When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, and it is a designated rare disease by the government. There is still no cure for my rare disease. Temporary improvement in symptoms can be achieved by administering "blood products" for 5 consecutive days, but vaccination such as for COVID-19 is not allowed for a month after the administration. I was hospitalized five times last year for treatment of the rare disease. I was discharged in November last year, but I had already made a reservation for hospitalization in January this year in December. Finally, I was hospitalized the other day after more than a month since the reservation. Comments and likes from everyone are a source of energy for me during hospitalization. I am truly grateful. Since I am hospitalized, comments and likes will be delayed, but I will definitely respond. Thank you for your continued support. [January 2022] I will be reviewing the stock prepared for hospitalization for a while. This is the third review, so I will review "Maruhachi Nagasawa Shoten," a seafood bowl restaurant that only serves lunch. It was located in half of a kimono specialty store. It newly opened as "Torisoba Hachi" on December 18, 2021. The grand opening was on January 1, 2022. I visited in the afternoon on a weekday. There were two customers before me, and no customers after me. The restaurant has table and counter seats. I sat at the same table as last time. There are two menu items, each priced at 800 yen. Torisoba (Chinese soba) 800 yen Torimeshi (Chicken soup style) 800 yen Both of us ordered "Torisoba" this time. After waiting for 5 minutes, two "Torisoba" dishes arrived. ■ Torisoba (Chinese soba) Noodles: medium-thin, slightly curly noodles Soup: a clean, well-made salt-flavored soup made with whole chicken Ingredients: large chicken thigh meat is used. Originally, it should be chicken legs, but I requested the chicken meat used in Torimeshi (chicken soup style). Therefore, they use the chicken meat used in Torimeshi (chicken soup style). The meat is properly processed to remove any chicken odor. It is served in a state where the meat is tender and easily flakes off before it melts. Negi (green onion) Boiled egg Half price: 800 yen (tax included) "Torisoba (Chinese soba)" has a clean and tasty salt soup made with whole chicken. The noodles are well matched with the soup. The jumbo chicken thigh meat is a delightful addition. The meat is sourced from a butcher who used to operate "Mamesoba" at this location before. This shop is a joint venture with that butcher. I hope the shop will do well, but I am also concerned about the kind woman who is the owner's health. I love "Chicken soup style," so I might try that next time. It was delicious, thank you.

On a regular day at 12 o'clock, there was one customer already seated. The restaurant is run by a woman on her own. Since the kitchen is not visible from the dining area, it's a bit awkward when new customers enter and there's no greeting. It's also hard to figure out where the self-serve water is. I ordered the chicken soba for 900 yen, and it arrived in about 5 minutes. The dish had a strong salt flavor and a large piece of chicken on top, but it lacked seasoning. I ended up adding flavor by dipping the chicken in the table's chili oil. If I visit again, I might try the smaller chicken soba. I learned that on Sundays, they offer free chicken soba to children, which is very generous. I made a donation in the collection box. Thank you for the meal.

Located in Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, I stumbled upon this restaurant while looking for lunch. I decided to give it a try and ordered the Chicken Soba for 900 yen. The dish was topped with a generous portion of tender chicken thigh meat, which was delicious and not too heavy. The soup was light and the curly noodles paired well with it. The meal had a satisfying amount of food, and you could customize the flavor with pepper or sesame oil. I left feeling full and satisfied. The restaurant also has a yakiniku section managed by the famous Genghis Khan restaurant, "Niku no Asakura," which I would love to try next time. Thank you for the meal. Niku no Asakura Hanare Yakiniku Hachi is located at 13-2-20 Minami 5 Jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. They are open from Tuesday to Saturday from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and on Sundays and holidays from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. They are closed on Mondays.

This is my second visit. The restaurant is located in a quiet area, a 3-minute walk from the tram's West Line 6. At first, there were only two of us, but gradually more customers arrived. Many people dining alone, creating a calm atmosphere. I ordered the chicken soba. The broth was clear and the noodles were easy to eat. The chicken thigh meat was generously served, perfect for when you want to enjoy protein in a tasty way (laughs). It was delicious. I will come back again.

Today I went shopping in Sapporo. I headed to that shop I had my eye on! When I entered the shop, there was a friendly female owner. Surprisingly, no previous customers. I had been a bit cautious because it had been featured on TV (with Nagashima-san and Funakoshi-san), but I had nothing to worry about. I ordered the "Chicken Soba (900 yen)" I was looking for from the female owner and waited. Ta-da! It arrived. It looked more impressive in person than in the photos. The ingredients were chicken thigh, green onions, boiled egg, simple and delicious. The chicken clear soup was amazing! Lots of chicken flavor but not overwhelming, and the clear salty soup was excellent. The menu mentioned that you could change the ramen to rice. When I asked the female owner, she said it's like a rice porridge. It would be great to soak rice in this soup. The large piece of chicken was tender and easy to cut with chopsticks. It's like a delicious chicken hot pot with ramen added. Perfect for someone like me who was looking for a chicken-flavored soup. I wonder if I should get a large portion next time? Or maybe try the chicken rice dish? I'm excited to come back to this place. It's a shame it's not a bit closer, I would visit more often (laughs). Oh, and there was a customer who ordered "without green onions." Maybe the green onions here are too fragrant for some people? I like it, so it didn't bother me. As I was leaving, the owner said, "Next time, come for some grilled meat too!" It must be delicious as well. But, they also have a kimono shop in the back. I hope the smell doesn't transfer, but I'm probably overthinking it. That's just me.

Arrived around noon on a regular day. Two customers were already there. Located in a residential area on the Enzan side of the Tonden-dori shopping street, inside the "Kimono Workshop Mamegura". It opened on New Year's Day last year. At the end of last month, "Yakiniku Hachi" also opened at the same store at night. However, according to Twitter, it seems to be struggling. Let's support the local businesses (laughs). There is the owner and one female staff member, both women. A detective drama is playing on TV, but the reception is poor and keeps cutting out (laughs). They also have a "children's dining hall". The menu includes the main dish "Chicken Soba" and side dishes like "Beef Toro Rice". This time, I ordered the "Chicken Soba + Beef Toro Small Set" (1200 yen). It's 80 yen cheaper than ordering them separately at 900 yen and 380 yen each. I can hear the owner instructing the staff on how to prepare the dishes. Shortly after, another customer arrived. In the center of the chicken soba, there is a large chicken thigh. The soup is rich in chicken flavor and delicious!! It leaves a sticky feeling around the mouth, but the taste is light. It is sprinkled with sesame seeds. The curly noodles are firm and good. The chicken thigh meat is cooked to perfection, tender and satisfying! It comes with half a boiled egg and only green onions for vegetables, keeping it simple. The beef toro rice has the umami of Tokachi Slow Food's beef toro flakes, with a slightly light teriyaki sauce that is delicious! It is also sprinkled with green onions. It was a satisfyingly delicious meal. The chicken thigh meat was unexpectedly voluminous, so I was quite full. They also have a half-size option. If they expand the menu options, I might visit again.

Chicken soba was surprisingly served with a whole chicken thigh, making it quite filling. The salty broth was on the strong side but went down smoothly. The beef flakes rice bowl set for 1,200 yen also had a salty flavor but it was different from the ramen broth, creating a unique taste that becomes addictive. There is sesame oil on the table for seasoning, which enhances the flavor even more. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is cozy and welcoming. It seems they also hold a children's meal service on Sundays, which is commendable considering the tough times for the food industry. The lady who seemed to be the owner was very polite, making the lunch experience even more enjoyable. Non-smoking establishment.

【Torisoba】I visited the restaurant for the first time in 9 months since the pre-opening. The restaurant will be featured on the TV Hokkaido program "Choshu & Funakoshi Sapporo Ramen Oyaji Journey" airing on 9/23 at 10:05, so I decided to revisit before it gets crowded. It will be broadcast on the TXN network, so it's almost a nationwide broadcast! The unique owner, who is also a beautician and a kimono dresser, prepares each bowl of ramen with care. I ordered their signature dish, "Torisoba." The gentle chicken broth soup has a perfect balance of flavors! The generous portion of chicken topping adds to the comforting taste of the soup. The chicken meat, which matches the flavor of the soup, is incredibly tender. The noodles are classic medium-thin curly Chinese noodles that go well with the gentle soup. It's the perfect bowl of ramen when you're craving chicken broth. They also offer a "Shin Torisoba" with half the amount of chicken meat, as well as a "Torisoba Half" with half the amount of chicken meat and noodles. They have a great set menu with "Gyu Toro Rice" as well. As they are a participating restaurant in the "Sapporo Specialty Ramen ROAD," you can now enjoy the "Torisoba" for ¥700 with a ¥200 discount ticket. After the broadcast, it may get crowded, so if you haven't tried it yet, this is a great opportunity to do so!

A ramen shop standing in a residential street. Visited during lunchtime, but the entrance was a bit hidden so I entered cautiously. Since it was opening time, there were no other customers. The menu mainly consisted of "chicken soba," "beef and egg bowl," and "chicken rice." I ordered the chicken soba and small beef and egg bowl. It arrived in about 10 minutes. The chicken soba had surprisingly large pieces of chicken. The soup, made from whole chicken, was delicious with a strong chicken flavor. I thought it would be light and clear, but the richness of the chicken flavor was unexpected. The noodles were from Kobayashi Seimen, thick and chewy yellow noodles. The chicken was a single piece of thigh meat, satisfying to eat. The beef and egg bowl had a buttery flavor and was tasty, though I wished it had a bit more soy sauce. Finished everything, it was a satisfying meal. Rating: 3.06 stars.

On April 13, 2022 (Wednesday), for lunch I had chicken soba and chicken mixed rice at Hachi in Sapporo, Hokkaido. The restaurant is located at 13-2-20 Minami 5 Jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo. They are open from 11:30 to 14:00, closed on Mondays, and have parking space for 1-2 cars in front of the store. The food was delicious and I recommend trying it out if you're in the area.

The chicken broth is a bit strong, but the flavor is good and the service is nice. However, the chicken thigh portion is too big, making it feel like you're eating more meat than noodles, which seems like a waste. The flavor and noodles are good, so I suggest reducing the default amount of chicken thigh to lower the price, and allowing customers to add more as a topping. Just my personal opinion. Thank you.

It's a place in Chuo-ku, along Nakakoji street in Minami 5-jo Nishi 13-chome. The exact location can be confirmed on the map on the food review website. The restaurant seems to be operating in a borrowed space from a kimono store, and I was intrigued to visit. I parked my car in the front parking lot and entered the restaurant. I sat at the available counter seat and quickly ordered the "Chicken Soba" from the menu. The dish arrived in 4-5 minutes, with a large chicken thigh on top of the ramen. The soup had a strong chicken flavor with a slightly salty taste. The noodles were medium-thin, curly, and slightly soft. The amount of noodles seemed to increase as I ate. The dish also had well-cooked, tender chicken thigh meat, half a boiled egg, and chopped green onions as toppings. I tried the "Chicken Soba" this time, but I was also interested in the "Chicken Rice" listed on the menu.

Located in a residential area behind the Prince Hotel, this restaurant is run by a lively female owner who specializes in kimono dressing, hair styling, and selling recycled kimonos. She is a big eater and loves food (laughs). I ordered the chicken and soba noodles with a side of beef toro rice. The clear soup and delicious noodles of the chicken soba were a delight, with a generous portion of chicken leg. The beef toro rice comes in a small set, but I ordered both dishes separately because I wanted more. I finished everything quickly, including the soup which I usually leave behind at other places. The owner recently started a yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant as well, so I plan to visit that soon too.

On January 1, 2022, "Torisoba Hachi" opened its doors for the first time. This new restaurant is actually a renewal of the previous "㊇ Hasegawa Shoten" located on Odori West 14. The restaurant is now located at Minami 5 Nishi 13 in Chuo-ku, Sapporo. You can easily spot it by the bright red noren flag outside. There is parking space in front of the restaurant for about two cars. The nearest tram station is "Nishisen 6-jo." The restaurant occupies the left half of the kimono workshop "Mamegura," creating a unique setup. Originally, the establishment was known as "Kaisen Don-ya ㊇ Hasegawa Shoten" at this location. It later relocated to Odori West 14, serving curry ramen and seafood bowls during the day and operating as a creative seafood izakaya in the evenings. Due to issues like water leaks at the new location, they decided to return to their original spot and reopen with a new concept. On the day of the soft opening, I tried their "Torisoba (Chinese soba)" for 500 yen instead of the usual 800 yen. The dish arrived in a white bowl with green onions, sesame seeds, a large chicken thigh, and a boiled egg, creating a simple and light torisoba. The soup had a rich chicken broth flavor with a nice depth. The noodles were medium-thick and curly, providing a smooth and chewy texture. The highlight was the large chicken thigh meat, which was juicy and flavorful. As you eat, the chicken fat melts into the soup, enhancing the taste. It was a delicious bowl of torisoba with a generous portion of chicken. I finished every last drop of the soup and enjoyed it thoroughly. The combination of a kimono shop and a ramen restaurant was unique, but the flavors were authentic and satisfying. I look forward to trying their "Torimeshi" and "Gyutoro Rice" next time. It was a tasty meal. Thank you! *Visited on December 22, 2021, 170th bowl of the year.

This is a shop that has opened as a sublet inside the "Mamegura" kimono workshop. There are 3-4 parking spaces in front of the shop. From 12/18 to 31, they are in a pre-opening phase, and you can eat chicken soba and chicken rice for 500 yen each, which are usually priced at 800 yen. I ordered the chicken soba. It was served without much wait. The toppings included a large piece of chicken thigh meat, half-boiled egg, and chopped green onions. No bamboo shoots. The chicken thigh meat was tender and soft, but lacked flavor. It had a satisfying texture. The noodles were medium-thin and slightly soft. I prefer them a bit firmer. The soup was not too salty and had a light taste. I personally prefer it with some pepper sprinkled on top. There was a notice next to it saying that "Mamesoba" next door had reopened, but it was closed today. I wonder if it has truly reopened? (Dec 2021)

I visited here on 12/21 and found out that they are having a pre-opening until 12/31. Surprisingly, they are offering ramen for only one coin. I was hesitating if it was okay to park in front of the store when a woman came out from the shop and said, "Oh, long time no see!" It feels so nice when someone remembers you, even though it might be because of my unique appearance. However, the store closes at 14:00, and I arrived at 14:15! But the owner said she had plans to go out, so she would make it for me if I could eat within 20 minutes. I had the chicken soba, made with a clear and flavorful broth from whole chicken. The yellow curly noodles were delicious, and the huge chicken chashu was amazing. They are planning to use chicken legs as chashu, which is impressive. I hope many people will enjoy their food before the grand opening in the new year.

[Torisoba] Pre-opening today! Until the end of the year, the pre-opening special price of ¥800 will be ¥500❗️ Located inside the kimono workshop "Mamegura". This is a new store by the owner who also runs a restaurant in Maruyama. Produced by "Hasegawa Shoten", this nostalgic flavor salt ramen is topped with chunks of chicken thigh❗️ A classic "Chinese noodle" that goes well with it. After the grand opening on 1/1, the chicken meat will be changed to chicken leg✌️

I read a review saying that during the pre-opening period, the restaurant was offering meals for only one coin. I visited the restaurant around 1 pm when I had some errands nearby. Luckily, I found a parking spot right in front of the restaurant, and I entered smoothly. The atmosphere inside was nice, and there was a young customer enjoying their meal. I ordered the chicken soba, and it arrived quickly. The soup was clear with chicken fat floating on top, and it had a strong flavor of salt and chicken broth. The noodles were firm, and the chicken leg meat was tender and flavorful. The dish was satisfying and gave me the energy to get through the end of the year. However, two days later, I slipped on the stairs and sprained my ankle for three weeks. Despite that, I enjoyed the meal and look forward to trying their soup rice next time.
