Today is the midsummer day of the ox! Normally, it would be "eel" for this day, but considering the "somewhat high price" and the balance between quantity and price, it's hard to say it's cost-effective... However, the purpose of midsummer day of the ox is to "energize" oneself, so if that's the case, then why not go for yakiniku instead! I was initially hesitant about going alone for yakiniku due to the cost, but I found out that at "Yakiniku King," even one person can enjoy all-you-can-eat! I made a reservation in advance, and after alcohol disinfection, temperature check, and storing my shoes in the shoebox, I was seated promptly. The table was a four-person table, but it was in a corner of the restaurant and somewhat partitioned off (making it less visible from other aisles), so as long as I didn't mind the neighboring table, I could confidently enjoy yakiniku alone! The ordering was done through a touch panel. This time, I opted for the "58-item course," the cheapest all-you-can-eat option. Realizing that at my age, I couldn't last 80 minutes with just water, I also added the soft drink all-you-can-drink option. Although it was labeled as 58 items, it included appetizers, single dishes, rice and noodle dishes, as well as a variety of desserts. Of course, the selection of meat was surprisingly extensive. The variety of soft drinks was also impressive. Especially, the selection of "tea" was unexpectedly wide-ranging... even more extensive than some drink bars. In terms of taste and quality, it was average. However, during ordering, the maximum order quantity for the same item was limited to "not exceeding the number of people at the table," so I could only order in "one serving" increments, and the order of items was quite mixed up, with some items not arriving at all, which was a bit of a concern in terms of service. While there were some service issues that stood out, the response when I inquired about whether one person could enjoy all-you-can-eat was good. Using it as a treat for yourself is also worth considering.
