Today, I visited a highly recommended yakiniku restaurant by a friend. I was hesitant to go alone without a reservation, but decided to give it a try around 9 pm on a Sunday. Luckily, there was no problem getting a seat at the counter with a roaster grill. Since it was a Sunday night, there weren't many customers at that time. I started off with a Kirin Lager beer and looked at the menu posted inside the restaurant to make my selections. Here's what I ordered:
- Negi Salad 480 yen (excluding tax): A refreshing dish with crunchy onions, not what I expected but still enjoyable.
- Rice (small) 200 yen (excluding tax): A regular serving of rice, perfect for one person.
- Premium Sirloin 1,880 yen (excluding tax): Very tender and delicious, with a rich meaty flavor that melts in your mouth.
- Thickly sliced Salted Tongue 1,780 yen (excluding tax): A thick cut of tongue with a good amount of marbling, crispy on the outside and moist on the inside.
- Premium Harami (skirt steak) 1,980 yen (excluding tax): High-quality marbled skirt steak that is tender and flavorful, worth the price.
- Kirin Classic Lager (medium bottle) 500 yen (excluding tax)
- Cabbage side dish 200 yen (excluding tax)
Overall, the meat quality was excellent, and I enjoyed watching the meat being cut right in front of me. The staff, especially the manager, was friendly and engaging. I was recommended to try their beef offal udon next time, which I'm looking forward to. If they had a mixed platter option, it would be great for solo diners like me to try a variety of meats. I plan to return with friends next time to try more dishes.

Upon entering the restaurant for the first time, I was surprised to see meat displayed at the entrance. The meal at the end of the second day of EXPO was delicious, with various photos of famous people on the walls. The taste was outstanding, and I will definitely visit again. I can't imagine a place that combines such high-quality meat and cost performance. The meat served here is top-notch, and according to the staff, the same quality meat in Tokyo costs 4-5 times more. However, here they offer it at a price that is affordable for the general public. That's why people come all the way from Tokyo on the Shinkansen just to eat here. Recently, there have been many Chinese customers, ordering premium meat dishes that cost over 7,000 yen per person. I was extremely satisfied with the meat that cost less than one-fifth of that price. The liver was amazing!

I was surprised to find that the food was delicious at a famous restaurant! The appearance was different and didn't seem very tasty, but once I stepped inside, I saw beautifully marbled cuts of meat lined up. Various branded beef was on display. It's been a while since I went to Tenkacha, Hoshino Resort. The blue tent along the road is nowhere to be seen, and it's now a touristy downtown where white people and Asians arrive by taxi. It used to be known as the world's cleanest slum, a title that no longer fits this upscale place. In the past, broke students couldn't tell if the food was good or not because it was so expensive and delicious. Now, it seems that with such high-quality meat and perfect cuts, even locals might say it's a bargain. This is the journey I have walked and the path I have taken.

Everything was excellent - top quality. We grilled thickly sliced salted tongue, triangle-cut short ribs, loin, and grilled vegetables. We were very satisfied. The sushi melted in our mouths and disappeared instantly. The rice was delicious. We made a reservation in advance for a junior colleague's engagement celebration. We brought a cake in advance to celebrate the couple's new beginning. Luckily, we were able to catch a taxi outside the restaurant on our way back, and we got off at Midosuji Hommachi to finish off at Starbucks. We thoroughly enjoyed a wonderful time! This is a representative yakiniku restaurant in Osaka. I visited after a long time and it was still delicious. The special salted tongue was especially amazing. It was definitely a famous restaurant, so we made a pilgrimage to Tenkacha. Despite being a yakiniku restaurant, the place was spacious, bright, clean, and not smoky at all. The meat was very delicious. Beer goes down smoothly. The beef tongue was thickly cut with a beautiful crosshatch pattern, offering a good chew while being easy to eat and very tasty. The other meats also had nice marbling and a beautiful red color, indicating their freshness. The sauce was delicious, so I ended up eating it on rice. The restaurant was bustling with a constant flow of customers, creating a lively atmosphere.

The meat was incredibly flavorful! Sweet and juicy! Both pork and beef were excellent!!! Among the meats I had this time, the harami was the most delicious! I visited Yakiniku Itto Honten, a famous yakiniku restaurant located in Nishinari Ward, Osaka. Despite arriving before 6pm on a weekday, the restaurant was already full. They use traditional gas grills for cooking yakiniku, so they provide plastic bags for storing your clothes due to the strong smoke. We ordered thick-cut tongue, assorted kimchi, beef tendon with ponzu sauce, green onion salad, premium loin, harami, kalbi, raw beef with egg yolk, skirt steak, premium harami, beef intestines, upper stomach, genki soup, loin ham, and bacon. Everything was delicious, but the thick-cut tongue was exceptionally tender and recommended. Each meat dish comes with a hidden knife, a unique touch. The homemade loin ham and bacon are best enjoyed lightly grilled. Overall, it was a very delicious yakiniku restaurant. Thank you for the meal!

From Tenkacha-ya, Michael arrived at the second location at 5:30 PM. He enjoyed harami, top loin, kaonomi, and thickly sliced salted tongue with beer. As expected, the lean meat is the best for me! He couldn't find the restaurant's parking lot, so he parked in the parking lot of the Family Mart diagonally across the street. Thank you for the meal.

I used this restaurant for dinner the night before visiting Wakayama. It's a famous place, so I made a reservation. I walked from the subway station, and the scenery along the way was a bit deep or scary to me, as I'm not used to it. There were many yellow signs, like Tamade. When I entered the restaurant, there were meat chunks lined up in a refrigerated case like a butcher shop. I ordered Sendai beef kalbi and loin from a menu with various types and cuts of meat listed. Then I ordered tongue, pork belly, and more. The meat was thick and well-marbled, very delicious. For the finish, I ordered katsu udon. Since it was New Year's Eve, I also considered ordering soba, but I went with udon. Surprisingly, it was quite light. Overall, it's good value for money. The popular restaurant, with a constant flow of customers, was indeed delicious.

The meat quality here is excellent, with the horumon (offal) being light and the beef being marbled. The taste surpasses expectations. The manager's quick and lively service adds to the positive experience.
