We entered the restaurant before 7 pm, and it was not crowded, so we got seated right away. While adults struggled with the extensive menu options, my niece confidently chose the carbonara. She wanted the classic carbonara, and ended up trying fettuccine for the first time. It was a bit of a luxury choice, as it was part of her birthday celebration trip. I ordered the traditional carbonara just in case she couldn't finish her meal. We had a thick-cut bacon carbonara Kamakura-style for 1,210 yen. It was delicious, and my niece loved the fettuccine. She even mentioned wanting to have it again on our next visit. At the end, she used a spoon to clean up the sauce on her plate. The dishes were sparkling clean! It was a great meal. When we left, the restaurant was almost full, and there were people waiting outside other establishments as well. It seemed like a busy time with people leaving USJ.

Inside USJ, it's very crowded, so on the arrival day, it's especially convenient to visit the shops in CityWalk. USJ does not allow re-entry as a rule, so it's relatively empty during lunchtime. I think it's consistently delicious. Ratings below 3 will not be listed. Ratings from 3 to 3.4 indicate a possibility of not revisiting. Ratings from 3.5 to 3.9 are recommended. Ratings from 4 to 4.4 are highly recommended and I would like to revisit or even go out of my way to visit.

I ordered the Aomori scallop and head-on shrimp creamy uni pasta, but unfortunately, it lacked the creamy texture and the rich taste of uni. The pasta was clumped together and seemed to have been sitting for a while before being served. The bread was the best part of the meal. It felt like they were short-staffed. Thank you for the meal!

There weren't any notable restaurants around, but we saw a long line of about 15 people in front of Saizeriya, so we decided to go to a restaurant without a line. We ended up at Kamakura Pasta, a place I had heard of before, so I felt relieved. We were seated quickly, and the lunch options in the area seemed overwhelming. I chose the Fettuccine Genovese, which came with a salad and a drink. The salad was fresh and crunchy, and the pasta, being fresh, had a good texture. The basil flavor was nice, but the garlic was a bit strong for eating during work. The Parmigiano cheese on top was delicious. On the first night of Universal Studios Japan, we went to "Kamakura Pasta" as per the children's request. There are no Kamakura Pasta chains in Shikoku, but this was my second time trying it and it was so delicious! This time I ordered a mentaiko cream pasta and it was amazing! I will definitely be coming back again.

I stopped by after visiting Universal Studios Japan. It was very crowded because it was a Sunday, but the staff were attentive both before and after entering the store, providing quick and polite service. I ordered a pasta dish with all-you-can-eat bread for around 1,500 yen. Considering it was dinner near a theme park, it was very economical. The pasta was chewy and delicious, and I didn't get tired of the taste. There were around 10 types of bread available for all-you-can-eat, and each one was as delicious as those from a bakery. It's a very cost-effective restaurant where you can eat a lot of delicious food at a low price, making it suitable for various types of customers.

When I saw the photo, it didn't look quite right... I flipped the mackerel on the right and placed it in the middle, and it looked much better. It's a shame that there wasn't one more finishing touch. The pasta was delicious and chewy. The tomato sauce had a strong flavor of mackerel and mushrooms, giving it a taste of autumn in Japan. It was disappointing that there was no all-you-can-eat bread (even if my husband wouldn't have allowed it). By the way, my husband ordered pasta with pecorino cheese and tomato sauce. Overall, it felt like the spices and mentaiko didn't quite match perfectly. Despite that, my friend who ordered the all-you-can-eat bread enjoyed it and said the cherry sugar was delicious.

The interior of the restaurant is clean and spacious, allowing for a relaxing dining experience. I ordered the Salmon and Ikura Cream Pasta this time. It was not as flavorful as I expected, and the Ikura had a slight smell to it. Not bad, just average. However, the highlight of this visit was the lunch special - all-you-can-eat bread rolls! And they were freshly baked! I ate so many of them, they were delicious. The freshly baked bread rolls were piping hot and absolutely delightful. What's even better is that they would check in with you at your table to see if you needed more bread as they brought out new batches. The service was excellent, and being able to enjoy unlimited bread rolls made me very satisfied. There are also various pasta options to choose from, so I definitely want to go back again.

After enjoying a day at USJ, we decided to have dinner at Universal CityWalk. We chose to have noodles because we were feeling a bit under the weather after playing all day. We went to "Kamakura Pasta," a pasta specialty restaurant on the 5th floor. Despite having no connection to Osaka or USJ, it is actually a restaurant affiliated with the Sanmark chain. As it was right after USJ closing time, there was a line at the restaurant. We decided to go for the set menu for two people (2,980 yen). The style at Kamakura Pasta is to eat with chopsticks, similar to Gogemaru. We started with corn soup and a drink. Since my throat was sore, I chose iced yuzu tea. For pasta, you can choose two dishes from the menu. We chose the freshly picked butter soy sauce pasta with mushrooms and basil flavor. The mushrooms blended well with the butter, although it could have used a bit more punch. The other dish we chose was the popular aged thick-cut bacon carbonara with plenty of Kamakura-style cream. The creamy sauce and chewy noodles were a great combination. For pizza, we picked bacon and two-color sesame teriyaki pizza, and five vegetable and mozzarella tomato pizza. Both pizzas had a light and Japanese-style flavor, which was a bit unexpected. For dessert, we had homemade tiramisu, which had a strong cheese flavor. Despite being busy, the service was relatively good. The cost performance seemed reasonable. Although it can get crowded at USJ closing time, it's a good restaurant with decent prices and flavors. It might be worth a visit when you go to USJ.

We ended up going to a pasta specialty restaurant called "Pasta Honpo" by the Sanmark Group. I ordered the "Aged Thick Cut Bacon Carbonara" lunch set, which came with a mini salad and basil bread. I also used a drink coupon for a hot yuzu tea. The Kamakura pasta was delicious with its chewy texture. However, I found the lunch to be a bit pricey at over 1000 yen, especially considering that some pasta options required an additional 100-200 yen. I wish they would make the prices a bit more reasonable. Overall, it was a tasty meal but a bit on the expensive side.
