I visited a restaurant in Niseko that is run by the parents of a friend's husband's senior. There was no sign outside, so it seemed like a hidden gem. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the hostess was very kind. We enjoyed French cuisine while gazing at Mount Yotei through the window. The food was delicious and easy to enjoy. Truly a taste of Niseko! We were the only Japanese customers, everyone else was foreign.

Such a narrow road?? Is this really here?? Driving with a feeling of wondering, you will come across cottage-style buildings. It's so cute - not crowded with tourists, but a quiet and charming shop. I really liked it. The unique atmosphere of the owner... haha, but she explains things very politely. If the weather is good, you can see Mt. Yotei from the window inside the shop, but unfortunately, it was cloudy when I went so I couldn't see it. Too bad. The menu is not very extensive. My husband had a set menu, and I chose the hamburger steak. His set came with soup and if you add 200 yen, you get coffee, I think. For mine, they said you can add soup for an extra charge, but I wasn't very hungry so I decided not to. However, I tried a bite of my husband's soup and it was delicious! I thought the rice portion was a bit small, but it was just right when I ate it. Even my husband, who eats a lot, said it was enough. While it would be better for the business if the shop was more bustling, personally, I prefer a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, so I hope it stays like this. A shop I would like to visit again.

It was a bit hard to find the place. Just go all the way to the end and you'll be fine! The parking lot is in front of the shop. I ordered the Napolitan hamburger. There was also a recommended set, but I wasn't very hungry and it was a bit over my budget. The Napolitan was just average. One of the dressings was egg dressing, but I couldn't really taste the egg. The hamburger was fluffy and the sauce was plentiful. The bacon, onions, and potato salad were all great. The view of Mt. Yotei from the window was very beautiful. The remaining snow on Mt. Yotei was also nice to see.

Located just a 5-minute walk from Niseko View Plaza, this restaurant is nestled in a natural setting, a bit off the main road. Inside, there is one table and counter seats lined along the glass walls, offering a view of the majestic Mt. Yotei through the windows. We opted for the counter seats. The lunch menu was recommended, so my partner ordered the daily lunch special while I went for the hamburger steak. Lunch came with coffee, so we added an extra cup. The daily special included sautéed beef with kalbi sauce and cream sauce simmered shrimp, served with rice and coffee. The meat was tender and not too tough, coated in a rich kalbi sauce that paired well with the rice. The hamburger steak was freshly made after ordering, with a fluffy texture and a light demi-glace sauce, topped with onions and bacon. The potato salad on the side was also delicious. The coffee served after the meal wasn't to my liking, but the view of Mt. Yotei in front of us was stunning. It would be nice to relax and enjoy dessert while admiring the scenery. The restaurant seemed lesser-known, quiet, and with a slightly higher price point, but considering the location, it was worth it. There aren't many Western-style restaurants near Niseko View Plaza, so discovering this place was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

This is a restaurant that I have been curious about for a long time. Located on Route 5 towards Hakodate, past the Niseko Michi-no-Eki, just after the traffic light, you turn left and you will find "Kamui no Mi" there. The atmosphere is very stylish with a counter seating for 6 people facing a large window with a view of Mount Yotei. The staff, a husband and wife team, are very friendly. The menu is a bit on the higher side, starting from 1200 yen. I ordered the hamburger for 1200 yen and added a soup for an extra 200 yen. The soup was pumpkin, which was delicious. The hamburger was incredibly soft and fluffy, the best I have ever had. The demi-glace sauce was light and paired well with the bacon. The salad had two types of dressing, and the potato salad was made with slightly yellowish potatoes. Overall, it was a delicious meal with a great view. I would love to visit again and try other items on the menu.
