I had something I wanted to eat, so I went to Yoichi, but all the shops I wanted to go to were closed or sold out. Feeling sad about going back empty-handed, I searched for any open shops and found one. Although the shop's shutter was closed, I went inside and asked if they were open. The owner came out and said, "We have tofu." I bought one block for 240 yen, and to my surprise, it was quite heavy. The owner even gave me a free triangle-shaped fried tofu. When I weighed the tofu at home, it was almost 1 kg without the water weight. It was my first time seeing such heavy tofu, and it was delicious. I enjoyed it with cold tofu and hot tofu. I highly recommend buying tofu from "Sasaki Tofu Shop" in Yoichi. Thank you for the delicious tofu!

Have you ever tried the cotton tofu at this store? It's a luxurious dish with no off-flavors! The location is a bit hard to find, so use a navigation system! Even though the reaction inside the store may be a bit strange, sorry for being loud! As you can see, the exterior is not much, but the taste is amazing! Having this tofu miso soup for breakfast when visiting home brings back memories of the Showa era! It's the ultimate gourmet experience for dads! I called on 8/14 after being rejected several times. They answered! They were there! (^^) They said they also have fried tofu and konjac that they haven't eaten for a while. They deliver to the neighborhood every Thursday. When I said I was going back to Tomakomai tomorrow, they offered to deliver it to my parents' house! (Even though I don't know the owner) The tofu was freshly made and still warm! (^^) Delivery is helpful for elderly people without transportation.
