Located on the 1st floor of the Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin, this café restaurant is part of the "Royal" series which also includes the French restaurant famous for being visited by Marilyn Monroe. After a period of closure, the restaurant has reopened, and I decided to go in as I passed by. The interior is spacious and seems unchanged from before. I arrived around 1:30 pm and was the only customer initially. Later, two more people came in. I chose the curry lunch set (1,518 yen including tax, credit cards accepted), which came with a salad bar and soup bar. The salad had a nice variety of vegetables with tasty dressing. The soup was a light consommé flavor. The curry, described as "classic European-style curry," was delicious with well-cooked pork slices and a rich, slightly spicy sauce. The rice was shiny and overall, the curry was enjoyable. Considering the higher price for lunch, it would be nice if a drink was included in the set or if a drink bar was offered instead of the soup bar.

I used it for lunch during my trip to Fukuoka! It came with a salad buffet, and the oranges were particularly sweet and delicious! I had the steak and hamburger lunch, both of which were very tasty! The restaurant was clean, spacious, and relaxing. It was a great experience.

Last December, I had a late lunch at this restaurant, feeling the worst due to my favorite member's absence. However, on this day, I had a great breakfast while reminiscing about the previous day's performance. I arrived at exactly 6:30 am when the restaurant opened, but there were no other customers. In the end, there were only about 6 customers who came later. It may be due to the significant impact of the coronavirus. It is an average morning buffet, but having chicken rice is unusual and nice. The atmosphere was brighter than the night before at the restaurant "Yakatahaimasu," and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably. However, I think the prices are a bit high, with 1,500 yen for guests staying at the hotel and 2,000 yen for the general public.

Located on the 1st floor of the Richmond Hotel near Tenjin Loft, this restaurant is part of the Royal Group, which also operates Royal Host among others. I arrived around 2:30 PM, just before their lunch service ended at 3 PM. It was a relief to find a place still serving lunch at that hour, as many places close by 2 PM. The restaurant used to be an Italian place before, but the Royal Group seems to be expanding rapidly. The interior is spacious and has a nice open atmosphere. I was seated at the counter by the window, which faced the street, making me a bit self-conscious of passersby. I ordered the Hamburger Steak Lunch set for 1300 yen, which included minestrone soup and grapefruit juice. The soup was tomato-based with cabbage, onions, and bacon. It was decent but on the smaller side. The hamburger steak arrived in about 15 minutes, made of 100% beef with teriyaki sauce and grated radish on top. The teriyaki sauce was a bit sweet for my taste, and I would have preferred a demi-glace sauce. However, the hamburger steak was juicy and delicious. The rice was standard, and I wished there was a small salad included in the set for the price. Overall, the portion size was satisfying, and I enjoyed the meal.

This time the performance is not at Nishitetsu Hall, but at Scala Espacio. While on the Shinkansen, I received an email saying that my favorite member would be absent due to poor health, so I headed to the venue feeling a bit down. Despite feeling under the weather, I was hungry, so I decided to have pasta at this restaurant on the way to the venue. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor of the hotel and also serves breakfast. By the way, I have had the breakfast buffet at the Italian restaurant Night Cup located in front of this place. I was seated at the counter facing the road and ordered the "Spaghetti with Shrimp and Treviso Cream Sauce: 1,350 yen". It is quite pricey as it is a single dish without a salad. Despite there being few customers, it took quite a while for the dish to be prepared, and it was served 18 minutes after ordering. However, the taste was surprisingly delicious, exceeding my expectations for a "cafe pasta".

I was thirsty and wanted to kill some time for about 30 minutes, so I decided to go into a cafe. However, I saw a sign for daily special beer and couldn't resist jumping in! I was interested in doing a beer tasting, but I didn't have enough time, so I just chose one. The description said it had a refreshing white wine aroma, so I was drawn to the On The Cloud beer. It really did have a white wine aroma!! I loved it~ (╹◡╹) It was indeed refreshing to drink. However, as you can see from the photo next to the Kirin Lemon, it was, uh, small.. The quantity was so little that it didn't last for 30 minutes (lol) Cheers!

Watanabe Street "Royal Garden Cafe" Craft June 16, 2019 NEW! Theme: Fukuoka City Chuo Ward/South Watanabe Street along Richmond Hotel 1F used to be a place called "Night Light Cup" but it has now changed to "Royal Garden Cafe." After finishing work on a holiday, I passed by and saw a sign ... Craft beer? Riding the trend ... I thought, but when I looked at the brands, it's Tap Marche. Well, whatever ... A tasting set is 1200 yen with 4 out of 6 Tap Marche brands, along with Brooklyn Lager and Asahi Super Dry. It includes 496, Copland, After Dark, Daydream ... Not bad at all. Each in a reasonable amount ... It was a good way to pass the time.

I use the morning set regularly! Royal Garden Cafe has been renovated and reopened since the end of the year. The morning menu has more items and has been upgraded, but the price has doubled. It's a bit pricey for a small increase in items! The menu is the same as it was during the Night Light Cup, so I would like to see some changes in seasoning or presentation.

I had lunch at the Royal Garden Cafe Tenjin on the 1st floor of the Richmond Hotel on Watanabe Street. I ordered the Hamburg Steak Lunch set, which came with a 100% beef hamburger, Brisbane sauce soup, rice or bread, and a drink for ¥1300. The soup was minestrone and it was delicious. I chose grapefruit juice as my drink, which came in a cute jar. The hamburger was quite large and came with my favorite pickles on top, which made it even better. The Brisbane sauce was like a creamy demi-glace and went well with the hamburger. The side vegetables were also tasty. Overall, the hamburger was really delicious and tasted homemade. Although the price was slightly high for lunch, the quality was worth it in my opinion. The restaurant was not crowded, so I was able to enjoy my meal in a relaxed atmosphere.

The cafe located in Richmond Hotel Fukuoka Tenjin, which offers a morning buffet. The breakfast costs 2500 yen, which is a bit high, but they make omelets and pancakes to order instead of using premade ones, making it quite good for a breakfast buffet. The taste is also good.

The menu featured in the lunch passport (LP) allows you to enjoy a meal at Royal Garden Cafe Tenjin for only 500 yen. The restaurant, located on the 1st floor of the Richmond Hotel, has a cozy and casual atmosphere with a wooden interior. Upon entering, I was greeted by a staff member who kindly asked if I preferred to sit at the counter. I chose a seat at the counter facing the window, with enough space for comfort. The LP menu included a dish called "Shirasu and Okra Rice Ball" with a drink and soup. I ordered an iced tea, which was served promptly and had a subtle yet elegant flavor. I tried adding some organic sugar syrup, but it made the tea too sweet, overpowering the tea's original taste. The minestrone soup was flavorful with a tomato base. The main dish, the rice ball, was topped with chopped shiso leaves, grated daikon, and wasabi. The texture was moist with a unique combination of shirasu and okra, although the taste was average. It may not be filling enough for men, but considering the price, service, and ambiance, it was a great value. Overall, a healthy and satisfying meal experience.

The potato is spicy and delicious. The salt ramen goes well with beer. Thank you very much.
