Today, we will introduce the barbecue dinner and breakfast. The dinner features high-quality Bifuka beef sourced directly from local farms, along with Niseko vegetables, miso offal, sausages, meat skewers, and more. Cooking is easy with a barbecue set in the backyard, perfect for enjoying the end of summer with beer in hand. However, some struggled with the cold and difficulty starting the charcoal fire, resorting to cooking in the room. Breakfast was a Kamimura set featuring croissants, yogurt, bacon and eggs, and duck and veal consomme soup. The croissants were delicious, the consomme soup refreshing, and the bacon and eggs satisfying. Overall, a satisfying breakfast with a French twist, perfect for starting the day with views of Mount Yotei.
