Beautiful restaurant! The L-shaped counter and raised seating area make it spacious. The open kitchen allows for interaction with the staff, who seem to be a team of five. They have a wide selection of sake, including local brands like Nakashibetsu. I don't know much about this place, but the small whiteboard brought to our table had many seasonal menu items listed. The lack of prices made me a bit nervous, but after confirming that dishes were in the 800 yen range, I ordered the salt-grilled cherry salmon. It was delicious! The fish was tender, perfectly seasoned, and had a delicate flavor. The grated daikon with a hint of spiciness complemented it well. Despite being full, I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The appetizers included fried white fish, broccoli, and simmered mushrooms. The restaurant offers Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, and excellent service. I'd love to come back with friends next time. As we left, I noticed the sign outside had been turned off, yet the restaurant was still packed. It seems to be a popular spot among locals. Thank you to the taxi driver who recommended this "pricey but delicious" place. I think it's great for group gatherings. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

This restaurant offers delicious dishes made with local ingredients and a wide selection of rare Japanese sake from all over the country, making it a great recommendation for sake lovers. Some of the sake available include Shinsei No.6 (Akita), Isojiman (Shizuoka), Mimuro Sugi (Nara), Shakuraku (Fukushima), Kudoki Jozu (Yamagata), Sawayamatsumoto (Kyoto), Miyakanbai (Miyagi), Nifuda Sake (Niigata), Akabu (Iwate), and many others.
