Having lunch at "TWO STICKS" in Hilton Niseko Village. The village has a different atmosphere from the surrounding area, making it feel like stepping into another world. The restaurant offers a variety of dishes such as pizza, burgers, rice bowls, ramen, udon, and also operates as an izakaya. The modern interior is predominantly red. I chose the "Hokkaido Vegetable and Chicken Leg Soup Curry (1,400 yen)" from the tempting menu. The soup curry comes with a large chicken leg, big carrots, shimeji mushrooms, pumpkin, and potatoes, all cooked to perfection. Mixing the rice and soup, I enjoyed pulling apart the chicken with a spoon and eventually eating it with my hands. It was delicious and I'm glad I chose it. By the end, I had to change into a T-shirt because it got hot. It was a great meal!

The young staff in their 20s were working hard and had a good impression with their quick movements. Due to the lack of inbound tourists during the pandemic, they rely on Japanese tourists. The menu seemed a bit confused, but the potato dish was delicious as it is a specialty. We also tried the chanko for two people. The interior and restroom were clean, and the atmosphere was nice.

Every year, we come to Hilton Niseko Village for skiing, and we usually dine at the hotel restaurants. However, this year, due to the impact of COVID-19, only one restaurant in Hilton is open for dinner. Wanting to try a different place, we decided to visit a restaurant in the village next to Hilton, which we had never tried before. The website mentioned it as an Asian restaurant, but it turned out to be more like an izakaya serving local Hokkaido dishes. We ordered some local specialties like zangi and hokke, which were delicious! I wanted to pair them with local sake, but unfortunately, they were out of stock. It would be even better if they had Hokkaido sake to go with the food. The potato cheese croquette and salmon cream cheese were also delicious, and I can even make them at home. The cost performance was good, the staff were friendly, and I would love to come back next time!

Family trip in summer (´▽`) On the last day of the 15-day trip, we played at Pure in Niseko Village. The weather was not great, but luckily we didn't get rained on until the end (´▽`) Lucky♪ There were giant slides, orienteering, tree trekking, bungee jumping, rock climbing, and the kids seemed to be having a great time! I tried tree trekking too, and it was scarier to do it than to watch! But it was fun! There are staff members ensuring safety, so even though it's in nature, it's a place where you can play with peace of mind. It seems that Niseko Village is building a new gondola. It looks like they are creating a beginner-friendly slope, so I'm looking forward to it (´▽`) Niseko changes every time I visit, and it's interesting♪ Now, for lunch on the last day spent in Niseko, we decided to eat at this place in the village. The village itself seems a bit confusing with its announcements and website. We wandered through the peculiar Japanese-style buildings that foreigners imagine. We found this Asian food place. Let's go here. The last lunch of the trip. We ordered Pad Thai, shrimp crackers, Malaysian chicken curry, and chicken salad to share. Pad Thai is a sticky noodle dish. Is this how it's supposed to be? I'm not used to eating Pad Thai, so I don't know w It's a noodle dish with a lot of moisture, and the taste is not spicy, so even the kids can eat it, but... Shrimp crackers are delicious! Crispy and flavorful! The best w Malaysian chicken curry looks different from the photo and what was served!! There's not enough tomato. My husband couldn't help but ask the staff. They said, "We ran out of tomatoes." Oh no (´д`) If it's out of stock, shouldn't they have told us when we ordered? If there are no substitutes and no additional ingredients, is that okay? I feel a little uncomfortable about this. Chicken salad My daughter said, "It's spicy!!" (;´ェ`) Oh, maybe the red sauce is spicy, probably chili sauce. It has sweetness too, but it seemed spicy. It's Asian food, so sorry about that (´д`) The prices are high, the service is not great, maybe they are targeting tourists, but a little more... right? Thank you for the meal ===========

Welcome! Located in the Niseko Village in Higashiyama Onsen, Niseko Town, Abuta District, is the ethnic bar Hilton Niseko. As you approach the building from the front, you can see a few small buildings in the distance. When you enter, you will be greeted by Thai waiter and several chefs. The spacious interior has a gondola inside and can accommodate over 100 seats, making it ideal for banquets. For lunch, they offer a variety of curries, noodles, and other dishes, including Chinese options. In the evening, it is perfect for enjoying drinks and snacks. When you place your order, you can hear the sounds of cooking coming from the kitchen. The dishes are prepared quickly, and you can watch the process. The three types of curry are amazing - Singaporean lamb curry with a strong sour taste, Malaysian chicken curry with various flavors that are hard to describe, and Thai green curry with a gentle sweetness and less spice. The classic ingredients like okra and eggplant are included. The naan bread is unique and has a chewy texture similar to pan-fried steamed buns. The Singapore noodles are made with plenty of vermicelli and have a mild flavor that is unexpectedly delicious. The highlight is the sambal sauce, which transforms the dish into a spicy yet delicious treat. The combination of sambal sauce and lime creates a unique and flavorful experience. While you can enjoy dishes from various countries, Thai cuisine stands out the most. The curries are reminiscent of Indian and Pakistani flavors, and overall, it is a delightful dining experience. Thank you for the meal!

At the base of Niseko Village Ski Resort, near the gondola station (Hilton Hotel), there is an area where several restaurants and shops are clustered. One corner is occupied by an Asian restaurant & bar. It operates in a bar format at night, but during the day it is a regular Asian restaurant. The first floor has stand tables in an open kitchen floor, and the second floor has regular table seating. The prices may seem a bit high for casual dining, but considering it's a restaurant within a resort hotel, it's understandable. On this occasion, I tried the "Singapore Laksa," a spicy noodle soup, after sampling it at the hotel buffet the night before. (My companions ordered dishes like Hainan Chicken Rice with steamed chicken as the main.) Niseko itself seems to attract many foreign tourists (skiers), and the menu reflects that. The Laksa consisted of slightly yellow curly noodles topped with boiled vegetables, seafood, and boiled egg, in a slightly spicy sweet coconut-flavored soup. I enjoy spicy food, but by the end, I was sweating a bit. It's a dish from a hot country, so having it in the extreme cold of Niseko was quite warming and enjoyable. It was delicious.
