In July 2022, this is a specialty store for German ham sausages. The sausages here are made without any additives or preservatives. The showcase is filled with authentic homemade products. I bought some beer bratwurst for a snack with drinks. It is not too salty and has a delicious umami flavor. It was a delicious sausage that I can't do without from here ♫

On Saturday, while looking for a snack to enjoy with my drink, I came across an interesting shop in a charming shopping street. I quickly searched on Tabelog and found some appealing points, so I decided to go in. This shop specializes in German-style ham sausages. The showcase displayed authentic homemade products.
I decided to try the Beerbratwurst for ¥541 with my evening drink. It was wet rather than dry, with a good balance of fatty and lean meat and a mild saltiness. I could taste the umami, and it was delicious. The mild saltiness makes it suitable for the Japanese palate. It pairs well with beer and even white wine, and it would be great in a sandwich too. After experiencing such an authentic taste, I doubt I will settle for just any salami in the future.
The beautiful tableware added to the experience and made the food taste even better. I ended up drinking too much and eating too much that day.

It's been hot in Sapporo in July 2017. I bought some side dishes from a nearby store for dinner, thinking of having freshly fried croquettes. There is a construction site nearby for a new high-end nursing facility and a coffee shop. The atmosphere of the rusty shopping street is changing. I bought three beef croquettes for 140 yen each. They were still warm and looked like they were fried in plenty of oil with crispy breadcrumbs. They had a good amount of meat and a sweet taste of potatoes, very delicious. The shop specializes in German sausages, and I tried a rosemary-flavored one before, which was simple and tasty. Next time, I want to try their tonkatsu. Thank you for the meal!

The beer here was amazing! Located on a small path branching off from Ishiyama Street, this shop may be a bit hard to find, but the smell of smoked meat inside hints at delicious offerings. I bought some handmade, small-batch processed meats to enjoy at home, and they paired perfectly with the beer. I purchased corned beef, bacon slices, and salchicha. The salchicha, seasoned simply with salt, white pepper, and rosemary, was delicious. It was packed with meaty flavor and went great with beer. Although the products were not completely additive-free, they were still tasty and enjoyable. The corned beef was not too salty, the bacon had a delicious smoky flavor, and I devoured them all quickly. I would definitely buy these delicious meats again. Overall rating: 3.5 Taste: 3.5 Service: 3.3 Atmosphere: 3.3 Value for money: 3.4 Drinks: - Address: 10-5-32 Minami 33-jo Nishi, Minami-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. "Broin Ringen" ☆☆☆ Next time, I'm torn between repurchasing the same items or trying something new.

A German sausage shop. Wow, I had no idea about this place... I am a reviewer from Sapporo, Harahide, and Rukea! After having coffee at a cafe, they took me to this shop on our way back. I had seen this place while passing by in a car on Ishiyama Street, but this was my first time going inside to shop. I bought a liver paste. It seemed cheap for the amount, so I decided to try it out. I spread it generously on a baguette from my favorite bakery, Boulangerie Marcel. Hmm... this place is good. They don't try to mask the unique taste and flavor of the liver, but rather enhance it. I think liver lovers will really enjoy it. It's not overpowering with herbs or salt, just the right balance to highlight the liver's characteristics. I spread it generously and enjoyed it. The liver paste was delicious. So, next time I must try the sausages too! It's a bit tricky to access from home, but I definitely want to revisit to buy sausages.

After leaving the nearby cafe "Rukia! Coffee," I guided my friend to Miyuki Street (Moaiwaka Shopping Street) on the left side. It seems like my friend had done some research beforehand. There are two buildings under construction on the street, although they look a bit rusty. There were rumors that a Komeda Coffee shop was going to open there, but it seems like it will just remain a rumor. In front of the shop, there were some side dish menus displayed, which I didn't know about. Inside the shop, the owner was preparing something while a new employee took our order. When I asked when they started serving side dishes, the owner said they started in February. The croquettes were sold out, but they had fried chicken and pork cutlets available, so we got some fried chicken for about 500 yen. The sausages and ham seemed to be made to order from the back of the shop, as most of them were sold out. The fried chicken was delicious, perfectly crispy and not greasy. I'm curious about the simmered hamburger. In the past, they served pot-au-feu with their sausages at a local festival and it was well-received. I would like to visit again at an earlier time. My friend also found something they liked at the shop. We planned to buy Mitsuke tofu from the neighboring grocery store, but it was sold out. Overall, I'm glad I could guide my friend to this place. Thank you for the meal!

The German language, known as the beast's language, with its hard and resonant coolness, is truly a killer move! Now, for car repairs, I went to a Renault shop near R230 along the algae rock. It feels like a lovely hint of Germany, right behind the French company. This small sausage factory here exudes a great, good smell that makes you feel like nasal slime is about to come out...◎Munich-style white sausage◎Fleischkäse (sausage with baked dough)◎Liver paste (paste-like sausage)◎Lyon-style sausage◎Gemüsebratwurst (sausage with vegetables)In the photos, starting from 12 o'clock and going counterclockwise, everything seems so authentic. The taste is amazing, and it goes well with beer and even red wine. It's so cool and old-fashioned! Now that my stomach is full, I'll hit you with the killer move of taking a nap. Good night! ⤴︎

I didn't know!! I had no idea there was such a delicious sausage shop in Minami Ward!! The shop itself feels tiny, but once you step inside, a strong smoky smell pierces your nostrils?! At that point, you know it's going to be delicious for sure. I bought a pepper sausage that you can enjoy right away and paired it with a beer from the convenience store next door. The sausage was a bit tough, but with each bite, it had a deep flavor!! I can't resist this anymore(((o(*゚▽゚*)o))) Next time I come, I might just buy out all they have♬ Thank you for the meal☆*:.。. o(≧▽≦)o .。.:*☆
