Yamamoto Hamburg lunch. The Daizaifu limited ladies set includes a smaller hamburger than the regular set, plus a drink and dessert. Other options include choosing a drink, salad, rice or bread, and miso soup or soup with the price of the hamburger. You can ask for refills of rice and bread alternately, and you can get quite full. The warm bread is served fluffy and together with demi-glace sauce and clam chowder, it is a happy experience. Personally, I really like the coarse ground meat with demi-glace sauce as it allows you to enjoy the texture and flavor of the meat.

I went to see the Hokusai exhibition at the Kyushu National Museum, but there was a long line from the morning due to it being a Sunday, so I gave up and decided to visit Dazaifu Tenmangu Shrine instead. While looking for a place to have lunch on the way back, my partner suddenly said they wanted to eat hamburger! So, I searched on Google Maps and chose this restaurant. The restaurant was full during lunchtime, so we had to write our names on a waiting board and were seated after about a 10-minute wait. The staff explained the restaurant's system when they brought the menu and recommended the Yamamoto hamburger made with a sauce based on Haccho miso. However, I was in the mood for a regular hamburger (coarse ground), rather than Haccho miso, so I ordered that. The hamburger itself had a strong meaty flavor, but the demiglace sauce was bland and not what I expected. More importantly, the rice was mushy and sticky, almost like eating mochi, and not tasty at all. We could choose between rice and bread, and I regretted not choosing bread. Well, I don't think I'll be visiting this place again.

The other day, I visited "Yamamoto's Hamburg" in Dazaifu. At first, I was torn between getting the whole tomato-topped hamburger, but this time I went for the famous Yamamoto's hamburger for 1800 yen. The lunch set includes soup, salad, miso soup or another soup, rice, and unlimited bread refills - which is great! The hamburger is cooked on a hot stone, sizzling and appetizing. This time, I skipped the rice and had plenty of bread instead. The freshly baked bread is delicious on its own, but also great to use as a bun for the hamburger. It tends to get crowded during lunchtime, so making a reservation is recommended. Thank you for the delicious meal! ✨

The cheese hamburger with plenty of rich cheese was delicious! The demiglace sauce was not greasy, and it was delicious when mixed with thin pasta. The vegetable juice served before the meal was incredibly tasty! The dishes were fantastic, with a focus on ingredients and their origins, but it was disappointing that the margarine provided with the bread. There were also small children's items available, making it a family-friendly restaurant.

I visited "Yamamoto's Hamburger" several times but was unable to eat there. Finally, I went in for the first time. The restaurant was crowded with many customers. I ordered the signature dish, "Yamamoto's Hamburger." First, they brought salad and soup. Then, a lot of bread came. I asked, "Is this all for one person?" and they replied, "Yes. If you need more, we'll bring it." Finally, the hot plate with the hamburger arrived. It was a hamburger with cheese inside, and it was delicious.

I can't believe there is such a delicious restaurant nearby! I ordered a set of bread and soup, and the bread was all-you-can-eat! The interior of the restaurant is very stylish, and there are breads lined up right after you enter, so you can also buy bread only. I ordered a hamburger with a whole tomato on top! The soup was amazing, and the combination with the tomato was perfect! A vegetable juice was also included! It was very delicious ☺️ I want to go again ❤️

I visited here while shopping. I had been curious about Yamamoto's hamburgers for a while. I ordered a hamburger with a fried egg on top, and my husband ordered a coarse-ground hamburger with fried chicken topping. First, we were served a salad. Then, we had a mixed orange juice. They also showed us samples of what was included in the juice. After waiting for 30 minutes, the hamburgers finally arrived. The restaurant was quite busy, so we had to wait a while for our food. The hamburgers were delicious. I tried a bite of my husband's coarse-ground hamburger, and it had a stronger flavor, which I enjoyed. Next time, I will definitely order the coarse-ground hamburger. Thank you for the meal.

On my day off, I was finally given some free time, and my niece was going out to dinner with her friends, so my family and I visited a restaurant together. Of course, I didn't want to interrupt my niece's love talk, so we sat at a separate table (laughs). We ordered the Yamamoto hamburger, the tomato-topped hamburger, the finely ground hamburger, and the grated daikon ponzu hamburger. The finely ground hamburger came with a bread and soup set, while the others came with rice and miso soup sets. By the way, you can get refills for rice and bread. I chose the Yamamoto hamburger, which is the restaurant's specialty. They are particular about the meat, vegetables, and rice they use. The demiglace sauce with Haccho miso as an accent gave it a rich flavor. You can slightly taste the miso as well. Personally, I would have preferred a bit more Haccho miso to enhance the flavor, but I think it varies from person to person. As for the meat, it was fluffy and had a texture that would appeal to women and children. The hamburger with demiglace sauce was light and easy to eat. I prefer a demiglace sauce with a bit more meatiness and punch. It is served in a cast iron pot-like dish, so you can enjoy it while it's still piping hot, which I like. The restaurant was almost full during dinner time, so it took quite a while for our food to be served, but I was impressed by the friendly attitude of the waitstaff, who chatted with customers and showed consideration. I thought it was a very popular place for young people and families. Most importantly, it was great to see my family enjoying their meal. Thank you for the delicious food.

Nice to meet you again, this is Yamahan, also known as Yamamoto's Hamburg. Last time I tried the signature menu, but this time there were so many other interesting hamburg options that I had to come back! This time, I came with my daughter (or someone like a daughter)! I chose the hamburger with a whole tomato on top, which looked amazing. The vegetable juice of the day was apple-based and delicious. The salad was fresh and crunchy. The soup seemed to be cream of potage, and it was tasty. The Dazaifu branch has a bakery where you can choose between rice and bread. Of course, I chose bread for my meal. You can have seconds of bread (although I couldn't manage to have any more). The hamburger with the tomato on top not only looked impressive but also tasted incredible. The alternating bites of the juicy tomato and the flavorful hamburger created a perfect balance. I was so absorbed in eating that I finished it in no time. It was delicious! I was also happy to see the owner, Mr. Yoshizaki. I will definitely come back again! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

I knew that there was a restaurant called "Yamamoto Hamburg" in Ropponmatsu, Chuo-ku, Fukuoka City, but I didn't know they had a branch in Dazaifu City as well. I was considering trying their famous "Yamamoto Hamburg," but I decided not to because the hamburg steak seemed to be filled with cheese inside and out, made with wagyu beef, the demi-glace sauce was made with hatcho miso, and the price for a 180g hamburger was 1800 yen. In the end, I ordered the Double Hamburg (1850 yen). They first served juice and salad, which were both satisfying. The juice, made with five types of vegetables and fruits, was delicious, and the salad was nicely done. They offer free rice refills, which was a nice touch. The hamburg steak was available in two types: one made with ground meat and the other made with lean meat. Each had a different texture and flavor, with one having a floral scent like Sichuan pepper. Each portion was 180g, so it was quite filling, but I wish they had a smaller portion at a lower price on the menu.

Hamburg Sensei! Dazaifu "Yamamoto's Hamburg" On a holiday, I wandered around the Dazaifu area. I discovered a restaurant called "Yamamoto's Hamburg" across from an agricultural high school. It's a pretty big restaurant around here, but I hadn't checked it out at all. The interior of the restaurant is spacious, and there are many young families from the nearby apartment complex who seem to be a bit well-off. The menu has many items priced over 1000 yen. I started with a draft beer and of course, had to try the Yamamoto's Hamburg, which is the biggest item on the menu. It's a set for 1800 yen, a bit on the pricey side, but it comes in a huge plate with salad, juice, refillable bread, and soup. If you come alone, you might not be able to finish it all. The hamburg steak is served with a rich sauce that goes well with the bread. My partner ordered the shrimp and mushroom gratin as a single item for 780 yen. By the way, if you order it as a set, it's 1100 yen. The shrimp is big and the white sauce is also rich and delicious. By the way, the entrance has a bread corner, so you can also buy bread to take home. Bon appétit~ ● Restaurant Information Yamamoto's Hamburg 092-710-1663 Dazaifu City, Osano 3-11-12 Business hours 11:00-15:30, 17:00-22:00

I had plans to visit near Dazaifu, and for lunch, I decided to go to "Yamamoto's Hamburg" as recommended by a friend! Everything looked delicious so I had a hard time choosing, but since it was my first time, I went with the signature dish, "Yamamoto's Hamburg". First, they brought a plate of fresh vegetables and juice, and I was surprised to see whole raw vegetables on the plate (*_*)(Is this a vegetable salad?) but then they explained it was "today's vegetable juice ingredients!" I see (laughs). It was grape-based and delicious (*´∀`). The Hamburg arrived sizzling hot (*゜Q゜*), and the boiled egg was pink and cute (^o^). They said it was colored with plum. I was a bit hesitant when I heard they used Haccho Miso in the sauce, but it had no bitterness or astringency, just a flavorful demi-glace sauce (*^.^*). There were 5 types of bread: plain bread, focaccia, whole wheat bread, milk bread, baguette... I think? It was all-you-can-eat, but I was already full (* ̄∇ ̄*). The taste, the atmosphere of the restaurant, and the friendly staff made it a very comfortable place. I will definitely go back! Thank you for the meal ☆

I decided to buy bread for tomorrow's breakfast on my way back from a super sento near Oosano in Dazaifu City, Fukuoka Prefecture. As I was wandering around, I saw a sign for bread outside a fancy-looking hamburger restaurant. I wondered if it would be expensive to buy bread from such a place, so I decided to just go and see what it was like. It was after 3 pm on a weekday when I entered the store, with a bread sales corner on the left and a restaurant on the right where a few female customers were enjoying post-meal conversations. There were only a few breads displayed, so I thought maybe they had sold out. I ended up buying two items after receiving some explanations: Croque Monsieur for 250 yen, which is two slices of bread with ham and cheese in between, topped with plenty of white sauce. The cheese flavor stood out, with a slightly salty cheese enhancing the taste. The cheese flavor was delightful in the mouth. French toast for 130 yen was made of thin bread coated with a sweet syrup, probably honey, with just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. Despite being a small bread, it had a substantial weight and a firm texture. The bread had no filling, leaving a subtle sweetness lingering after eating. I couldn't tell if these two items were expensive or cheap. I should have bought one more because two weren't enough. The staff's customer service was good, probably because it was a restaurant. If I had the money, I would like to try their hamburger someday. I feel sorry that I couldn't see the hamburger in a hamburger specialty store. (Seriously!!)

There is also a "Yamamoto Hamburg" in Rokumonmatsu. Whenever I pass by Rokumonmatsu, it always seems crowded, so I have never been there. I thought it might be less crowded here, but it was also popular! We were able to sit down easily, but it seems that lunch is not only available on weekdays!
- A mouthful of homemade vegetable juice
- Salad
- Hamburg steak
- Rice or bread (free refills)
- Homemade miso soup or homemade soup
You can upgrade to a regular size vegetable juice for an additional 200 yen. This juice seems to be quite particular and was delicious. It includes "orange, gold kiwi, pear, sweet green pepper, winter melon."
I ordered the "Oni Oroshi Ponzu Hamburg" and the grated daikon was sweet and delicious. The hamburg steak had a chewy texture with coarsely ground meat.
My partner ordered the "Yamamoto Hamburg" which includes noodles! It arrived sizzling hot! The hamburg steak contains gorgonzola cheese. It was served hot until the end, even with eggs and fried potatoes. The bread is also available for purchase. We bought the "raw bread" and it was delicious to eat raw! It's even better raw than baked! It's called "raw bread" for a reason!
I had it with rice for lunch, but maybe the bread is a better deal. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered the thin-cut hamburger and it was soft and delicious! You can choose from 3 different sauces. The sauce selection may change. You can get refills on bread and rice, so even men can get full.

Today, I had a bento box with "Special Hamburg & Spicy Chicken ~5 Types of Colorful Deli~". It was from a popular hamburger restaurant in Tokyo, which also has branches in Roppongi and Dazaifu in Fukuoka. Even though it was a bento box, the hamburger was delicious! 😊

This restaurant used to be located where the Onion hamburger shop went out of business. I had been wanting to visit someday, and finally went in! It was around 2:40 pm on a weekday. I expected it to be empty, but surprisingly about 70% of the seats were taken! I ordered the lunch hamburger with the daily sauce. The taste was not bad, but it was quite elegant and not suitable for those looking for a hearty meal. The interior was stylish like a fancy cafe. However, the portion was definitely not enough! I could have eaten another lunch set! It seemed like mostly women came to enjoy lunch and chat, as there were hardly any men who looked like they could eat a lot.

The Roppongi shop was next to Toradou, so I always thought I would go there eventually when I ate ramen at Toradou. When I went out for dinner with an acquaintance and they wanted to eat hamburgers, we decided to go to the Dazaifu branch of Fukuoka 2. Although it's called Dazaifu, it's actually in front of Oosano Fukuoka Agricultural High School, so it's about a 20-minute drive from Minami Ward, a suburban store with a spacious parking lot. The store wasn't crowded and we were seated promptly. The layout inside the store was spacious and nice. We ordered the Yamamoto Hamburg with grated daikon and ponzu sauce (for my partner), along with a bread and soup set. From the side menu, we also ordered mashed potatoes, cheese bake, and two large fried prawns. The prawns were really big and perfect for sharing. The hamburgers and soup were delicious, and we didn't need to ask for a bread refill as the initial serving was sufficient. The service was also great, and overall it was a good restaurant. Since it's a suburban store, there are no counter seats, so it may not be convenient for solo diners. The bakery next door seems to open from 8:00 in the morning.

The restaurant was very crowded, but surprisingly there were empty seats inside. However, the staff for some reason were not letting customers in. Even though there were 3-4 service staff members, they seemed unaware and the restaurant was not running smoothly. The waiting area was full and customers were standing outside in the cold waiting, so I thought it would have been better to at least let them sit and wait. The welcome smoothie was too green and bitter for my taste, the hamburger was average, and the bread was reheated as a service but when it finally arrived it was cold and not worth the wait. I had high expectations based on the reviews but was disappointed.

I went for lunch on a regular day! The restaurant was full of female customers. I had the 1500 yen lunch, which had a lot of vegetables. I chose the coarse ground hamburger, and it was delicious with a rich flavor. There were many types of bread available, and you could also get seconds. It seems you can also order rice later. There were three different desserts available, and a drink was included in this price, which I think is a great deal! The service was also very polite! I would definitely like to visit this restaurant again ^_^
