Fried horse mackerel and vegetables with sweet vinegar sauce, a restaurant that has been around for over 10 years! I've known about this place since I was not familiar with healthy meals and it's one of my favorite restaurants that I have visited several times, including its affiliated stores. This time, I visited the Kyobashi branch! There are also branches in Shinsaibashi and Abeno in Osaka. Surprisingly, there were a few men on the day I visited. In the past, I had the impression that over 90% of the customers were women, but the ratio seems to have changed now! They have a modern touch panel ordering system, which is convenient for both lunch and dinner. The main dishes on the day I visited were fried horse mackerel and vegetables with sweet vinegar sauce, chicken and bitter melon oyster stir-fry, tomato honey ginger marinade, and the chef's special deli. If you want more food, you can upgrade to a large size for an additional 330 yen. They serve a balanced meal with nutrient-rich brown rice, enzyme dressing made from grated raw vegetables, and seasonal ingredients. They also offer a soy milk pudding parfait that caught my eye. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal!

I wanted to eat healthy and gentle dishes with a friend who has a small appetite and doesn't like meat. The main vegetable dish with minced meat sauce was delicious, and all the side dishes were also tasty. My friend even finished everything, so I'm glad. It seems like there is always a line even on weekdays, so it might be better to go at a different time.

It's always crowded and popular. Since it was a weekday, there was no line outside, and I was able to enter easily! It was around 1:30 PM. There are tables, counter seats, and mostly women sitting at the counter, making it easy for solo diners to come in. The staff is smiley and lovely. You can order using a tablet, and the menu is stylish. I tried the daily special meal! Everything was delicious...!!! Each dish was tasty, especially the main dish and stir-fried chicken with ginger. The vegetables in the main dish were large and the black vinegar sauce was sweet, making the rice irresistible! The brown rice was delicious too. The miso soup was full of ingredients!!! And when I added them on LINE, I could order dessert right away♡ Soy milk pudding!!! The spoon was cute, and the container with black syrup was also cute. Soy milk pudding with kinako and black syrup is a perfect match! The sweetness of the black syrup and the light taste of the soy milk pudding were just right! It exceeded my expectations! It was delicious, and each dish highlighted the natural flavors of the ingredients, making the true deliciousness shine through. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was stylish, and the plates were cute. This is a place I would like to visit again!

I was planning to have sushi alone, but there was a long line, so I gave up and visited just before the last order. I ordered the most standard set meal. It costs around 1500 yen at night. Well, it's cheap compared to going to an izakaya. I really like the miso soup here! The brown rice has a perfect texture that gives a good chew. I will come back again about once a month.

It had been a while since I last visited, and I noticed that now you have to place your order on a tablet. They accept PayPay as payment. I ordered the daily lunch set with an added enzyme drink. If you add them as a friend on LINE, you get to enjoy their delicious soy milk pudding dessert. It was so impressive and tasty! (´˘`*)

Menu is simple, with daily specials and curry only. - Daily Special Healthy Meal 1210 yen Free extra rice Main dish: Fried salmon with vegetables, miso butter flavor Plenty of vegetables with a mild miso butter flavor. - Daily Special Deli 3 items - Chicken thigh and vegetable Nanban-zuke Only one piece of chicken, sweet and spicy miso dressing. - Hijiki and komatsuna sesame salad Sesame flavor is subtle but delicious. - Ossan's mixed tofu with shimeji mushroom topping Tofu with light seasoning and shimeji mushroom topping. Salad and miso soup were lukewarm. A bit pricey, and even with extra rice, portions felt small. Women might still feel a bit hungry after. Thank you for the meal.

After a long time, I braved the fear of dining out alone for lunch. And on a holiday, no less (-_-;) The restaurants I had my eye on were all too crowded, so I decided to go to "Genmai Cafe Jitsushinbi" where there is usually a long line. As expected, there was a 30-minute wait this day as well. I was grateful for the calm counter seat I got, especially since it was a corner seat which made me feel even more at ease. Plus, 80% of the customers were women, which was a relief (*´-`) The "Daily Health Meal @ 1100 yen" was the obvious choice! Healthy "brown rice" that was a bit firm, encouraging me to chew thoroughly for health benefits. The "Additive-free Barley Miso Soup" was gentle and heartwarming. The first side dish was "Stir-fried Pork and Komatsuna with Kimchi," which was subtly hidden on the plate. The kimchi and pork were a winning combination that went well with the rice. The second side dish was "Sweet Potato and Azuki Bean in Soy Milk," a sweet dish with a gentle touch of soy milk. The third side dish was "Grandpa's Homemade Shiso Tofu with Ume Oroshi," which made me wonder whose grandpa they were talking about, but the refreshing taste of the plum was delightful! I wish I could imitate grandpa. Can I do it? The main dish was "Chicken Karaage with Vegetables," surprisingly filling with a fluffy inside. The honey mustard sauce was a nice touch, not just regular mustard. It must be low in salt, but the flavor was still delicious. The accompanying warm vegetables were surprisingly large! Carrots, daikon, and eggplant were soft and sweet, confirming the sweetness of vegetables. I couldn't resist adding the "Soy Milk Pudding with Black Honey" because it was free when signing up for their line account. With kinako and black honey, it was a favorite of mine. It was delicious, and I left feeling satisfied without any guilt.

A healthy food restaurant that I felt like eating at. I was able to enter smoothly around 13:00 on a weekday, but the inside of the restaurant was almost full and all the customers were women. The single counter seats were also well-equipped, which was nice. The restaurant was larger than I thought, but even at this time on a weekday, it was full, indicating its popularity. After 13:00, the number of people decreased significantly, so maybe it was the peak time. There were two lunch options to choose from, and I ordered the Daily Healthy Meal for 1210 yen. Today's daily special menu included: Main dish: Chicken thigh and chunky vegetable simmered dish with wasabi on the side Deli 3 types: Ethnic stir-fried chicken and celery, Homemade black sesame tofu with simmered shiitake mushrooms on top, Broccoli fritters I opted for the extra-large portion of brown rice, which was free. To be honest, based on the daily special menu, it wasn't exactly to my taste, and I was tempted to try various other delicious restaurants before ending up here. But in the end, I'm glad I chose this restaurant! The main dish had more chicken thigh than I expected, and it was delicious with the Japanese-style seasoning, but adding wasabi changed the flavor and made it even more delicious. The ethnic stir-fry deli had a strong ethnic flavor. The broccoli fritters and black sesame tofu were as expected in terms of taste. Overall, the dishes had a mild flavor but were well-seasoned enough to be enjoyable and delicious. The brown rice was also delicious, as I have been hooked on it since experiencing the taste at another healthy food restaurant a week ago. The portion, even in extra-large, was not overwhelming, so I could eat it comfortably. The salad had a dressing made from purple cabbage, which was also tasty. Another notable aspect of this restaurant is the miso soup. The miso was very delicious, and I felt like having seconds. Additionally, a black honey soy milk pudding can be enjoyed after the meal by simply following them on Instagram and sending a message. The portion was quite generous, and while the soy milk pudding itself was not very sweet, adding black honey gave it a proper dessert feel. For 1210 yen, getting a healthy set meal with dessert (if you meet the conditions) seems like a good deal. Both the meal and dessert were delicious, so I would like to visit this restaurant again.

I arrived at the restaurant around noon on a weekday and there was one group ahead of me, but I was able to get inside in about 10 minutes. I had the daily special set meal, which was delicious. The portion was just right, healthy with some meat, and it was a satisfying lunch. I think it's good for your health, but I felt that 1200 yen was a bit expensive. Next time, I would like to try the curry that is under 1000 yen.

I have lost count of how many times I have been here. The sesame soy milk tantan noodles are explosively delicious. It's really true. It's so disappointing that they don't serve this for lunch. The taste is so good that I feel like going there for dinner. Lunch sets are cheaper. For dinner, if you order a plate, you can have a parfait at an amazing price, so I always end up ordering it. I end up eating a lot because it's good for my body!! I will definitely go back. The small side dishes are different every day, so you won't get tired of them.

But if you have the habit of chewing slowly and enjoying your meal, this should be enough. - Daily Curry It was a dry curry with no spiciness at all, safe even for elementary school children. The sweetness of the vegetables can be tasted, so it may not be suitable for those looking for something spicy. - Tofu Pudding with Black Honey Even without the black honey, it is sweet enough and delicious on its own.

Located just outside the west exit of Keihan Kyobashi Station is the stylish cafe "Sanmi". The staff, especially the ladies, provided excellent customer service and left a great impression. I ordered the "Sawako Genmai Curry" (990 yen including tax). Sawako is the creator's name. The curry is a keema curry made with minced chicken and pork, with chicken cartilage adding a unique touch. It seems they only use garam masala for spices, so there is no spiciness. The curry itself felt a bit monotonous and lacking in flavor, but when combined with the brown rice, it really shined and was quite delicious. The side dishes were healthy, and the miso soup was full of ingredients. I also enjoyed the basil dressing on the salad. My partner ordered the "Daily Healthy Rice" (990 yen), which was a vegetable-centered healthy lunch. It looked appealing and had a gentle flavor that they enjoyed.

I have visited Ms. Jitsumi several times. It seems that the Umeda store has closed, which is a shame because it was easily accessible. The Kyobashi store has a bright atmosphere, which is nice. However, be aware that it gets very crowded during lunchtime. They offer a healthy lunch with brown rice and lots of vegetables. The dressing is homemade, with a high proportion of onions, showing their dedication to quality. And it tastes delicious. The portion size is decent. Personally, I recommend ordering dessert to round out the meal. I love the soy milk pudding here. It's tasty and makes me feel like I'm doing something good for my body.

I was drawn to this restaurant by the welcoming sign for a body-friendly lunch. I had been curious about it for years, every time I passed by the Shinsaibashi store. Finally, I was able to try it at the Kyobashi store. I chose the "daily rice lunch" which included chicken meatballs with pumpkin, like a hamburger, and pork kimchi with lots of vegetables on cold tofu with homemade Chinese dressing. The plate was beautifully arranged with healthy options. There were plenty of vegetables to enjoy, and my friend who came with me was also impressed. The majority of customers in the store seemed to be women, perhaps due to the menu. I also noticed stylish bottled dressings for sale at the storefront (especially the beet one) and soy milk pudding that caught my eye.

I almost cried from the pain after my esthetic treatment, so I stopped by for lunch. I chose something that seemed good for my body to make myself feel better before my weight measurement at the gym later. The dishes were all gentle and comforting, so I enjoyed them without worrying about gaining weight. The restaurant was almost full during lunchtime, mostly with women of various ages, showing its popularity. There were only two lunch options: Daily Healthy Rice Bowl for 900 yen and Sawa Takashi Brown Rice Curry for 900 yen. The Daily Healthy Rice Bowl included fried red fish with mushroom sauce, chicken and spinach chapchae, hijiki and tuna peperoncino-style, pumpkin sesame mayo salad, brown rice, and miso soup. The main dish with mushroom sauce had crunchy lotus root, carrots, and pumpkin, and the red fish was tender and flavorful. The chapchae side dish had an interesting texture, although it was a bit soft. The pumpkin salad and hijiki were delicious with light seasoning. The brown rice was tasty but slightly hard for my liking. The vegetable dressing was the enzyme dressing, with a normal type that changes daily. I love the soy milk pudding dessert, but I had to resist it this time due to the upcoming weight measurement. Overall, natural food is tasty and seems healthy, but it lacks protein, which is a bit disappointing. It would be better balanced with more protein alongside the root vegetables and fiber intake.

I had been curious about Sanmi, so I decided to go there on a Saturday afternoon around 1 o'clock. I just managed to get in before it got crowded, and it seems like a popular place after all. It's conveniently located near Keihan Kyobashi Station, which makes it easy to access. Kyobashi has a lot of eating places, so it's quite convenient. The daily healthy meal set costs 990 yen including tax and includes a daily main dish (chicken breast cutlet with vegetables and homemade tomato sauce), three daily side dishes (sweet potato and walnut honey mustard salad, komatsuna and dried daikon soy milk carbonara, and mixed tofu with negi miso), brown rice, additive-free barley miso soup, and vegetable salad with Sanmi's enzyme dressing. It's a very healthy and pleasing menu for women! The enzyme dressing, which is also sold in the store, was delicious. Everything had a comforting taste and was enjoyable to eat.

Long time no see. Wow, Sanmi-san is really great♪ They use a lot of healthy ingredients and prioritize health. The tofu was grilled like thick fried tofu, incredibly soft but didn't fall apart, and the outside was chewy. The shrimp also had a unique texture. The eggplant and daikon were big but well-flavored and tender. They use a variety of vegetables, I wonder how many ingredients they use. I also ordered a dessert set. Soy milk pudding and dandelion coffee. Not too sweet. I bought the black sesame sprinkle that was on the brown rice. Sanmi-san has locations in Abeno, Shinsaibashi, Otemachi, but I feel like the Kyobashi store has a good atmosphere and taste.

On Saturday night, I visited around 6 pm. The restaurant had a 100% female clientele and was about 70% full. Since I was alone, I was seated at the counter. I ordered the daily healthy rice dish, which included marinated chicken breast, stir-fried bitter melon and vegetables, sweet potato and apple salad with soy milk mayo and raisins, homemade enoki mushroom on tofu, salad with enzyme dressing, brown rice, and miso soup. The marinated chicken was spicy and delicious, although one of the two pieces was mostly skin which was disappointing. The bitter melon stir-fry had a simple flavor, and the sweet potato salad was warm and tasty. The enzyme dressing on the salad was also available for purchase in the store, but it was a bit pricey so I passed on it this time. The meal was very delicious, but I would be happier if it were a bit more affordable. The restaurant is conveniently located near Kyobashi Station, so I plan to try the curry next time. I came to Kyobashi after a long time. I was considering going to Daikyobashi at AEON, but the prices have gone up there, and the healthier option is here. So, I decided to come here. I'm feeling dehydrated and it's hot, so I need to hydrate as soon as possible. I walk quickly towards the restaurant. When I arrive, I'm second in line. I wait for a while, relieved as a few customers leave, but I'm not being seated promptly. I'm really dehydrated and it might be dangerous. Maybe I should just get some water first. As I'm thinking this, I'm finally seated. Phew. As soon as I sit down, I head to the water station. I quickly drink two glasses of water to rehydrate. I order the healthy set meal. Today's menu includes chicken breast with chicken nanban and vegetable side, homemade tofu tartar sauce with pork and rice noodle vermicelli-style okra and nagaimo with sesame dressing edamame tofu, swordfish and tomato olive oil salad with basil dressing. The chicken nanban and tartar sauce were delicious. The basil dressing was also tasty. The brown rice with its chewy texture and subtle saltiness was delicious too. The other dishes were a bit bland, perhaps due to the loss of fluids. Thank you for the meal.
