On April 15, 2019, I stayed at Guest House Santari in Kutsukoshi, Shintoku-cho, Kamikawa-gun, Hokkaido for the first time. I had a single malt whiskey in the room after drinking outside, and the chocolate provided by the guest house was a nice touch. It was my first time staying at a guest house, and the room was very stylish with a comfortable bed. I was able to get a good night's sleep. The next morning, I could smell breakfast. I was looking forward to seeing what kind of breakfast it would be. The delicious breakfast exceeded my expectations. In particular, the butter-sautéed shiitake mushrooms from the local Shintoku area were delicious. The combination of kumquats pickled by the owner and yogurt was also very tasty. I enjoyed a leisurely morning with coffee after the meal. Thank you for providing a pleasant and delicious experience.
