I parked my car in the parking lot in front of the store and entered. Inside, it was a traditional dining room run by an elderly couple. I sat at a table in the center and looked at the menu. I ordered the Soy Sauce Chashu Ramen for 750 yen. In just 5 minutes, the ramen was served. It looked like a simple Kushiro ramen. First, I took a sip of the soup... it was neither good nor bad, just a very simple soup. The noodles were homemade, firm, and had a nice curl to them. The chashu had 5 slices of pork belly, with just the right amount of fat and a flavorful taste. The toppings included green onions, bamboo shoots, and narutomaki. It was just an ordinary ramen.
