Rest time: Closed on January 1 (regular holiday) 【This izakaya is famous for its chicken dishes using fresh jidori (local chicken). The deep flavor and sweetness of the fresh chicken spreads with every bite, especially juicy with a good balance of fat.

Soulmate Σ-san and I went on a Gunpla exploration in Nihonbashi. Nihonbashi has changed a lot... I deeply felt the passage of time. In the end, I only bought a Diver Ace unit (200 yen) and a Kamen Rider Gaim handkerchief. Then, for dinner. After wandering around, we finally decided on Mako-ya based on Σ-san's feeling. It's a bit small, but the staff were lively and nice. The speed menu's ostrich tataki was delicious! Ostrich is tasty, isn't it? It's like a cross between beef and chicken. The tataki was so good that we ended up ordering Yukke as well. We also got a skewer set of 5. The skewers were also delicious. In the middle of our conversation, Σ-san, who had been dissing chicken wings, quickly changed his tune. It seems he really enjoyed them. The rolled omelette with chicken broth was a delight for me, as I love chicken broth. The variety of meatballs was simple, with different sauces like leek mayo. I personally preferred the leek mayo over the simple egg yolk. The fried chicken had a crispy texture and was light to eat. Overall, everything was delicious and we had a great time. The selection of juices and cocktails, with plenty of fruit juice, was enjoyable for both drinkers and non-drinkers. I would like to visit again. How about having the next meetup here? Oh, I forgot to eat ramen... I was curious because yakitori places often have good ramen.

During a business trip, I went to have lunch at this place. When I entered, there was no greeting, no water served for about 5 minutes, the ginger pork was all clumped together and not properly cooked, the waitstaff seemed to be scolded by the kitchen staff, the rice was dry and tasteless, I tried to pay with my ID but the machine had an error so I ended up paying with PayPay, the two-person table near the counter was too narrow and every time a customer or staff passed by, they would bump into me. I will never go back again.

I had my first lunch at Makoya today~(((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) I didn't even know they served lunch, just happened to pass by and had a sudden change of heart! When I saw the sign, I was surprised to see a 700 yen lunch set (°Д°) I immediately decided on the chicken nanban set ( •̀ω•́ )و Oh my! How unusual! I don't usually eat fried food! But Makoya's chicken nanban is lightly fried with minimal batter, almost like it's grilled! And the tartar sauce generously piled on top made it feel even more satisfying than its 700 yen price tag would suggest (´✪ω✪`) The chicken was tender and juicy, so delicious~♡ You can also have a drink during lunchtime and even order a dish from the dinner menu if you're still hungry. I thought about trying the delicious tsukune as well, but I was too full (lol) I might become a regular with the chicken nanban set (*´﹃`*) It was so tasty♪ Thank you for the meal♪٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭ Thank you for your follows, likes, and comments♡ Instagram: @kanae.0402 Food account: @kanae.0402sub Currently taking a break from "eating to lose weight" due to pregnancy, enjoying a maternity gourmet life ( * ॑꒳ ॑*) Thank you for your support*⸜(* ॑꒳ ॑* )⸝*٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭✿*❀٭

My friend suddenly wanted to eat yakitori in Namba, so we found this place while wandering around and decided to visit. The stairs at the entrance were steep and a bit of a struggle to climb. Since there were two of us, we sat at the two-person table behind the counter on the right after entering. We ordered a variety of dishes. The chicken tataki was served with soy sauce, ponzu sauce, and salt for dipping, and the portion was satisfying. The fried chicken was very crispy and delicious! The skewers were also well-seasoned and went well with the drinks. The flavors were undeniably delicious! The only downside was that the table was small, and the dishes were brought out quickly, which made us a bit rushed. Overall, I think it's a great place to go for drinks with friends!

I visited Mako-ya for the first time! It's a casual yakitori restaurant with a limited-time menu item - a dish of grilled chicken skewers with long green onions and kelp. All 10 types of yakitori were delicious and I ended up eating them all in no time, forgetting to take a photo. I apologize for that. I'll instead post a photo of the menu.

I used it for a drinking party with company colleagues. It was a nostalgic izakaya-style restaurant. The restaurant is located on the second floor, and the stairs are quite steep! Also, the interior of the restaurant is smaller than expected. We were guided to a seat at the back on the left side after going up the stairs, but the aisle was so narrow that we couldn't pass each other, and the tables for two were small, so the dishes were crowded on the table. Also, I was a bit concerned about the cleanliness, as there were towels used by previous customers on the chairs (but that's part of the izakaya experience, I guess). Here's what we ordered: - Make-your-own potato salad - Grilled local chicken thighs - Assorted tsukune (chicken meatballs) - Assorted vegetable skewers - Cheesecake - Homemade pudding Making the potato salad was quite a workout, so I left it to my companion and finished it off ✨ It had a nice texture with paprika in it. The most popular item here is the tsukune, so we tried the assorted platter (*'▽'*). The fluffy tsukune were all delicious, and it was quite a generous portion! There was a wide variety of alcoholic drinks available, and also various non-alcoholic options, but the food was not particularly exceptional, so I didn't feel like I wanted to go back again. *This is the opinion of someone who prefers restaurants where you can have a leisurely meal at your table.

I came here after a long time, around 15:00, just in time for the last order at 15:30 and closing at 16:00. I always end up getting hungry at odd times between lunch and dinner. I have fond memories of the tsukune here because it was the first time I had such delicious tsukune and I was so impressed. This time, I only had the salt tsukune and cheese tsukune because I arrived at the last minute. They were so satisfying! An attractive guy paid for the meal, haha. Thank you for the meal! It's been a while, but I remembered the delicious yakitori I had at night. I happened to pass by the restaurant during lunchtime and decided to try their lunch menu. The lunch was just average, but it was very affordable. I had the tonkatsu set with rice, miso soup, and shredded cabbage for around 730 yen. The tonkatsu on top of the rice was really tasty, especially when the sauce mixed with the cabbage. I wished the sauce was a bit stronger though. I couldn't eat the fatty parts of the tonkatsu, so I left them. I think the pork ginger stir-fry was also the same price. The fried chicken options were even cheaper, I think. I also bought a Yakult 1000 drink from a nearby pharmacy, and it was my first time seeing it in person. I was so excited that I tried to hide it, but ended up just buying two bottles. The drink was slightly larger than regular Yakult and tasted okay. Both the lunch and the drink were from a while ago, so I apologize if the prices have changed.

The fried chicken with a strong flavor was delicious. Last time my order was forgotten and it took 30 minutes to arrive, but this time I ordered at the counter so it wasn't forgotten. It's been six months since my last visit, but I want to come back again because it's so tasty! #Makoya #FriedChickenSet #ChickenKaraage #IzakayaLunch #NambaLunch #FriedChickenIsAPopularDish

Osaka - Osaka Namba. For those who love chicken, this is the place to be! We ordered a sashimi platter and various chicken parts like heart, gizzard, and liver. Don't rely on Google Maps, the entrance is on the shopping street side. We entered right when they opened. Couldn't go wrong with ordering just one item! Lol

A chicken meat shop in the bustling district of Namba. They have a wide variety of chicken dishes on the menu. The interior of the shop is quite narrow and noisy, despite the unassuming exterior. The hallway is also narrow, giving off a vibe that it's more suited for young people. The chicken dishes are cooked well and everything I ate was delicious. The cost performance is also good.

At a chicken dish restaurant, the Chicken Nanban set meal is very satisfying with a generous portion. It goes perfectly with tartar sauce and tastes delicious! However, the downside was that my order was forgotten and it took almost 30 minutes to be served. #Makoya #ChickenNanbanSetMeal #ChickenNanban #IzakayaLunch #NambaLunch #NambaLunch #KaraageIsAPopularDish #680YenLunch

I was invited to a year-end party with my fishing buddies and I joined them. Since I had work that day, I headed to Namba after finishing work for the party at Makoya, a restaurant located just a short walk from the subway and Kintetsu Namba Station. When everyone gathered, we each ordered our drinks. This day, we had a course with all-you-can-drink option. I ordered a highball. We all cheered and started with a Caesar salad and a platter of three appetizers. The conversation flowed along with the drinks, and we kept ordering highballs. The Ibérico pork tataki was juicy and delicious, while the tsukune was fluffy and tasty. The grilled chicken had a nice char and went well with the highball. The chicken karage was as delicious as always. We chatted and drank happily until it was time for the finale, Makoya's cold noodles. Even though I didn't eat it, it looked like it would be easy to slurp down. We finished with a pudding, and before we knew it, an hour and a half had passed since we started. The plan with all-you-can-drink for 3500 yen per person was definitely worth it.

I had lunch at an izakaya located in the Nankai Shotengai that extends east from Nankai Namba Station. Despite feeling a bit uneasy when climbing the not-so-clean stairs, I felt a bit relieved when I entered the restaurant and saw the bright staff. I ordered the Iberico pork roast beef bowl for 500 yen from the coupon menu. They first served vegetable juice, followed by salted cabbage in a small dish, and then the bowl was served. I wondered if it was okay for the Iberico pork to be sliced so thick, but I decided to go with it. I mixed in the egg yolk and ate it. I'm not sure if this was really Iberico pork, but since it was labeled as such, I assume it was. I didn't leave feeling like I had eaten something delicious in Osaka, and left the restaurant feeling a bit disappointed as I descended the stairs.

I casually installed the Lunch Passport app and decided to come here. I ordered the Iberico pork roast pork bowl, which seems to be a menu item priced at 780 yen. First, a small-sized vegetable juice and simmered pumpkin were served. They were gentle in flavor and delicious. Next, the roast pork bowl, miso soup, and pickles were served. This volume for just one coin is quite a deal. I enjoyed the thick roast pork with egg yolk, squeezing a little lemon. It was refreshing and delicious. I felt like trying other menu items as well.

Hello! I was really craving meat and I found this place online. I ordered the Roast Beef Don, which came with miso soup and some side dishes for around 500 yen, or maybe 1000 yen, I can't remember exactly. But I remember thinking that for this price, I would be really satisfied with the dish. The beef was tender, and when I broke the egg yolk over it, the food looked so delicious! I couldn't resist. This time I visited for lunch, but next time I want to try their dinner menu. Thank you for the delicious meal!

Mako-ya in Namba. Delicious chicken sashimi. They also offer all-you-can-drink options for peace of mind.

The food is delicious but the restaurant is extremely small. We sat at a table for two, but right next to us was a private room where people were taking off their shoes, causing a strong smell to waft over. The noise from the surrounding tables made it hard to hear each other, and having the restroom right in front of us made us uncomfortable. I recommend sitting at the counter instead of a table for two when dining as a pair.
