But after reading the article, I learned that this shop has been independently owned and operated for a long time. On this particular day, I had work in the area and decided to finally stop by this shop instead of passing by. It was past lunchtime, so I didn't have to wait in line and was the first customer. I ordered a steamed Chinese bun right on the spot. They had different variations like miso, soy sauce, spicy miso, and sweet bean paste. When they told me that the soy sauce buns were just steamed, I couldn't resist ordering one. I received the hot bun and was warned to be careful. I sat down to eat and enjoyed the freshly steamed bun. The filling was flavorful with juicy pork, and the unique soy sauce dressing added a nice touch. The bun was dense yet fluffy inside, and I savored every bite. It was so delicious that I finished it quickly. I would love to try the other flavors next time or share them with friends. It seemed like most of the meat buns were sold out, and in the line I was in, there were only beef buns and red bean buns left. I decided to order a set for 750 yen, which came with a beef bun. The beef bun was piping hot, and it was filled with lots of beef chunks. It went really well with the beer I ordered! The beer disappeared in no time, and I felt satisfied!

It was bigger than I expected and had a lot of filling, so I got really full haha. I heard that on weekdays you can get a free drink with a movie ticket.

I personally preferred the soy sauce flavor, as it tasted more like a traditional pork bun. When I dipped it in the accompanying sauce, it added a different flavor to enjoy. The meat buns were very large and satisfying to eat. They were so delicious that I bought some to take home as souvenirs since they were also available for refrigerated takeout.

I watched Demon Slayer at United Cinema and then used the ticket stub to get a discount on food. I ordered miso, beef bun, and soy sauce while being served. I wanted to try the cheese miso flavor, but they didn't have it so I settled for miso. I always make it a point to eat at the Factory. However, this time, the food was too hot and I had trouble removing the paper on the back, so it ended up sticking to the skin and I had to discard that part. It wouldn't peel off.

There were some sold out items, so it took over 30 minutes to purchase. I prefer the dough to be a bit thinner, but the filling was delicious. I ordered the Cheese Spicy Miso flavor, and it wasn't very spicy, but it had a great umami flavor. It's worth the wait to buy this Chinese steamed bun.

Sapporo Factory, a Chinese steamed bun shop in the atrium. There is always a line on weekends and holidays. When I arrived, there were about 15 people in line. I was aiming for the weekend/holiday limited "beer set". As the line moved, the staff loudly informed the people in line about the stock status, such as "This flavor is sold out" or "Only a few left of this flavor". The situation of whether I could buy it or not was uncertain. There seemed to be plenty of red bean buns, but "red bean bun and beer" doesn't really go together. When the person in front of me purchased, all flavors of pork buns were sold out, and there was only 1 beef bun left, which would take 17-18 minutes to steam. I wondered what the mother and daughter in front of me would buy, and they chose red bean buns. The pork buns were sold out, but I managed to get the last beef bun (laughs). I got the "beer set (beef bun + draft beer)" for 750 yen, which is 60 yen cheaper than buying them separately. They served it straight from the steamer, so it was piping hot. I let it cool a bit before cutting it in half. I can see why this is popular. The beef filling is made with finely chopped meat, not ground meat, and it has a solid flavor. It's perfect with beer. I had already eaten lunch, so I ate it as a snack, but it was quite filling!! There are few seats in the side seating area of the shop, but you can also use the shared seating area in the atrium.

After finishing shopping, I came here to quench my thirst with beer and this beer set! There was a sign in front of the shop saying "Please wait a little bit..." You can change to a mug for an extra 100 yen! Today the weather is nice, so I took my beer and beef bun outside to the bench at Nagayama Park to enjoy (*´罒`*)ﾆﾋﾋ♥ The beef bun had a chewy texture with a generous amount of filling and a rich flavor that goes well with beer (*´༥`*)ｳﾏｳﾏ I feel like beer tastes even better when you drink it outside from a plastic cup! It costs 680 yen for one cup, which is my favorite! It's also nice that it's cheaper on weekends and holidays٩(*´︶`*)۶ I'll definitely come back for a casual daytime drink! I haven't been here in a while as I've been going to Koppé a lot lately. My friend wanted to eat here, so I treated them. The freshly steamed manju was delicious as always! The size was quite big and it really hit the spot. My friend got the spicy miso pork manju, and it was the last one available (lol). It's common for the popular flavors to sell out quickly. This place always has a line, but honestly, all the flavors are good so I wouldn't mind getting a different one. I really like the crunchy texture of the bamboo shoot in this one! Each manju is under 300 yen, so it's very satisfying and highly recommended! It's also a great option at the Sapporo Factory dining area. Thank you for the meal!

Slightly advantageous "beer set" ranging from 630 to 680 yen depending on the type. After ordering, the pork bun is so hot that you can't hold it from the steamer. The flavor is "cheese spicy miso" - is it spicy? Can't really tell, haha. The melty cheese is in a small amount but satisfying in size, filling not just a snack but even a meal. The beer comes in a plastic cup, lacking in flavor, but poured well and tastes good. Hot Chinese bun with cold beer is the best! Thank you for the meal! (^ω^)

With the soft drink included, it's a very satisfying meal for the price. If you want to avoid waiting in line, aiming for the opening time is a good idea. It was a delicious meal.

I have been living half of my days thinking about Demon Slayer for the past few months. I went to watch the movie for the 6th time at the 4DX theater. I had to drink a lot of water to make up for the tears and runny nose.
