I visited this place before it moved, and I really liked it, so I wanted to visit again after it relocated. The new building is cute and green. You order on the first floor and then move to the second floor to sit. The interior is spacious and stylish. They have a wide variety of cakes to choose from, which was really fun. They pour milk in front of you for the café au lait. The atmosphere is very cozy, and the cakes and drinks are delicious. I definitely want to go back!

I arrived a little after 6 o'clock and was able to get in smoothly. [Ordered items] - Peach tart - Iced cafe au lait The peach tart had a strong peach flavor and was delicious! The tart crust was firm, which personally made me happy! However, it was quite difficult to eat, as expected haha. I also tried a bite of the salty cheesecake that my friend was eating, and it was delicious with a mild sweetness. The cafe was stylish and it seemed like there were many Korean customers. The waitress who served us had no smile at all and was a little scary, but other than that, I would recommend it for dates or girls' gatherings!

This time, I didn't eat cake, but it looked really delicious. They also had croissants and lunch prepared, which is great for a light breakfast or a full lunch. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was calm and relaxing, making it a nice place to unwind. There were plenty of seats with charging outlets, so I might end up staying longer than planned.

Cafe in Fukuoka, Watanabetori ☕️ The interior is calm and has a really nice atmosphere. I was drawn in by the cute chiffon cake and ended up trying it, but the peach and cherry tarts also looked delicious and I had a hard time deciding.
- Cafe au lait (¥580)
- Kiwi fruit chiffon cake (¥550)
The chiffon cake was fluffy with jam and cream sandwiched between the layers, and the kiwi topping was cute. The cafe au lait was surprising with the milk coming out like that! The portion was generous, so I was able to enjoy it slowly. The atmosphere was really nice and cozy. I'm glad I went to check it out.

I visited the restaurant after 12 o'clock for lunch and there were 3 groups of customers ahead of me, but there were still tables available, so I chose a table for one person. The chairs were comfortable and it had a cozy atmosphere that made me want to stay longer. I ordered the strawberry chiffon cake for 550 yen and a hot café au lait for 580 yen. Some customers were having lunch sets, so I thought I might try that next time. While waiting, my order arrived. The café au lait was freshly made on the second floor and tasted delicious. The chiffon cake was not only cute but also beautifully presented, like a piece of art. The place had a cozy attic-like atmosphere, with good food and great service.

The cafe is stylish both inside and out, and the food is also fashionable. I visited for breakfast and ordered the croissant sandwich with strawberries and blue cheese. It also had prosciutto, creating a perfect blend of sweet and salty flavors. The croissant was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, and very delicious.

Finally made it here! The last time I tried to come, I had to give up because of the long line, but I was able to get my revenge two months later! The interior of the restaurant is stylish and has a great atmosphere. The boss is known for the café latte and sweets, but the café latte here was not that great! The café latte with too much foam is not my thing! The chocolate cake was delicious though! If the café latte had been good, it would have been perfect! The interior is decorated with a lot of back number songs, so I recommend it to those who like back numbers!

ORTO CAFE is located about a 5-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station! It is also within walking distance from Tenjin Station and Yakuin Station! It is located in an area known as Haruyoshi, with winding alleyways and many charming shops. I had heard about the many wonderful cafes in Fukuoka and had "ORTO CAFE" on my list of places to visit! It is a two-story building where you order on the first floor and enjoy your food on the second floor. I believe they also offer takeout options! The strawberry shortcake and croque monsieur I had were not only visually appealing but also delicious! The cafe itself has a calm atmosphere, and I found myself wishing there were cafes like this in Tokyo. I would definitely visit this cafe again when I'm in Fukuoka! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I went there for the first time this time. The shop has a very stylish atmosphere *\(^o^)/* We had to wait for a while because there were no seats available. There were four of us, so we ordered a lot of cakes! lol We had them on the second floor. The taste was delicious and satisfying *\(^o^)/* I would like to visit again♪

The exterior and atmosphere of the shop are very cute. The first floor is the kitchen and sales counter, while the second floor is for dining. It's a Korean-style cafe, and there were mostly women but also quite a few men. The drinks cost around 600 yen per cup, which is quite expensive. They serve drinks in trendy, chunky glasses with less ice, similar to Blue Bottle Coffee. The focus seems to be more on the atmosphere than the taste. When I visited, the girl at the register had a really bad attitude, which bothered me a lot.

Very stylish appearance, I visited this cafe because it was trending on social media. When I asked about the specialty of this shop, I heard about the chocolate tart, so I got it for takeout for 450 yen. I took a look inside the shop during the takeout, and it was incredibly stylish with a relaxing atmosphere. It's a perfect space for chilling out. The chocolate tart itself was delicious! You can get an idea of my impression by looking at the scores for each category. Other gourmet information can be found on my Instagram account @fukuokagourmet_walker. I travel around Fukuoka and other parts of Japan in search of truly delicious and unique restaurants that I would want to visit again. Just to note, the number of stars is not the most important factor, but I have visited around 500 restaurants per year. Prices listed include tax.

I arrived a little after 11 o'clock and there was one group of customers. I ordered and paid on the first floor, then went up to the second floor. I chose the Christmas plate (chocolate) for 1400 yen, which came with a drink. I was torn between the chocolate and strawberry options, but ended up choosing chocolate. I went with a hot café au lait for my drink. The high ceiling and attic-like design, along with the calm monochrome color scheme, created a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Time seemed to pass slowly. It took about 30 minutes for the food to be served, but I didn't mind because I was able to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The Christmas plate was cute, with chocolate tart cake, sorbet, brownie, coffee cream, caramel sauce, nuts, and cookies beautifully presented in a festive way. It's a great place to spend some quiet time alone. I would like to try the lunch menu next time.

I went after 12:30 for lunch, but on weekends they are already busy from the morning, so there was a wait. There was one group ahead of us, and we waited for about 20 minutes. The cheese terrine and tea latte were delicious with elegant flavors. However, the prices were quite high, and two items cost over 1,100 yen. There are no discounts on drinks unless they are part of a set, so I thought the prices were a bit high compared to other cafes. Also, the seating is limited and everyone tends to spend a long time eating and drinking, so the turnover rate is slow. It's better to go right when they open or on weekdays if possible.

I visited the restaurant on a weekend night. The interior decorations and lighting created a very stylish atmosphere. I was a little hungry, so I also ordered some food which was delicious. The drinks were also creatively presented and tasted interesting.

A little while ago, I went to a cafe to have some sweets. I stumbled upon ORTO CAFE near Haruyoshi, not knowing what kind of place it was, I decided to dine in. I ordered the Bread Pudding for 460 yen and the Kiwi Fruit Chiffon for 550 yen. I ordered on the first floor and the cafe area was on the second floor. The second floor had a few tables and sofa seats, creating a stylish and relaxing atmosphere. I wanted to take photos, but there were customers around, so I decided not to. The sweets I ordered were delicious, and now I feel motivated to work hard. Thank you for the meal.

Orto Cafe is a cafe located in Fukuoka, within a 5-minute walk from Watanabe-dori Station. The average budget per person is around 1000 yen.
I ordered the strawberry chiffon cake for 550 yen and hot black tea for 450 yen.
The chiffon cake was surprisingly light and not too sweet, making it easy to finish in one go. The black tea, possibly from Chiran, had a subtle sweetness that paired well with the cake.
After dropping off my luggage at the hotel during a business trip in Fukuoka, I visited this cafe first thing in the morning.
The atmosphere was sophisticated and calm, with a mix of solo customers, couples, and groups of women.
The interior had a stylish design with a high ceiling and glass windows, though depending on where you sit, the sunlight coming in could be a bit dazzling.
The restroom was well-equipped with cotton pads, cotton swabs, toothpicks, and even charging plugs, making it convenient for work or touch-ups.
Operating hours are from 11:00 to 20:00 on weekdays and 8:00 to 20:00 on weekends and holidays, with irregular closing days.

First time visiting this cafe. Our washing machine at home finally broke down, so we went to the nearby laundromat in the morning. While waiting for the laundry to finish, my partner and I decided to explore the area and remembered there was a cafe around here. We peeked in and found that it was open. It's a stylish cafe in a house. They had two options for breakfast sets. I don't remember the names, but we decided to each try a different one. We ordered and paid on the first floor, then went up to the second floor. Of course, there was no one else there yet, haha. The windows were open, creating a nice breeze. There were sofa seats and regular chairs available. The breakfast set came with salad and soup, and we could choose from a few drink options. I had a cafe au lait, while my partner went for a simple coffee. My partner felt like it wasn't quite enough, but it was just right for me. We stayed for about 40 minutes. Then, our laundry alarm went off, haha. It was a nice way to start the day. Thank you for the meal!

It is located in a stylish green house building near Sakura Jyushi Hospital, about a 5-minute walk from the Watanabe-dori Subway Station. The first floor has a showcase and kitchen, while the second floor is for dining in. When I visited, they had sandwiches, bread, croissants, croque-monsieur, scones, etc. I bought a Biscuit Chiffon Mixed Berry for 350 yen and a Fruit Bake Cake Apple for 450 yen. The biscuit chiffon has a fine and moist texture with raspberries, but plain would also be good. The apple cake has a nice balance of spices like cinnamon and oats on top for a crunchy accent. It's quite large, so half might be just right. The dessert with ice cream and curry for dining in also looked delicious. There was a TV crew there, and the staff seemed busy. They also sold baked goods and tea. Thank you for the meal.

The store is a two-story building, with the first floor being the sales space and the second floor being the eat-in area. I had a cake during snack time. I was drawn to the beautiful appearance of the fig, my favorite, and decided to order that one! It was a unique decoration. The cake was made with thinly baked Earl Grey cake, apricot jam spread on it, cream cheese and figs layered vertically. Not only was the appearance beautiful, but I also love the combination of cream cheese and figs. However, the eat-in area was cramped and a bit uncomfortable. The tables were arranged in a U-shape along the walls and stairs, making the distance between customers close and making it hard to relax. There were other tempting menu items besides the cake I had, so I would like to visit again... that's why it would be even better if the eat-in area was a more relaxing space. Maybe I'll try takeout next time. Thank you for the meal☆

"Alt Cafe" is a lovely cafe located in a house on Watanabe Street. It seems like they may have moved from their previous location on Ujinohashi Street. You order on the first floor and then go up to the second floor, where the space retains the shape of the roof, creating a cozy atmosphere. The clientele mainly consists of young women, with the occasional older man enjoying a beer while working. I got a sandwich to go, and everything about this place feels just right. Definitely a spot you shouldn't miss in the area. Well done, Alt Cafe!
