I visited for a lunch course (one main dish course). The manager and other staff members were very polite and provided excellent service from the moment I arrived. The dishes were made using home-grown pesticide-free vegetables, and some were seasoned only with salt, allowing the natural flavors of the ingredients to shine. I especially enjoyed the onion soup, it was really delicious! I would like to visit for dinner next time.

Ueda-san's cooking is really delicious and I love it (╹◡╹) Located on the 8th floor of a building, it creates a nice atmosphere with the night view outside when the sun sets◎ Ueda-san is very passionate about food education, to the point of publishing a book. I can feel his strong commitment to the ingredients used in his cooking, especially his vegetable dishes are exquisite. I was impressed when I tried the vegetable dishes here because it's rare to encounter such delicious dishes that make your body happy! The soup made only with onions is surprisingly sweet and really delicious. The course menu includes 2 appetizers, soup, pasta, fish dish, meat dish, and dessert, with just the right amount◎ The staff is knowledgeable about alcohol, and they explain in detail about the taste, origin, and trivia, so the satisfaction when tasting the alcohol is also wonderful. It seems that they also hold cooking classes, and I'm curious about the secret of their deliciousness. Recently, they seem to have opened a new standing-style bar, which I'm also very interested in! We have decided that Ueda-san is the place to go for our anniversary, so it's a bit embarrassing but the more we visit the restaurant, the more we can reminisce about the memories and feelings of that time, which is wonderful (╹◡╹) It's a place that we definitely want to keep going to in the future! This was my first time in a loft-like private room on the 9th floor? The view from the window was very atmospheric. I used a course meal for a special occasion again this time. It started with champagne and we also had beer and wine to match the dishes. The assorted appetizers were delicious, especially the homemade salted koji lemon sauce! Ueda-san's vegetables are already incredibly tasty, but the sauce really enhanced their flavor. I was so impressed! I ended up buying the sauce because it was so good. The hot focaccia was also delicious. The pasta and risotto were so tasty that I felt my body getting energized with each bite. I don't usually feel this way about food, so I was really amazed by Ueda-san's cooking skills. Once again, I was completely satisfied!!! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

There is a shop on the 8th and 9th floors of the apartment building. The 9th floor has a private room like a penthouse or loft that is perfect for about 4 people. The private room is cozy and wonderful. You can enjoy a leisurely meal while overlooking the Dojimagawa River. The food is quite interesting and delicious. The chef's sense is evident in the assorted appetizers, which were both visually appealing and tasty. The seasonal vegetable soup was also delicious. The service was impeccable, and we were able to enjoy our meal without any stress. I don't understand why this restaurant has such low ratings on Tabelog. It's a great place.

I had once used a private room on the 9th floor before and had thought about revisiting for a special occasion. This time, I visited for someone's birthday, who I am always grateful to. It paired perfectly with Ueda's dishes. The meal was served at our pace, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment ✨ I'm glad they were so pleased. I've been having home drinking parties and occasional neighborhood drinks, which has been affecting my motivation a bit. I need to eat delicious food to lift my spirits! I'm really interested in creative cuisine. I was guided to a private room with a view of the night scenery. We started with a toast with sparkling wine! I'm sorry, but I forgot the names of the dishes as I'm a foodie (//∇//) How embarrassing... The KIMURA wine was delicious, and the food was amazing as well. Thank you for the feast! (╹◡╹)

The name of the restaurant was so impactful that it caught everyone's attention at our girls' night out. The restaurant was smaller than expected and quite crowded, so it didn't have a relaxing atmosphere, but we were able to enjoy a delicious meal. Ueda Shinichiro-san? took good care of us. It's more of a place to go with a small group.

There is a certain building on top of Higo Bridge where Ueda Shinichiro is located. Below, there was the famous Banryu. This is a place you won't know unless you know. The restaurant is small, and the counter seats have a view of the night scenery. The seat I sat in had a chair and a table that didn't match, making it very uncomfortable. Next to the table, there is a place where you have to force the chair in without putting your feet in... I'm worried about eating a full course meal. (laughs) Anyway. The wine selection here is excellent, so I enjoyed various wines to match the dishes. - Appetizer: Tuna tataki, prosciutto and melon, pear and cheese? A luxurious appetizer. I also received authentic wasabi. There was a sweet cheese-like thing under the melon, and it was delicious! - Onion soup with mushrooms and onions. A clear soup with a texture and the unusual texture of mushrooms. - Focaccia: Very soft and small. There was only one piece of bread. I wanted more bread. - Quiche, meatballs, bagna cauda, pate, etc. Still more appetizer-like dishes. I didn't take notes, but they were all delicious! - Pumpkin cream pasta: This is delicious! Rich and very chewy. It was my favorite in the course. - Suzuki fish: It's suzuki fish. There is rice underneath a little bit! This also has a pumpkin sauce, again? Overall, it was a stylish and pleasantly hidden gem of a restaurant with an excellent selection of wines.

You have to be taken there by someone to find it, as it's located on top of a building that's not easy to spot. Once inside, the atmosphere is stylish and the night view is outstanding. It's truly a hidden gem for adults. If you take a woman there, she will definitely be delighted. The owner chef is also very personable, making it a truly wonderful restaurant. They also suggest food and wine pairings, so it's best to tell them your budget and leave it to them. The food is delicious no matter what you order, so you can feel confident leaving everything up to them. It's the kind of place that you can use in various situations if you know of one such restaurant. Thank you for the meal.

I had been curious about this restaurant (╹◡╹)♡ and decided to contact them in the evening on a whim, luckily they had a table available. Each dish was carefully prepared and beautifully presented, and tasted delicious. It felt like the flavors of the ingredients were really highlighted. The draft beer was a dream come true (๑╹ω╹๑ ) So tasty! The pasta was also perfectly cooked and flavorful, just the way I like it. The freshly baked focaccia was delicious too! I will definitely visit again. The service was also excellent!

Stylish restaurant on the 8.9th floor of a building ✨ Ordered Course C, beautifully presented and delicious even before eating. The pumpkin pie soup was amazingly creamy, and the bonito cutlet and risotto were both flavorful and delicious. I'm not very knowledgeable about wine, but the staff recommended various types like rosé, red, and white. The atmosphere was livelier than expected, although I was a bit disappointed that the windows were fogged up and I couldn't see the view.

No matter what we ate, the restaurant was truly delicious. It took a little time for the dishes to come out, but the taste was the best I've ever had. I definitely want to go back to this restaurant. ✨

We enjoyed delicious and healthy dishes. Ueda-san was very friendly and it was a lot of fun! There were four groups including us, and it seemed like three of them were celebrating anniversaries as there was cake, a touching song playing, and the projector was also on! Wonderful!
