I visited the restaurant because I was craving a parfait after a long time, but unfortunately, due to a shortage of staff, fruit parfaits and fruit assortments are temporarily unavailable. It's a shame! I remember there used to be three staff members, but now there is only one! Working alone? Wow, that must be tough. Everywhere seems to be facing a serious shortage of staff. So, I decided to go for a cake set instead. You can add a drink to your favorite cake for an additional 200 yen. It was past 3 o'clock, so the display case was a bit low on options. They all looked delicious, but I chose the most popular fruit shortcake (650 yen) and an iced tea. The staff brought it to my table (water is self-service). Since it's a fruit shop, the cake was loaded with fruits. I wonder how many types of fruits they use? Maybe around 10 different kinds? And each fruit tasted delicious. There were also mini cream puffs on top, making it even more festive. The sponge and cream were simply delicious. The cakes here are all about enjoying fruits, so they are different from the refined, high-end cakes you find at department stores. The drink was pretty ordinary, but being able to enjoy so many fruits at once is truly a luxurious experience that only a fruit shop can offer. The staircase to the second floor of the fruit shop is steep, but it's worth the effort. It's one of my favorite places. I hope the parfaits will be back soon. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

It was delicious! The portion size was generous. Unfortunately, the parfaits were not available due to a shortage of staff everywhere. But I still want to go back! The sweetness and cutting style of the fruits, the rich pudding, and the ample protein made me happy. Thank you.

I went to the cafe with the intention of trying their Zuccotto, but they only had one cake available and the parfait was not available today. I ended up ordering the "Chestnut Mont Blanc" and added a coffee set for an extra 200 yen. It wasn't what I was hoping for, but it was delicious and I enjoyed it until the end. Since it's a cafe run by a greengrocer, I would like to try their fruit sweets next time.

Located in the Shin-Tenjin Arcade in Fukuoka, this cafe is operated by Asakura Seika, a fruit and vegetable market. The cafe is on the 2nd floor, while the 1st floor is the produce shop. I visited during a weekday and only the 2nd floor was open. It was easy to access and I didn't have to wait long during my visit around 3 pm. The taste of the cake itself was average, but they were generous with the amount of fruit used, making it enjoyable. The price was reasonable considering the amount of fruit used, making it a great choice for those who love fruit.

Located on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the arcade street in Tenjin's New Tenmachi, this fruit parlor offers a variety of fruit cakes and parfaits. The 2nd floor has a space for ordering and about 20 seats, with a showcase displaying the day's cakes. The fruit cakes are generously topped with fruits, with two layers of sliced fruits between the sponge layers, showcasing the dedication of the specialty store. The cream, not too sweet, is easy to enjoy for people of all ages. Drinks are priced at 300 yen each, but there is a 100 yen discount when ordered with a cake. Refills are also available for just 100 yen. The atmosphere is welcoming to all generations, making it a place where even a man dining alone would feel comfortable.

In December 2022, after having lunch at the famous Hakata specialty store "Hakata Meibutsu Saba no Shin", I felt like having a parfait, so I stopped by "Kissho Kudamono" (1F is a fruit store, 2F is a cafe space). The cakes also looked delicious, but since it is directly managed by Asakura Seika Market, I chose the recommended fruit parfait! Fruit Parfait for 1500 yen. It was filled with plenty of fruits such as apples, oranges, ruby grapes, bananas, kiwi, pineapples, persimmons, etc., and inside there was vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, and strawberry sauce. It was a satisfying parfait and tasted delicious. Thank you for the meal!

This is a fruit parlor located on the second floor of the greengrocer in Shinten-cho. They offer a variety of desserts such as tarts, cakes, and parfaits... it's quite hard to choose! This time, I chose the Summer Orange Tart and Peach Tart. They were filled with plenty of fruits, almost overflowing... very satisfying! It's a happy season when fruits are delicious. I would like to try their parfait next time!

When traveling, I often crave desserts like parfaits that I don't usually eat. Even though I originally planned to have one on the first day of my trip, I ended up eating too much and had to postpone it until the last day when I visited Tenjin Bus Terminal. The café was located inside an arcade, with a fruit shop on the first floor. I decided to try the most popular fruit parfait, which was filled with apples, green kiwi, bananas, oranges, red grapefruit, grapes, watermelon, pineapple, and more. The presentation was adorable, and the parfait was delicious, with a surprise layer of vanilla ice cream in the middle and cut fruits mixed with cream at the bottom. It was a delightful experience enjoying the variety of fruits in the parfait.

I have been to hundreds of restaurants, but for the first time, I have to give a rating of 3 or less... I ordered the fried chicken set meal for 800 yen. I upgraded the drink to a mixed juice for an additional 100 yen, which was a good choice. The fruit and mixed juice were delicious as expected from a fruit shop. However, the fried chicken in the set meal was clearly frozen chicken nuggets. They probably just microwaved them and served them as is. This is the first time I've been served such disrespectful food at a restaurant... Definitely do not order anything other than fruit here... Also, despite the small size of the restaurant with only around 10 seats (on the second floor that day), the 3 staff members were chatting loudly and had a bad attitude. It felt wrong to have to bring my empty dishes to the return counter myself... It's a shame because it's a really wasted opportunity for this place.

The other day, I had tea here and found a "tanuki cake" in the showcase! So today, I got it to go. It's a colorful fruit cake with a cute tanuki mixed in. It seems that the "tanuki cake" is secretly popular, with recipes being shown on TV shows and even a national map of tanuki cake locations. It's cute and Instagrammable. I had never tried it before, so I bought it out of curiosity. It seems like it takes a lot of effort to make, and they only had a limited quantity here. I wanted to buy more to share with friends, but it was the last one, so too bad! It must be popular. The tanuki cake from Yoshikawa has fruits as its selling point, with a strawberry on top. The tanuki cake from the Showa era used to have a rich buttercream, but this one has a buttercream head and chocolate sponge with strawberry cream in between. However, the thick chocolate coating made it difficult to eat neatly. Not suitable for a date, haha. It was a rich and delicious cake. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I had Matsutake mushroom soba at Hitori-ume and for dessert, I chose Mont Blanc from a nearby place. I think fruit-based desserts would be the best choice, but today I went with Mont Blanc. It was hot, so I also ordered an iced coffee, and the total came to 800 yen. During this season, I often buy and eat Mont Blanc from various shops, but the one here is quite elaborate and delicious. In the past, Mont Blancs were mainly yellow with chestnut syrup as the base, but now there are more brown ones with chestnut paste as the base. Sometimes I miss the yellow ones and find them nostalgic. I enjoyed autumn with a delicious Mont Blanc. Next time, maybe I'll go for a fruit-based dessert? I'll definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal!

After lunch, I wanted to have dessert here! I was interested in the pineapple board, but unfortunately it was already sold out today. Instead, I ordered a fruit parfait and coffee. I don't usually eat a lot of fruit, so it was nice to get a lot of vitamin C today. It was delicious, thank you for the meal. The decorations for the Shin Tenmachi Kazari Yamakasa were beautiful.

I have been here a few times before, but this is my first time leaving a review. I wanted to try their standard fruit tart, but they only had a summer orange tart left, so I ended up getting the cheesecake tart instead. It was delicious with lots of fruit on top. I have had their parfait before and it was also very tasty. They also offer detox water. The service is mostly self-serve, but I noticed that the tables were not always cleaned right after customers left. It would be better if they were more attentive to this, especially during the pandemic.

I visited this popular place in Tenjin for a snack time. There were many menu options, but a lot of them were sold out, showing how popular this place is. I ordered the fruit parfait. I also asked for a set with tea (+200 yen). The parfait that was brought out was filled with lots of fruits. The glass was also filled with freshly cut fruits. Normally, parfaits would probably have cornflakes or canned fruits, so this was a delight for fruit lovers. This place is a fruit shop, after all. They use a variety of fruits depending on the season, so I will definitely come back again. Thank you for the delicious meal! ♥️

This is a cafe operated by a greengrocer in Shintencho. The first floor sells vegetables and fruits, while the second floor is a cafe. The interior is cozy with about 5 tables for 2 people and a counter with about 6 seats. It was past 4 pm, so there were few cake options left, but the popular Zucotto (600 yen for just the cake/800 yen for a drink set) was still available, so I ordered that. They also have a fruit Zucotto, but this time it was made with strawberries. Zucotto is a dome-shaped cake with sponge cake filled with cream, ice cream, mousse, etc., chilled. Besides cake, they also serve parfaits. There is self-service fruit-infused water in the store, with fruits like strawberries and oranges in it. The Zucotto had plenty of cream inside, but it wasn't too heavy, so I could eat it quickly. The cream inside was like custard cream but firmer, with a texture similar to canelé. The sponge cake was chocolate-flavored, with cocoa powder sprinkled on top, giving a slight bitterness of cocoa. Both inside and outside, there were plenty of strawberries used, making the cake look adorable. As expected from a greengrocer, the fruits were delicious!

I visited this place in Shintencho for the first time in a while. It is located on the second floor of a fruit shop. The stairs are steep, so be careful. You order and pay on the second floor, then return the dishes yourself in a cafe-style setup. The second and third floors are seating areas, but the staff will bring your order to your table, even on the third floor. Today, there weren't many people, so I sat on the second floor. Since it's a fruit shop, there are plenty of fruits on display, very colorful! The cakes in the showcase and the parfaits are also full of fruits. I ordered the Fruit Zuccotto (600 yen). You can add tea for an additional 200 yen, which is a good deal. You don't see Zuccotto often, right? There are various theories, like it resembles a soldier's helmet or a priest's hat, or it's an Italian cake in a dome shape. Inside, it's filled with lots of fruits. It's a two-layered cake with vanilla mousse and whipped cream. Mmm, delicious! While cakes from famous department store food halls are nice, I recommend this place if you want a cake with lots of fruits. Maybe I'll try the parfait next time? I'll visit again, thank you for the meal!

The fruit parfait was filled with an abundance of fruits. The homemade vanilla ice cream inside was thick and delicious! And all of this for only 1000 yen! The fruit cake was also packed with fruits and very tasty.

After lunch, let's have some sweets♪ There are many fruit parlors in Hakata. This place has a fruit shop on the first floor and a cafe on the second floor. It's not crowded at this weird time on a weekday. I ordered a parfait with lots of fruits! It was a parfait with plenty of fresh fruits - chestnut, apple, orange, grapefruit, banana, kiwi, grape, pineapple, and fig at the bottom. The fruits were all juicy and delicious. The melon was particularly good. The vanilla ice cream and whipped cream seemed to be commercial-grade (^-^; It cost 1000 yen. Oh, I thought I was ordering just the parfait, but maybe this was a set price? There was no tea though (^-^; Thank you for the meal.

Fruit shop and fruit parlor in Fukuoka City. Facing an arcade street. The 1st floor is a fruit shop, and the 2nd floor is a cafe. They offer desserts and lunches made with plenty of fruits. They also sell homemade baked goods. The mango tart is a type of cake they offer. It consists of a moist tart layered with custard cream, topped with sliced fresh mango, and garnished with blueberries and whipped cream. The mango used is so sweet that one might doubt if it's just freshly cut or processed. It melts in your mouth with a softness that makes you question if it's been processed at all.

Asagura's fruit market operates a café on the first floor with a fruit shop, and the second and third floors are dedicated to the café. I occasionally shop on the first floor, and on this day, I happened to notice a sign for parfaits and decided to go up to the second floor. Wow, there were so many sweets that girls would definitely love! It happened to be the strawberry season, so there were many delicious-looking sweets to choose from. I was really torn, but I ended up choosing the seasonal special strawberry parfait for 1600 yen. I thought the price was a bit high, but I couldn't resist limited edition items, and I wanted plenty of vitamin C for beauty and health. The parfait was made with plenty of fresh strawberries directly delivered from Ootachi's Ootani Farm. It had chocolate on top, lots of large strawberries, cheese cream, vanilla ice cream, custard cream, yogurt, strawberry ice cream, blancmange, berry sauce, and plenty of chopped strawberries inside. It's a paradise for strawberry lovers! Although the parfait I had this time was a bit pricey, other menu items were priced at 1000 yen or less including a drink, so I would like to visit again when I go shopping.
