The other day, I was looking for a pet-friendly store and happened to come across this one. It was their 10th anniversary, so I tried their special steak bowl menu. It came with three different sauces and the steak was fillet, very tender and delicious. I also had an Earl Grey chiffon cake for dessert, which was fluffy and had a gentle flavor with a not-too-sweet cream. They also had a menu for dogs. I heard they can recreate a pet's portrait using mashed potatoes for birthdays. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

With my beloved dog Andy (a Chihuahua estimated to be around 4 years old) in tow, I visited the Chibicafe Chirikira☆ROOM in the Nishijin Shotengai to Fujisaki Shotengai area of Hakata City, Sawara Ward. This pet cafe and miscellaneous goods store opened in 2011. I usually spend a total of about 3 hours walking in the morning and evening, so I rarely have the energy and time to visit a stylish pet cafe, but today I had some free time and decided to check out this place that had caught my eye before. When I arrived during lunchtime, it was packed. Seems like it's quite popular! Since the table seats were full, we were guided to a sofa seat by the window. It was a nice and relaxing spot. Of course, dogs are allowed on the sofa too. There was a large cat tree in front of us, with a cat perched on top. This cat seems to be the mascot of the shop. The owner, who is very good with dogs, came over to greet us. He has a great way of welcoming dog owners like me and creating a hospitable atmosphere in the shop. Andy greeted the regular customers and their dogs. There was a cool-looking dog with green hair? Its back looked like a monster (laughs). This dog seems to be the shop's mascot. Let's take a commemorative photo! But Andy was too distracted by the other dogs, people, and food around, so it was hard to get his attention. He got a bit too excited, so I gave him some water to calm down. There was a small sink area where you could help yourself to water for dogs (container provided). While enjoying my water, I looked at the menu on the blackboard. It seemed like they were quite meat-focused. The prices were a bit on the higher side, averaging just over 1,000 yen, but it came with a choice of drink. As a noodle lover, I was interested in the "Meaty Meat Sauce Pasta," but since it was my first visit, I decided to go with the shop's signature dish, the "Black Wagyu Beef Hamburg Loco Moco." The Loco Moco, a Hawaiian fast food-style bowl, consisted of rice topped with a beef patty and a sunny-side-up egg. Around the beef patty was cabbage finely chopped with dressing. The beef patty was so soft! It had a strong meaty flavor but was not chunky, it was soft. Since it wasn't covered in a heavy sauce, I could enjoy the flavor of the beef patty. I also enjoyed the sunny-side-up egg along the way. The cabbage played a great supporting role. The amount of rice was almost like a large serving. I was full by the end of it. While I was eating, I tied Andy's leash to the chair to keep him in place. There didn't seem to be any leash hooks in the shop. Today, I decided to order a dog meal as well. It was 500 yen and the contents varied daily. They also asked about allergies. Today's dish was minced cartilage tomato rice, 100 kcal, topped with a small amount of cheese and served with a lettuce salad. The meat soboro looked delicious. Those white specks must be cartilage. We don't usually go this far at home, but since there was a spoon provided, I fed him bite-sized pieces. He devoured it in no time. For the post-meal drink, I chose the shop's specialty Mint Cocoa. It costs 465 yen as a stand-alone item. I had it as an ice cream, but they also offer it hot. It was quite sweet, but since I love chocolate mint ice cream, I enjoyed it. Andy seemed to be full and finally started to calm down. In the evenings, you can also enjoy alcohol and snacks here. Well, you can probably order them during the day too (laughs). It's okay to be a bit rowdy with your dog here. The snack menu includes a Jumbo Frankfurter sausage! That's a big sausage, nice (laughs). There is also an outdoor table where smoking is allowed. Inside the shop, various pet goods are also available for sale. This cat face bag is so cute. There are also dog face ones. Andy---
