Margherita pizza (¥2070), Fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and homemade sausage cream sauce (¥1630), Romaine lettuce and Gorgonzola salad (¥2070). It was my first time visiting the Hakata store. The spacious interior and the staff's service were great. Both the salad and Margherita pizza were delicious, but I was surprised by how tasty the Fettuccine was. We shared it between two people, but I wanted to eat a whole plate by myself. I will definitely order it again next time!!! Thank you for the meal.

Salvatore Cuomo in Tenjin is a place I often visit, but this was my first time here. Due to the World Swimming Championships, there are many foreign customers in Fukuoka, and I saw a few foreign groups here as well. The space is wider and more comfortable than Tenjin. The food is delicious and reliable. I would be even happier if the non-alcoholic drink menu for all-you-can-drink was more varied. I will definitely visit again!

The appetizer came first. There were many options and everything was delicious, especially the cheese dressing on the vegetable salad which was very tasty. The restaurant has a lot of seating, so it seems like you can get in without a reservation, and it seems suitable for large groups. During my business trip to Fukuoka, I visited this restaurant. Since my hotel check-in was late, I decided to dine at this restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. It turned out to be a great choice! The Fukuoka specialty, amaou strawberry-based caprese, was especially delicious. I visited this restaurant by chance this time, but I would definitely come back. The atmosphere was great, and I had a wonderful night in Hakata. I will definitely visit again.

On the second day in Hakata in early January 2023, I had breakfast at the hotel. There were two options to choose from, and we decided to go with the one on the first floor of the hotel by majority vote. It was an Italian main buffet, but there were also Japanese menu items available. I chose a Japanese dish, and it was okay. It was decent.

They offer a drink bar, which added to our satisfaction. For lunch, you can choose a set with an appetizer and a main dish like pizza or pasta. We also ordered an extra pizza because we wanted to try it. The appetizer was generous and we ended up feeling very full!

It is the morning after the performance last night (front row) and the atmosphere still lingers. I headed to the morning buffet at 6:30am, but there was already one person waiting outside. The doors opened right at 6:30am and I was welcomed inside. I exchanged my breakfast voucher for a seating plate and placed it on a two-person table facing the front. The buffet area was not crowded, with only a few customers. I opted for a light salad breakfast, keeping in mind that I had lunch reservations later. I ate until I was about 80% full and then returned to my room.

Every time I pass by, I always notice this restaurant, and this time, as I was looking at the menu on the outdoor signboard, a staff member came out and said, "We have other menus too," very friendly. I was thinking of having a light meal and a couple of drinks, and as I was pondering what to order, I was shown to my seat. Having stayed in Italy before, seeing Italian menus brought back nostalgic memories, and it had been a while. When I mentioned that I was having trouble deciding on about 4 items, he suggested, "Shall we put all of them together in a platter?" and proposed an original plate just for me as a solo customer, so I decided on that without further thought. At this point, I was already in a good mood with friendly conversations, great hospitality, and a lovely service. But then, while waiting for the food, they also served sparkling wine!! He seems to be the manager of this restaurant. There were also a few regular customers among the other guests. As for the anticipated original plate... it included various types of prosciutto, a round fritter with tuna, vegetables, and bread, grilled vegetables and seafood, and a platter of my favorite bruschetta. The presentation, colors, and flavors were all to my liking!! I leisurely enjoyed the taste of Italy while ordering wine. Right after that, they also offered a refill of sparkling wine. I thought I was just going for a light meal, but because it was such a great restaurant, I unexpectedly ended up drinking more than planned (^^). Italian food is my favorite, so next time, I plan to go with a few friends and share several dishes.

It's a revisit after three years since that summer. Last time I visited, it was for an afternoon performance, but transportation (subway and JR) was stopped due to heavy rain, and the performance was unexpectedly canceled. I had a morning buffet in disappointment. This time, I'm having breakfast while still feeling the afterglow of last night's performance. (It was disappointing to hear about the graduation announcement of my favorite member's fellow member...) Even though the state of emergency has been lifted, there are still few guests staying, so the breakfast is now served in set meal style instead of buffet style, with a choice between Japanese set meal and Western set meal. I ordered the Western set meal and went to get a drink. The options available were water, barley tea, hot water (with tea bags), and hot coffee. There was no iced coffee or milk. I understand the need to cut costs, but I wish they had provided at least some milk. It was served in about 5 minutes, with everything except for soup (minestrone) and yogurt on one plate. However, the lemon dressing for the salad was served in a bottle, so there was no sad situation where the dressing would get on the bread or other items.

I stayed at the same hotel as last month and had the same breakfast. I think this restaurant is an Italian restaurant, but surprisingly, the food is delicious. The chicken, marinated sardines, miso soup, and rice are all tasty. It's great to start the day with this level of breakfast. It makes me feel like I've gained something in the morning. I visited this hotel for the first time in a while at the request of my companion. This time, the business trip is mostly Italian-themed. I tried their lunch for the first time, which includes pasta, pizza, salad, dessert, and a drink, all at a reasonable price. The taste is quite delicious, resembling authentic Italian cuisine. I stayed at a business hotel nearby and could have had a light meal there, but I wanted something hearty so I visited this place first thing in the morning. They serve breakfast with a focus on Kyushu ingredients. The restaurant has an Italian feel to it, but during breakfast time, it's a full buffet. From simmered vegetables to fried chicken, white rice, natto, miso soup, omelette, bread, soft drinks, there is a variety of menu items from all over the world. It may not have the sophistication of Salvatore Cuomo, but the breakfast spread is quite luxurious. The price is 1,200 yen, and it's definitely worth the money.

I stayed at Hakata Green Hotel Main Building for 3 nights and 4 days from August 26 to 29, 2019. Breakfast was served in buffet style at the restaurant. There were local dishes such as simmered vegetables and Miyazaki specialty Chicken Nanban, but it was disappointing that the menu was almost the same for all 3 days.

I came back because I was curious after having breakfast. The atmosphere is completely different and surprising. It's a stylish Italian restaurant with a variety of menu options, including recommended fish dishes along with meat. The staff is lively and I couldn't help but order more dishes. I had rib roast and fillet steak, pizza with local highland greens, and linguine with clams and mussels from Kumamoto for pasta. For dessert, I had the classic tiramisu. The dishes kept coming and I felt like I had ordered too much, but I managed to finish everything. Overall, it was good and I would like to come back again.
