flavors were rich but not too sweet, and the soft serve ice cream was delicious. However, it was more expensive than any other menu items at the store. Unfortunately, they had run out of the coaster that comes with the parfait. Overall, it was a delicious treat.

I forgot to take a photo (￣▽￣;) I found a shop that sells soft serve ice cream with "Order Okoppe" written on it, so I decided to try it out. I like Order Okoppe products, so I knew it would be delicious. The soft serve ice cream had a rich flavor similar to cream rather than just milk. It was yummy (´ڡ`) Next time, I want to try other items on the menu too.

I visited a shop in the basement of Hankyu Department Store. Next to Petit Mec, which is always crowded, this place was quite empty so I was worried if the food wasn't that good. Also, there is very limited seating for eating in, and the basement is very cold with poor reception (lol), so I didn't have many opportunities to visit. But I was curious, so I decided to go! I tried a crepe made with cream from Kōbu and soft serve ice cream. The crepe is made to order and cooked fresh. It's made with fermented butter, although I couldn't really tell since I'm not good at distinguishing flavors. However, the evenly chewy texture of the crepe was delicious! The cream inside and the soft serve ice cream were both delicious! You should definitely try both! The soft serve ice cream is light yet rich, with a richness that comes from the natural flavor of milk rather than fat, so you can enjoy it without feeling heavy no matter how much you eat! I see why there are so many yogurt-based menu items, it makes sense! On the other hand, the cream is a rich type with plenty of milk fat, so it has a rich flavor that is delicious! Since it has hardly any added sugar, it's not too sweet, allowing you to enjoy the rich taste without it being overpowering. The balance between this soft serve and cream is great! There are mostly menu items featuring one or the other, but this collaboration is delicious! The only downside is that you can't customize the crepes, which lacks flexibility. I really wanted to add red bean paste or other toppings, but since there are menu items that use red bean paste by default, it would have been nice to have that option... It was delicious, so I recommend it!
