I visited this restaurant after seeing it on TV. The La Heart Ooichibiru where the restaurant is located is a mixed building with karaoke shops, jim, eateries, etc. However, the parking lot is dark and the building looks a bit old, not very appealing. My friend who accompanied me was a bit worried and said, "Is this really the place? Are you sure it's safe?" I agree, I was a bit nervous too. But once we entered the restaurant, we were pleasantly surprised by the cozy and elegant interior. The restaurant had a unique atmosphere with antique furniture where you could enjoy a peaceful meal. I was craving the "Rice Curry Burger" that I saw on a local Kansai TV show, but unfortunately, it was only available at night and limited to 5 servings per day until the end of August. The Matsusaka beef 100% hamburger (limited to 5 servings per day) was amazing, with the rich flavor of Matsusaka A5 ranked beef. Despite being A5, it wasn't too fatty, and the meat juices didn't overflow. It was served with an original Japanese-style sauce with grated daikon and egg yolk. The salad came with two dressings: black vinegar onion dressing and thousand island dressing. The meal also included a small quiche, corn soup, and lemon dessert. You could choose between bread or mixed grain rice, and refills were allowed. It was a perfect portion for women, but I found it a bit lacking. The beef tongue steak (limited to 5 servings per day) was surprisingly small for a main dish, which felt a bit underwhelming. The steak was cooked rare, concentrating the umami flavors of the beef tongue. However, it was a bit tough to chew, making it a bit difficult to eat. Overall, the food was delicious but not exceptional. It may be just right for women, but for big eaters like me, it felt a bit insufficient. While paying the bill, I noticed a medieval suit of armor displayed next to the register. It turns out they were selling it for ¥580,000 (including tax). It's a piece that you can no longer acquire due to the Washington Treaty. If you're interested, you should definitely go see it in person. Thank you for the meal.
