On a day off, I visited a bakery in Yoichi and then looked up a shop in Yoichi that sells cakes. I found a place nearby that only sells cakes a few times a month, and sometimes they have limited quantities for sale. On this particular day, it was a full sales day, so I decided to go check it out. When I arrived, there were already a few people in line, mostly locals. The shop was set up in the entrance of a house, with a showcase displaying delicious-looking cakes. I purchased a few cakes that caught my eye. The "Ambroisie Mousse au Chocolat" had a smooth chocolate mousse with pistachio mousse inside, creating a delicious combination of flavors. The "Fromage Baked Cheese" had layers of fromage, creating a perfect balance of sweetness and cheese flavor. The "Banane au Chocolat" had a banana base with various chocolate elements, creating a well-balanced and tasty treat. Although I don't have many opportunities to visit the shop, I would love to go back if given the chance. Thank you for the delicious experience!

I happened to be in the Yoichi area and it was the opening day of this shop! Everything looked delicious so we decided to share:
- Bananya Almond Caramel: Layers of Bananya sauté, chocolate mousse, chocolate biscuit, ganache, banana sauté, banana mousse, and dacquoise. The banana sauté had a hint of alcohol, giving it a subtle boozy aroma. The dacquoise had a unique floral and chamomile-like taste.
- Fromage: Layers of apricot jam, mascarpone mousse, baked cheese, sablé, and sponge crumble. The bottom layer was very crunchy, almost breaking the plastic fork! It was creamy like a rare cheesecake, with a dense texture due to the baked cheese.
- Ambroisie Mauve: Layers of dark chocolate, chocolate glaze, chocolate mousse with pistachio, joconde biscuit, and raspberry pepsin. Despite its rich appearance, it wasn't as intense as expected. The mousse part was predominant, with a smooth and easy-to-eat texture. The pistachio was strong when eaten alone but milder when combined with other elements.
It was a fortunate coincidence to visit this place. Only one group is allowed inside, and the place is run by a single staff, so it's best to go with some extra time. Thank you, wu-ta-san!

I went to a shaved ice shop near this place the other day. I saw it and was curious, so I decided to check it out. The permanent store here is a chiropractic clinic, and the patisserie part holds cake sales a few times a month. Both are run by the same owner. It's amazing! Today happened to be a cake sale day. I confirmed it before going. They were selling the cakes at the entrance of the shop, which looked like a normal house. The cakes and macarons on display were all beautiful and looked delicious! I bought the Bordeaux Cannele (260 yen) and the Choux a la Creme (310 yen). I ate them at home. It had been a while, but the Cannele had a firm outer layer, moist inside, and a gooey center. It had a delicious flavor of rum and vanilla. The Choux a la Creme had a nice texture on the surface and the cream inside was tasty too. Even though it's a combination of a chiropractic clinic and a patisserie, I think the quality is much higher than your average pastry shop. It's definitely worth a visit, even if it's not their main focus. I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal!
