The restaurant is operated by a team of three, with one person cooking and the manager serving the dishes. The female staff takes orders, prepares the food, and handles the payments. Rice refills are free, and for 800 yen near Osaka Station, it's a decent deal. However, the miso soup was lukewarm, possibly to serve it quickly. There seems to be room for improvement in terms of management and customer service. If they don't attract office workers given the location, it's uncertain how they will survive.

I ordered the Harami steak lunch for 880 yen. First, a salad, miso soup, and white rice were brought to me. The salad was sloppily arranged to the point where I wondered if I had done something wrong. The lukewarm miso soup tasted like it had been simmered for a long time. The yellow rice was piled up high, disappointing me. When the Harami steak was finally brought to me, it looked completely different from the menu photo, disappointing me once again. The only saving grace was the delicious yakisoba noodles. However, everything was lukewarm, and the hot plate was inconveniently far from my seat. The cramped counter seat was divided by a basket with cutlery, making it very uncomfortable. As I was leaving, a new customer was seated at a table... What's going on? After checking reviews online, I found many low ratings. So, even if you're short on time, it's important to check reviews first. I deeply regret my decision.

Even on a weekday night, the place was packed with customers coming in one after another. We got the 4500 yen course with all-you-can-drink, and we were surprised by the huge volume of food.
