Many players who have excelled in this event have gone on to have successful careers in the major leagues. The restaurant itself is known for its Classic Cheeseburger, Hokkaido Fried Potatoes, and draft beer, a winning combination that makes it a standout in the fast-food industry. It's like a perfect battery in a baseball game, representing the best of the farm leagues.

I visited Hokkaido and it's my last day, feeling a bit lonely. I arrived at New Chitose Airport, walked around, did some sightseeing and shopping, and ended up at the food court where you can see the airplanes. I sat down on a chair, watching the planes, and suddenly my eyes fell on a hamburger. It was from Freshness Burger. There are only a few of them in Kyoto, and I had never tried it before, so I decided to buy one. I got the Classic Burger for 590 yen. I took a bite. Mmm, delicious. It was time-consuming and you could feel the freshness. The vast runway and airplanes were a perfect match, and my excitement was soaring all by myself.

The other day, I visited a restaurant because I was feeling a bit hungry. I ordered an avocado burger. After a short wait, my order was ready for pickup. It was very juicy and not bad at all. The taste was consistent and reliable. I felt it was more sensible to go to a place where I know I'll get good food without risking spending money on unknown places.

As I entered the store, a young lady greeted me with a cheerful "Welcome!" After looking through the menu, I ordered the "Classic Cheeseburger" and paid at the counter. The food was served in about 12 minutes. The patty had a good texture and just the right amount of salt. Among the burger shops I've been to, this one is my favorite, but I feel like the buns could be a bit softer to make the taste even closer to my preference. I ordered a Rose Hip Tea for 350 yen, and it was served within a few minutes. It was super hot as I requested, and the refreshing acidity of the tea made it delicious.

In July, we went on a family trip to Hokkaido and visited Furano. Following that, in September, my spouse and I traveled to Tomamu Hoshino Resort in Hokkaido. Our final stop was New Chitose Airport, where we had hamburgers for our last meal. The burgers were fresh and simple, with a delicious taste that would appeal to everyone.

Freshness Burger is a concept of handmade feeling, with only a few stores in Hokkaido for the first visit. The first Freshness Burger I tried was the "Classic Avocado Burger" for 740 yen. It's quite expensive compared to McDonald's. The creamy flavor of the avocado was expected, but it didn't taste like much. However, the ingredients seemed fresh and there was definitely a homemade feel to it. Overall, it's not bad, right?

Before going to Osaka, if you want to grab a quick bite to eat, a food court is convenient, right? Freshness Burger is located inside the food court at New Chitose Airport where you can see the runway. They make the food after you order, so when I visited around 3 pm, it was quite busy and I had to wait for over 10 minutes after ordering. I had the Classic Cheeseburger & Set for 1,180 yen. It was delicious.

I first learned about Freshness Burger from a TV show many years ago, where a popular magician named "Sero" showcased his favorite "Teriyaki Burger" from the menu outside the hamburger shop. My first visit was to the now-closed "Wing Bay Otaru Store," and I occasionally visit the store in New Chitose Airport Terminal Building. This time, I decided to try the Teriyaki Burger again after a long time. I also ordered the limited-time "Orange & Cranberry Soda" and "Onion Rings" as a side, making it a "Premium Set." The main reason for my visit this time was actually the Orange & Cranberry Soda. It is part of a campaign by Freshness Burger to rescue high-quality orange juice left over from hotels due to the pandemic. The soda was indeed delicious and worth the slightly higher price for fast food. The Teriyaki Burger was tasty as well, especially the buns, but I felt it could be a bit larger for the price of 420 yen. In the New Chitose Airport Terminal Building, there are only two hamburger shops on the first-floor arrival lobby: Mos Burger and Freshness Burger. For those who have not experienced Freshness Burger yet, I recommend giving it a try. Total cost: 950 yen (Teriyaki Burger 420 yen / Premium Set with Orange & Cranberry Soda and Onion Rings 530 yen)

The Fish Burger Tartar has just the right amount of tartar sauce, not too much, allowing you to enjoy the crispy cutlet in fluffy buns in a balanced way. The contrast between the two is great. When it comes to Teriyaki, it's a different story - you need more sauce to savor it. If you prefer a sauce-heavy experience, then go for the "M" brand. However, Freshness Burger's Fish Burger is interesting.

On the morning of the second day of my stay, a little after 8 o'clock, I arrived at the food court on the third floor of the hotel. There aren't many shops open early in the morning around here, but this one was open. Due to some circumstances, I only bought a drink. I decided to get an iced tea to refresh myself in the morning. I usually prefer coffee. Suddenly, I glanced to my right and saw a man who looked like Datte-chan from Sandwichman, having a fun time with his beloved daughter.
