- Steaming hot chawanmushi with yuzu peel, shiitake mushrooms, chicken, corn, and shrimp
Main dish:
- Miyazaki beef steak with seasonal vegetables, a tender and fatty delight

- Six kinds including flatfish, bluefin tuna, blackthroat seaperch, salmon, salmon roe battleship roll, and Miyazaki beef sushi, all luxurious and delicious
