It seems that this roast beef shop is produced by a famous shop somewhere. It must have been very busy during the consecutive holidays, but on the day after the holidays, at lunchtime, the vast market building is deserted. I confirmed that it was open after checking in advance, but most of the market is closed, so I feel uneasy. However, the surrounding restaurants near the central square were open, including this one, so that was a relief! I entered the stylish shop and first purchased a meal ticket at the ticket machine. There is also a large serving option, but since I had indulged in eating and drinking during the holidays, the middle-aged man with a reduced appetite chose the regular roast beef bowl. The restaurant was empty after the holidays, and you could sit anywhere you liked in the spacious interior. The salad bar plates were waiting for you. It's a nice service that the salad bar always comes with the meal. While getting the salad, three types of mayonnaise for the roast beef bowl were also brought out. Standard, wasabi, and mustard. It was interesting, so I tried them on the salad as well. While I was enjoying the salad, the roast beef bowl arrived. It's a regular size, but the layers of meat are stacked high, making it quite voluminous. The cooking level is good, rare as I like it, and the slightly sweet sauce goes well with it. With three types of mayonnaise, you won't get tired of it until the end. The wasabi, although spicy, was refreshing and my favorite. The soft-boiled egg could have been a little more cooked. It might have been better if the appearance and texture had a little more fire. There are also crispy garlic chips on top. It might be distracting during work, but I indulged in it without hesitation that day. Maybe I should have ordered the large serving. I found a good restaurant. I'm not sure how busy it is on regular days, but if I can stop by, I would definitely visit again.
