I finally visited a restaurant that I had been curious about for a long time. The interior had a unique atmosphere. They had a good selection of wines typical of a bistro. The chef was running the place alone, which gave it a cozy feeling. The assorted appetizers were delicious and allowed me to try a variety of dishes. The foie gras pate was also delicious. I had shrimp ajillo, thick-cut bacon sauté, and spaghetti with uni cream sauce. The pasta was a rare type of fresh noodles with plenty of toppings, making it very filling. There are many other dishes that caught my eye, so I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

The restaurant specializes in sea urchin pasta for lunch. The appetizer consisted of duck meat and ham, along with a small salad. The duck meat was moist and perfectly seasoned. When the sea urchin pasta was served, it seemed like there was maybe less than 80g of sea urchin. The creamy sauce paired well with the pasta. However, after finishing the meal, I realized that the sea urchin sauce tasted a bit monotonous. It felt similar to eating pasta sauce from a packet without much thought. Perhaps the dark lighting in the restaurant or lack of visual appeal of the sea urchin affected the overall experience. The pasta was chewy and not overly seasoned, but for those who have a bigger appetite, I would recommend increasing the portion size and adjusting the price accordingly. It might be difficult for customers with strollers to enter the restaurant.

I heard about a delicious sea urchin cream pasta at an A-class gourmet spot in Hakata Station, so I decided to try it one night. I shared one plate as a final dish, but it was so tasty that I ended up ordering another plate! It's perfect for lunch, as one plate is quite filling for one person. The lunch set includes sea urchin cream pasta, appetizers, and salad on one plate. The cream sauce is perfect, and the pasta is delightfully chewy. If someone asked me what I would want to eat before I die, I would definitely answer with this pasta.

This restaurant is famous for its sea urchin cream pasta. The appetizers are also delicious, but personally, I highly recommend the carbonara! I have never had carbonara this delicious at any other pasta specialty shop or restaurant. Every menu item is excellently made whenever I go. This place in Akasaka is a top-class recommended restaurant. The chef usually works alone, so it may take some time for the food to come out. It is a great place to visit when you want to enjoy a leisurely meal.

I have visited this restaurant three times. Every time I go, the food is delicious. My friends and I always say "delicious, delicious!" We can't eat sea urchin pasta anywhere else now. There are other delicious menu items as well, but you must try the sea urchin pasta! Highly recommended.

It was a small cozy restaurant, and every dish was delicious. The real shock came at the end! My friend made a reservation for us, so I didn't initially connect the fact that this place was famous for its sea urchin cream pasta with Van, but when I tried the sea urchin cream pasta at the end of the course, it was so delicious that I couldn't help but exclaim, "This sea urchin cream pasta is amazing!" My friend then informed me that this place is known for its sea urchin cream pasta, and it suddenly clicked in my head. Good food truly speaks for itself, even without prior knowledge of its reputation!

I had been passing by this restaurant several times and had also seen it in magazines. I was very interested in the sea urchin pasta they offer. The concept of the restaurant is to provide top-notch French and Italian cuisine along with wine at affordable prices, without the high-end luxury feel. The ingredients such as fish and vegetables are carefully selected from Itoshima, Fukuoka. When I entered the restaurant, the atmosphere was slightly dimmed and chic. I was seated at a table, even though I was dining alone. I ordered the daily special pasta set, with an option to upgrade to the famous sea urchin pasta for an additional 300 yen. The appetizer included vegetables, duck, ham, and pate with balsamic vinegar, which was refreshing. The sea urchin pasta, the restaurant's specialty, was topped with seaweed, giving it a Japanese touch. Despite the cream sauce, it was surprisingly light, with a good amount of sea urchin that added sweetness and a hint of the sea. The pasta was chewy and perfectly coated with the sauce. For dessert, I had a refreshing yuzu sherbet and a homemade madeleine. I chose a coffee for my drink. All of this for 1300 yen was quite reasonable. I would love to try their different daily pasta dishes if I have the chance.

Currently hosting an event using Miyazaki ingredients called "Miyazaki Marche" until 11/30. Although primarily serving dinner menus, they can accommodate lunch with prior consultation. - Giant mountain bean marinated in basil sauce for 980 yen - Miyazaki beef and Kinoko pork crepinette for 1780 yen - Uni pasta for 1300 yen - Lunch course for 2000 yen The lunch course includes appetizer & salad, shrimp ajillo, daily main dish, butter rice, and sorbet with a drink. The owner personally interacts with customers, providing excellent hospitality. A great place to enjoy lunch or wine with dishes like grilled thick-cut bacon with mustard and tapenade. The restaurant is cozy and offers a pasta lunch set for 980 yen (add 200 yen for Uni pasta) with appetizer, salad, dessert, and after-drink included. Another option is the ten-grain rice omelette rice set for 980 yen. The dishes are delicious and reasonably priced, making it a favorite spot for families and individuals alike.

The restaurant featured on TV that serves sea urchin cream pasta caught my attention for a while, and I finally got to go. I made a reservation the day before, but when we arrived, there were no available seats for two, so my daughter had to sit on my lap. Surprisingly, the restaurant was fully booked even with a reservation! It's really popular. For lunch, there were three options: sea urchin cream pasta for 1300 yen, pasta of the day, and omurice for 1000 yen. I ordered the sea urchin cream pasta, while my friend ordered the omurice. We were served salad and appetizers first, and then we had to wait quite a bit for the sea urchin cream pasta. The omurice arrived quickly though. I took a bite of the omurice, and it was really delicious. The rice was firm, the egg was half-cooked, and the sauce was like a meat sauce, very tasty. The sea urchin cream pasta was also delicious, but the sauce was very sweet and rich. However, the sea urchin topping itself had a slight acidity and no sweetness. I wonder why?! As a big eater, the pasta portion was not enough for me. It's a shame that bread is not included in the price. It's nice that drinks are included though. For dessert, we had strawberry ice cream and small madeleines. The staff seemed very busy and not very attentive. They didn't even refill our water. I think one visit is enough for me. By the way, bringing baby food is not allowed, so parents with young children should take note!

I went to try the sea urchin cream pasta for lunch that I heard about in reviews! The atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice, and I was excited from the moment the dishes started coming out. The appetizer was delicious and beautifully presented, it was so stylish that I felt like I could have just wine with the appetizer alone if it wasn't lunchtime. There were several lunch menu options, and since there were two of us, we ordered two servings of the sea urchin cream pasta lunch. We were also interested in trying other lunch items, so we asked if we could order them separately, but unfortunately, it wasn't possible. It was a bit disappointing, but I guess I'll have to go back again. I'll probably end up ordering the same sea urchin cream pasta again. There were two staff members, one of whom was very friendly and had a great atmosphere, while the other was a bit... Anyway, the taste was incredibly delicious!

This shop along Keyaki Street is one that I have visited multiple times and have always left satisfied. Considering the price range, taste, and atmosphere, I personally think it is one of the top restaurants in Fukuoka. While all the dishes are delicious, the highly recommended dish is the specialty sea urchin cream pasta. It was also served at the A-class Gourmet Food Expo held in May in Tenjin. The sea urchin cream sauce is exquisite, and the sea urchin on top is also delicious. The quality of sea urchin as a pasta ingredient is hard to find elsewhere. As a sea urchin and pasta lover, I have tried various sea urchin pasta dishes in Fukuoka and Tokyo, but I believe VIN's is the best. Another dish I always order is the salad with seasonal ingredients like burdock and persimmon topped with prosciutto. It is dressed with olive oil. This is also recommended. Overall, there are many menu items that pair well with wine, and the restaurant lives up to its reputation. The staff's service is excellent, making it a wonderful restaurant. It is not a very large establishment, and it seems that the owner prepares the dishes alone, so it may take some time for the dishes to come out. However, the satisfying dishes that are served make the wait worthwhile, and it is nice to enjoy a glass of wine while waiting patiently.

I bought a book at Books Cube Brick on Keyaki Street, and as my stomach started to growl, I noticed a cute little shop with a charming exterior. It was called "Western Cuisine Wine Van." 'Van' means wine in French. Intrigued by the possibility of enjoying delicious wine during the day, I opened the door to find a very stylish interior and a pleasant aroma of garlic and olive oil. The shop was managed by two men, and although the space was not large, the atmosphere was delightful with people enjoying their food and wine at the tables. Feeling like I hit the jackpot, I praised my own "foodie and wine enthusiast instincts" with a smile. I ordered the lunch menu's "Sea Urchin Pasta" and a glass of wine. The appetizer was a dish featuring duck, meticulously prepared and perfect with white wine. The salad was also delicious, with a homemade dressing. The Sea Urchin Pasta was rich in flavor, perfectly complemented by the fresh pasta, and satisfyingly filling. I enjoyed dessert and coffee while reading the book I had just bought at Books Cube Brick. The staff kindly noticed my purchase and encouraged me to relax and enjoy my time there. Feeling uplifted, I added a glass of red wine. Despite the great atmosphere, flavors, and service, the prices were surprisingly reasonable. It was a place that made locals envious. I had a leisurely and deliciously happy time on a holiday afternoon during my travels.
