We stayed overnight in Furano with my partner. We didn't have a specific plan for dinner, so we wandered around the town looking for a restaurant. The BBQ place we had visited before seemed to be closed, but there was another BBQ restaurant next to it, so we decided to go there! It was around 5 o'clock, still a bit early for dinner, but as soon as we entered the restaurant, they asked, "Are you the ○○ who made a reservation?" It must be a popular place. Even though we didn't make a reservation, we were guided to a raised seating area. There were transparent vinyl curtains hanging between the tables, from the ceiling to the floor, as part of their infection prevention measures, which was nice to see. Honestly, it's best to eat quietly. It's fine to drink alcohol quietly without making a fuss. If everyone did that, it would be great. The restaurant used charcoal grills (Oga charcoal). We had beef skirt, salted hormone, pork liver, wine lamb, and stone bibimbap. The ingredients were already seasoned, and the sauce provided by the restaurant was more of a complement. We didn't try many types of meat, but the salted hormone stood out. It's hard to describe, but the salt they used really brought out the flavor of the hormone. Even my partner, who doesn't usually eat hormone willingly, was saying how delicious it was. The head chef explained that they use different salts for different ingredients. It's rare to find a restaurant that uses salt so skillfully. The sauce on the sharp-cut liver was also very good. The sauce on the skirt was also quite nice. We added stone bibimbap at the end. Head Chef: "For the stone bibimbap, please mix it well!"...We mixed it well. My partner said they want to go back to this restaurant again. To keep up the appearance of a harmonious family, we must revisit. Thank you for the meal.
