Today is the midsummer day of the ox! Normally, it would be "eel" for this day, but considering the "somewhat high price" and the balance between quantity and price, it's hard to say it's cost-effective... However, the purpose of midsummer day of the ox is to "energize" oneself, so if that's the case, then why not go for yakiniku instead! I was initially hesitant about going alone for yakiniku due to the cost, but I found out that at "Yakiniku King," even one person can enjoy all-you-can-eat! I made a reservation in advance, and after alcohol disinfection, temperature check, and storing my shoes in the shoebox, I was seated promptly. The table was a four-person table, but it was in a corner of the restaurant and somewhat partitioned off (making it less visible from other aisles), so as long as I didn't mind the neighboring table, I could confidently enjoy yakiniku alone! The ordering was done through a touch panel. This time, I opted for the "58-item course," the cheapest all-you-can-eat option. Realizing that at my age, I couldn't last 80 minutes with just water, I also added the soft drink all-you-can-drink option. Although it was labeled as 58 items, it included appetizers, single dishes, rice and noodle dishes, as well as a variety of desserts. Of course, the selection of meat was surprisingly extensive. The variety of soft drinks was also impressive. Especially, the selection of "tea" was unexpectedly wide-ranging... even more extensive than some drink bars. In terms of taste and quality, it was average. However, during ordering, the maximum order quantity for the same item was limited to "not exceeding the number of people at the table," so I could only order in "one serving" increments, and the order of items was quite mixed up, with some items not arriving at all, which was a bit of a concern in terms of service. While there were some service issues that stood out, the response when I inquired about whether one person could enjoy all-you-can-eat was good. Using it as a treat for yourself is also worth considering.

I was so focused on eating that I forgot to take photos. I arrived around 2:30 thinking there would be lunch, but unfortunately they said there was no lunch menu during Golden Week. Oh well. I decided to go for the all-you-can-eat regular menu instead, even though it was a bit more expensive. The grill for the all-you-can-eat was just right for two people. You order everything through a touch panel, and the food comes out right away after ordering. The staff even reminds you to change the grill. I was able to eat at a good pace from the start of the all-you-can-eat to the end of ordering, so I was very satisfied.

We visited the restaurant for a family dinner on a holiday. We were hesitant to dine out because my mother-in-law was present, but we were tempted by the local specialty food event being held. It was also a birthday celebration (laughs). We made a reservation for 5:00 PM when it was relatively empty. The restaurant was quite popular, but there were still some empty seats. We ordered the Miso-Marinated Thick Cut Pork, Kesennuma Hormone (from Miyagi), Cream Corn Croquette (from Hokkaido), King Kalbi, Hanasaki Prime Rib with Garlic Soy Sauce, Seared Sukiyaki Kalbi, Bacon and Cheese Caesar Salad, Korean Seaweed Chorogi Salad, and the Cheesy Stone Pot Keema Curry. Everything was delicious, but the Seared Sukiyaki Kalbi was exceptional. Even my mother-in-law, who has bad teeth, enjoyed it. The fatty meat melted in the mouth and was incredibly tasty. We always lose track of how many servings we order (laughs). The Cheesy Stone Pot Keema Curry was also a highlight. Despite the cheese and egg toppings, the authentic spices made it really delicious. I like to cook curry myself, so I always order it for reference, and it never gets boring. It had been about a year since our last visit, and the taste hadn't changed, which was reassuring (it's a chain restaurant after all). The only change was the use of robots for serving dishes. It seemed to be in a trial phase, and while it worked well on the main aisle tables, it was a bit slower and had some issues with positioning at the tables further in. I look forward to trying the Seared Sukiyaki Kalbi and Cheesy Stone Pot Keema Curry again next time. It was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

This yakiniku restaurant, which is often seen open only on Saturday, Sunday daytime, and weekday evenings, offers a yakiniku buffet where you can order from your table. The buffet is not suitable for those who cannot eat much, so it is best to enjoy a moderate amount of meat and fish. The restaurant is located along a prefectural road in Tosu, Fukuoka Prefecture, next to a super sento. The reviewer decided to try the weekday lunch special for 890 yen before going to the super sento. They ordered the "Tokumori Yakiniku Lunch" which includes Kalbi, seared pork belly, loin, and chicken thigh meat totaling 220 grams, along with rice, wakame soup, mini salad, and a soft drink. The meat was not of high quality but considering the price, the reviewer was satisfied. They enjoyed slowly grilling and eating the meat with the original sauce. The chicken thigh meat was also delicious and tender. The reviewer appreciated the taste of the rice and the service of free rice refills. Overall, they left the restaurant feeling satisfied and content.

We visited the restaurant with our family for dinner on a holiday. We arrived around 5:30 pm and were seated promptly as we had made a reservation in advance. Those who arrived without a reservation had to wait for over 30 minutes to be seated. We decided to go with the King Course, which included items such as thick garlic buttered top sirloin, diamond top kalbi, sukiyaki kalbi, sukiyaki dolce porco, tongue salt, seafood assortment, one bite cheese jjim, sangchu, a generous Korean seaweed salad with plenty of nori, grilled meat exclusive bound rice, and a creamy cheese stone pot keema curry. For the finale, we ordered the grilled meat exclusive bound rice and the creamy cheese stone pot keema curry, along with various meat dishes. The keema curry with melted cheese was surprisingly authentic and spicy, with a nice balance from the cheese and egg. It stayed hot even as time passed. Although it may sound odd, it is highly recommended. The one bite cheese jjim was also surprisingly delicious with its crispy texture and rich flavor. It can easily be reheated on the grill, so it stays warm and tasty. The variety of dishes allowed us to experience new flavors each time, which was very refreshing.

We visited this restaurant for dinner on a holiday with our companions. You can make reservations through the app, so even during busy hours, you can easily get a table. There is plenty of parking space available. You can choose from 3 types of all-you-can-eat options. The meat is delicious and the portion size is moderate, so a couple can enjoy various types. Although there are not many dessert options, the portion size is small, so you can try many different types. I recommend it for when you want to enjoy yakiniku casually with family or friends.

Introducing a restaurant specialized in all-you-can-eat BBQ, the second largest in the industry, boasting the top spot in Japan, "Gyukaku." One of the key points that they emphasized as a differentiation from other companies is that they do not make you wait from ordering to serving. This service is greatly appreciated given the time limit in place! This was my first visit to the "Yakiniku King" Tenpaizaka store in Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The restaurant is located on Route 31. After passing through the Kurume Kiyama Chikushino Line (formerly Chikushino Toll Road), you will see it on your left after about 8 minutes. If you continue a little further towards Fukuoka, you will also find the Spicy Noodle Shop Masumoto nearby. Is it a shared parking lot with the neighboring ramen shop Sanki? It can accommodate about 80 cars. I visited on a Saturday around 7:50 pm and was able to park without any issues. I took off my shoes and entered the restaurant. It was crowded with a lively atmosphere. The customers were mainly families and young couples, and I had to wait for about 30 minutes. You can make a reservation through EPARK. For those who don't like waiting, it is safer to make a reservation in advance. The seating capacity is not known exactly, but it is probably over 100, as I counted 25 tables. Let's take a look at the menu. Since it was my first time, I received an explanation from the staff. There are three time-limited courses for the all-you-can-eat option: the 58-item course (excluding tax 2680 yen), the King course (excluding tax 2980 yen), and the Premium course (excluding tax 3980 yen). The recommended choice is the King course, which is ordered by most people. The difference between the 58-item course and the King course is that the latter includes about 100 items to order, and you can also enjoy the four major specialties. In addition, the Premium course allows you to enjoy domestic beef. There are two types of all-you-can-drink options: with alcohol and without alcohol. All-you-can-drink draft beer (excluding tax 1290 yen) and all-you-can-drink soft drinks (excluding tax 390 yen). Orders are placed using a tablet at each table. You can also check the remaining time, and they will notify you 10 minutes before the last order. I ordered the King course. [Sukiyaki Kalbi] It is clear from the appearance that it is lean, with a moderate texture that is easy to eat. It is a bit light on seasoning when eaten with egg. [Dragon Harami] It is a harami with some tendons, and the taste is a bit light. The visual impact is good. [Oni Thick Garlic Butter Upper Loin] The color of the meat is not good. The thickness of about 5 cm is impressive, but it is not exactly like upper loin... It is dry because it lacks oil. However, it is tender. The butter sauce is not particularly necessary. [King Kalbi] This is probably the number one choice. It has a fragrant fat that adds flavor. The meat is also tender. A must-try dish. [Diamond Upper Kalbi] The cuts are probably made to marinate the meat well, but it is quite tough for an upper kalbi. [Horumon] The oil quality is good. The flavor explodes with every bite. Since the taste is strong, it might be better to order it later. [Kimchi Assortment] It has a sour taste and is worth ordering. It is sweeter than it looks. [Grilled Vegetables] No particular impression. [Egg Soup] Chicken-based. [Flaming Thick Cut Pork Belly] Quite spicy. [Tongue] It seems better to grill it well. I didn't like the fact that the condiment plate was placed on top of the meat when served (laughs). There are no notable points in terms of taste, but it is light and not particularly tender, making it a refreshing dish that you should order. It is more delicious to eat it with condiments on top rather than with lemon juice. [Flaming Beef Horumon] Regular horumon is safer. The numbness in the tongue is from the prickly ash. [Mozzarella Cheese Stone Bibimbap] Like a cheese risotto. There is no bibimbap taste. [Chijimi] It is like a rice cake cheese. The chijimi taste is subtle, and it is an adaptation in a Japanese style. [Happy Sweet Butter] The ingredients are subtle. It is dry rather than moist. [Cheesecake] Seven-Eleven's version is more delicious. [Chocolate Vanilla Soft Serve] [Shoe Ice Cream] These are the dishes I ate this time. I was quite full. As for the bill... It was 6436 yen for two people. The speed of serving dishes and the polite service are not significantly different from Gyukaku.

We went with 6 university students. We thought we had made a reservation over the phone, but it turned out we hadn't, which was a bit disappointing, and the meat took a while to arrive, possibly because it was crowded. However, the staff's service was excellent and very good.

I chose the recommended 'All-you-can-eat 2980 yen course' and ate enthusiastically within the time limit with minimal conversation. Ordering is done through a touch panel, which is quick and helps to maintain a high level of excitement while enjoying the meal. The menu is diverse, allowing people of all ages and genders to eat at their own pace without getting bored. The addictive cabbage dish is especially delicious.

The meat had a salty flavor and was topped with a slimy sauce. I'm not sure about the seasoning, but it wasn't tasty. The meat was also thin. I don't think I'll be coming back here.

This time, the restaurant I visited in Chikushino City, specifically in Tawara Nishi, was Yakiniku King Tenhaizaka. I ordered the Standard Course where you can choose from 100 different options. Here, you can order using a touch panel system. After the toast, it was time for Trakichi Senpai's "hunt" to begin. I indulged in Upper Kalbi and Hormone. The way I devoured the food was like a lion pouncing on its prey in the savannah. I also had the famous King Kalbi and thick Upper Loin Steak. The joy of having thick slices of meat was delightful. The all-you-can-eat option allows you to eat as much as you want of what you like. I felt like I had become the king of the food chain in the savannah. Eating a lot of meat like this gives me the energy for tomorrow. The desire to eat meat feels like it's programmed into human instincts. After finishing today's hunt by eating a lot of meat, I enjoyed a dessert as a finish. Anyone can become the king of the food chain. The "King" signboard is indeed true to its name. A place that fulfills the desire to eat a lot of meat...

The Chinese restaurant in Futarimachi and the World Hamburgers were both closed on their regular days off. So, I decided to go for yakiniku instead. The restaurant is located on the corner of a crossroad with a noticeable sign. All-you-can-eat options start from 2,480 yen. The place seemed to have a decent amount of customers. Upon checking, I found out it is a chain restaurant, but that was fine. The menu offers 50 items for 2,480 yen, 100 items for 3,150 yen, and 120 items for 3,450 yen. Drinks are not included and range from individual orders to all-you-can-drink options. I ordered the 100-item option and drinks separately. The total bill for two people was 6,800 yen. After ordering, a tablet device with the menu appeared in front of us. We could use this device to order meat and other items, which was convenient and helped avoid misunderstandings. The service was quick, with all items arriving within 5 minutes. The staff was friendly, and I was particularly impressed when they replaced the grill without us having to ask. This attention to detail was appreciated. For dessert, they brought warm tea to cleanse the palate, along with wet towels. The meat quality was good for an all-you-can-eat place, with a variety of options. Personally, I enjoyed the sukiyaki-style beef the most. It had a slightly sweet flavor, perfect with raw egg. The ala carte menu was extensive, offering salads, noodles, soup, rice, dessert, and more. The 100-minute time limit might not be enough for some due to the wide range of choices. The only downside was the quality of some customers. Despite having partitions, the restaurant felt open, and children running around in the background was a bit distracting. While it's great to see energetic kids, it's important to remember that this is a dining place. If the atmosphere was more calm, it would have been perfect.

I visited the Yakiniku King Tenhaizaka branch in Fukuoka Prefecture on March 25, 2012. It is a yakiniku chain restaurant known for its all-you-can-eat menu where you order through a touch panel system. The location is 1-1-8 Touhara Nishi, Chikushino City, Fukuoka Prefecture. I was seated in a spacious and bright booth for four people. The ordering options include a 100-minute all-you-can-eat course with 120 items for 3,654 yen, which includes all-you-can-drink beer for an additional 1,344 yen. The menu includes popular items like Namul Mori, Gyuu Shio Tan, and more. The thick-cut Harami was particularly delicious. The Hormone Mori, including soft hormone, King hormone, and beef liver, was also tasty. The Upper Mino, thick-cut Harami steak, bone-in Kalbi, and Iberico pork Kalbi were all enjoyable. The touch panel system made ordering easy and efficient, and the staff were friendly. The restaurant offers a 50% discount for elementary school students, making it a great place for families to enjoy a variety of delicious yakiniku dishes.

I had noticed the flashy sign from before, and it caught my attention. The meat was delicious, but the service was lacking, sorry! There is a sign that I read while waiting at the traffic light. After work, I decided to stop by with a friend. The service was lacking because the ordering was done through a touch panel, so they don't need as much staff. They had all-you-can-eat options, with prices divided into three categories. I think there were options in the 2000 yen range and 3000 yen range. The number of dishes varied, so I chose the menu with the most variety since I wanted to try different things. I ordered various items like Yukhoe through the touch panel. The meat wasn't as good as the sign made it out to be... The tongue was too thin and lacked texture, and even the bone-in options didn't have much meaty flavor... But it's all-you-can-eat, so it's understandable. It might be good for families.

On October 15, 2010, I chose the 90-item all-you-can-eat course at Yakiniku King where you select your dishes using a touchscreen system. It was convenient to see the current time and the last order time displayed. I went with a friend and we each ordered one serving, and we were able to try a variety of dishes. The extremely thick King Kalbi was the most delicious. Although some items were not fully thawed, it was still okay since you just have to cook them. The quality was reasonable for the price, but if it were a bit cheaper, it would be even better. The Caesar salad was average the first time but had more volume the second time (laughs). They also offer a half-size option for the stone pot bibimbap, so even with a small group, you can try a variety of dishes. It was crowded on the weekend, but the staff were friendly and provided good service.

When visiting my brother-in-law's family, they took me to a restaurant they had been wanting to go to for a while. It was a large roadside restaurant with a big parking lot and a prominent sign outside. The restaurant prides itself on the deliciousness of their meat. The quality of the meat was decent, with a variety of set options to choose from based on the number of people dining. The garlic cloves fried in foil were cooked just right and tasted delicious. The crunchy texture of the cartilage was impressive. Rice was refillable. The restaurant was busy, and the service was a bit lacking, but the staff still managed to serve us with a smile, especially to the children, showing that they handle customers well on a regular basis.

Second visit. The first time was at Sumiyoshi location. Operating the touch panel was quite troublesome. It would be nice if they responded quickly when called. Maybe they rely too much on manuals, which feels a bit off. However, the atmosphere was lively, with many families and even babies being able to relax. But the quality of the meat was not good at all, contrary to expectations. Well, it's all-you-can-eat after all. That strange gooey stuff on the meat should be removed. The egg soup was delicious. It's better to go in a large group. It might sound harsh, but that's how I feel.
