Italian Izakaya in Yukaza, Itoshima? Sitting Italian Hozza Italian, a renovated old private house along Route 28 south of Minami-Gofuku Station, is more like an Italian izakaya? The interior has a calm atmosphere, with separate tatami rooms and other areas, very stylishly renovated. The menu seems to be mainly focused on meat dishes. The T-bone steak can be eaten for 4,000 yen, so it seems reasonably priced. First, I had a draft beer. Since I drank it, there is little information and images overall... For appetizers, I mainly ordered recommended dishes. I tried the carpaccio of raw ham and salmon, which was presented in the image of a flower. The taste was average. The luxurious potato at Hozza, topped with raw ham and anchovy sauce, was actually potato fries, as I found out later. I had a Paul Star drink! Sparkling wine by the glass is appreciated. From the grand menu, I ordered the Vanya Cauda with vegetables, but it was still cold... I wanted it to be warmed up before serving. The Hozza Teppan All-Stars Steak features a dream collaboration of hamburger steak, lobster, shrimp fry, sausage, and more. In addition, there was fried chicken and fried egg. The hamburger steak and steak were medium-rare, so I cooked them to my liking on the hot plate. The lobster was served as half with claws, which you can eat with miso on the meat. The shrimp fry was crispy, and the rest was average. It's quite expensive, isn't it? Finally, I ordered the recommended pasta from the grand menu, one with tomato sauce and the other with cream sauce. The tomato sauce was Pesca Tore with small shrimp, a large shrimp or one tail, mussels, and clams. The cream sauce had various thick paprikas to enjoy. We were satisfied with this meal for three people. The calm atmosphere was nice. Thank you for the meal!
