I was invited to participate in the Yubari melon and Hori's pure jelly cup open competition, so I decided to join in. I submitted my score for the half round and once the first round was over, the rankings were announced and I received prizes before heading home. The weather was quite hot, so I ended up drinking three bottles of water. As part of the event, a meal was provided, and I chose chilled Chinese noodles. I waited while sipping on a cola from the free drink station. After about 10 minutes, my noodles arrived. The sauce looked quite heavy, and I could already imagine how it would taste. I dug in and, as expected, the noodles were a bit overcooked and the sauce lacked any distinct flavor. It was a bit disappointing. I switched my drink to vegetable juice, but it turned out to be very light and not very flavorful. Overall, it was a mediocre meal. I received a Yubari melon and Hori's snack set as a souvenir or prize.

I was invited to participate in an open competition for the first time. We submitted our scores after the first 9 holes, then played freely for the remaining holes. We received prizes when we finished, at least 6 bottles of 350ml each, so overall, it was a good deal. The condition of the grass was not as good as usual, probably due to the lack of rain. The course distance is not that long, but the greens are challenging. We had lunch before starting in the afternoon. I ordered the "Sansai Tanuki Cold Soba & Inari Set" menu, which wasn't fully displayed on the menu. It was served in less than 10 minutes and I finished it quickly. The inari was a good size and delicious. The soba was decent, being cold and easy to eat. Overall, it was a satisfying meal. Thank you for the meal.

I came to play golf as usual! This golf course is cheap, but the best part is that we always go to eat Genghis Khan afterwards. The weather was nice for golf, and then it was time for Genghis Khan! They say they source their Genghis Khan from a butcher in Ebetsu. I had a driver this day, so I couldn't just have beer, so I had oolong tea instead... Well, I had to drive back home. Now, about the Genghis Khan! The meat was tender and the seasoning was perfect. I had it with rice. If you want to play golf and eat cheap and delicious Genghis Khan, I recommend this place. It's better to make a reservation for the Genghis Khan ahead of time. Thank you for the meal!

I apologize for this out-of-season review in December. This was my last golf outing in October. We planned to eat Genghis Khan, but it was closed, so we decided to have a drink instead. I ordered a Katsudon without the egg topping, edamame, and tsukune for beer snacks. The tsukune was delicious, like a big hamburger. Then the main dish, the Katsudon without the egg topping, arrived. It was tasty, with a sweet and savory flavor. I couldn't figure out why it was so delicious, but it was a great meal. I also tried some yakisoba given by someone. Next year, I want to try Genghis Khan and Katsudon without the egg together. Thank you for the meal!

This is my second visit this year. Last time, I only took a bath and left, so it's my first time using the restaurant. The high ceiling is nice. The staff are brisk and pleasant. Since the menu has a lot of Chinese dishes, I imagine the chef is good at that type of cuisine. I ordered the Mapo Ramen for 900 yen, which was the first item on the menu. The yakisoba with sauce that the person next to me got first also looked good. The Mapo Ramen arrived later than my companions. The noodles are a bit thin, but they go well with the soup. The soup has the perfect level of spiciness and was to my liking. I would have preferred the tofu to be a bit chunkier. Among all the meals I've had at golf courses, this might be my favorite. I really enjoyed it. I might not be able to come back this year, but if I do, I would like to try something different and confirm my thoughts.

I came to eat Genghis Khan again this year! Golf seems simple but the course is actually quite challenging. Genghis Khan! I'm not the driver today so I can enjoy beer while eating Genghis Khan! The weather was nice, I could drink beer, eat Genghis Khan, it was the best (*´∀`*) Let's cheers and grill it! It's very tender, no smell, with a hint of ginger, and the seasoning is just right! I couldn't stop eating. It seems like it's sourced from a meat shop in Ebetsu. Really delicious! The weather and atmosphere may have played a part, but among the marinated Genghis Khan, this is one of the best I've had. I want to ask where they source it from next time and try it at home. I was extremely satisfied! Thank you for the meal!

Hello~(^O^)/Today, I came to play golf and eat Genghis Khan. I heard that the Genghis Khan here is delicious, so the main dish is Genghis Khan, and golf is to work up an appetite. The golf course is quite nice, cheap, and fun. The greens are very challenging though. Anyway, onto the main dish, the Genghis Khan. I thought it would be from Nagayama, but it turns out it's from Eniwa. It's tender and delicious♫ I've never had such tender and exquisite Genghis Khan before! It's marinated, but you eat it with sauce. Add some shichimi to the sauce, dip a little, and eat. It's really delicious♫ Put a generous amount of sauce, dip it in rice, and eat. This is also delicious♫ I want to come back again. It's quite far from Sapporo, getting off at Tsukikappu Interchange, but it was so delicious that it's worth coming just for the Genghis Khan. I'll come back again(^O^)/I'll come to play a lot of golf next year(⌒▽⌒)Thank you for the meal( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

*****[Revisit: August 2016]*****
This is a revisit. This course was quite challenging for me in 2016. It required precision and strategy, and there were many things that I wasn't satisfied with. However, since this course is affordable, I ended up visiting three times this season. On this visit, I participated in a competition. Although I didn't achieve a satisfactory score, I felt prepared for the 2017 season. Lunch was a bento with a drink included, and the taste was decent. I recommend trying the buffet day on the annual schedule for the best value. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

This was my last golf round in Hokkaido for the season. The highlight was the buffet that the organizer was boasting about. The buffet had a variety of options, and it was definitely worth the price. However, some of the menu items were more appealing to male customers. The DIY yakisoba with different toppings was fun. I would like to visit this course again. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this course after two years for a competition. The greens were quite fast, making it challenging. The course under the autumn sun was very enjoyable. The meal after the competition was a bento, which was average. Overall, it was a fun round, and I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

This was my first time playing at Evergreen Golf Club in Yubari. The restaurant in the clubhouse had good lighting and a nice view. I ordered the yakisoba with sauce, which was beautifully presented and tasted delicious. The seafood ingredients and the flavor of the sauce were well-balanced. The overall presentation and taste were impressive. After the meal, I went back to play another round. The view outside was stunning, and it was a satisfying experience. I will visit again. Thank you for the meal.

The day after tomorrow, on August 4th, there will be an air show in Chitose. This year, the Blue Impulse will be performing and their practice has already started. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend as I have work on that day. Today, I had the day off from work and went golfing. It was my first round of the year, although I only go golfing once a year. I played at Evergreen Golf Club in Kurisama Town. The weather was nice and not too hot, which was great. The club offers a self-play day every Friday where you can use a golf cart and play for 3,050 yen. They don't provide access to the bath or lockers, but the restaurant is open. I didn't practice at the driving range today, just played a little before the round. I got tired towards the end and my game wasn't great, but I had a good time. After finishing, I had ebi tempura cold soba for 750 yen. It was delicious.

This is a review of a restaurant experience with a pork stew lunch set. The service was slow and disorganized, with the staff seeming to be out of sync. The stew was large and tender, but the strong herb flavor didn't suit my taste. Overall, the experience was not impressive.

It's not "Domon," it's "Tsuchikado." I participated in an open competition where they calculate scores based on half handicap. This time it was the Melon Cup. You get a whole melon, lunch included, and play for 8,650 yen off, so make sure to take advantage of other open competitions too. I'm also enduring using a clip pencil and carrying my bag to the storage area myself, as well as self-retrieving it. They will load the bag onto the cart for you, so make sure to use that service. Then it's time for lunch. You can choose from 4 options. Today, a chef from a hotel is cooking for us. The recommendations from the cheerful older female staff, with a voice like a bar owner, was the cold tantan noodles. So we all ordered that. It was served shortly after. Hmm, nothing particularly special, just simply delicious. I imagine the other menu items are tasty too. Thank you for the meal. They have plenty of great deals for half open competitions, so be sure to check them out.

The second Evergreen lunch buffet of the year was okay, but the putting was so bad that I can't even mention it here. It was the worst putting of the season. I might consider getting a new putter. So, I decided to have lunch at Evergreen. There wasn't anything that stood out to me. In the first rotation, the squid chili lacked spiciness and chili flavor. The dumplings looked like store-bought ones, so the taste was guaranteed (haha). I topped them with soy sauce. The yakisoba with sauce had crispy noodles that were slightly dry, and the sauce lacked a distinct flavor. The sausage seemed like a store-bought one too, crispy with a guaranteed taste (haha). In the second rotation (photo), the oil-dripping chicken had thick batter, thin chicken, and soggy cabbage, with a lackluster sauce. The dumplings (second time), shumai, this time I added vinegar along with soy sauce. Various tempura, I avoided them at first due to fear of heartburn, but had to try them eventually due to the limited options. Cold tempura is not something to be praised. Sausage (second time), just like the dumplings, I had to bring in a relief pitcher like Miyazaki. It was good that drinks were included. Thank you for the meal.

At this time of year, rounds are about 1 hour with a break for lunch buffet. I enjoyed the taste of the shrimp chili and sauces. The mapo tofu could have been a bit spicier. The spaghetti had a nostalgic taste of the past. I liked the bacon and sausage with mustard. After the first round, I forgot to take pictures. The ankake yakisoba was overcooked and the noodles were too hard. The dumplings and shumai were cold and tough. There were various tempura options, but I had to skip them to prevent heartburn in the second round. Honestly, I felt that ordering dishes individually would be tastier than the buffet. Thank you for the meal.
