There is a cafe located in the basement of Ash. It was rare for me to visit at night, as it was a meeting with a few people. I don't usually go to cafes alone. It reminded me of the past. Oh, I remember now. There used to be a Capricciosa here. It seems that now there are only Sapporo, Otaru, and Tomakomai in Hokkaido. But it has been Collins for quite a long time. I think I went once when it first opened. Since then, it's been a while. By the way, the shop moved and reopened on August 31, 2018, established in 1982, it's an old coffee shop in Asahikawa. The menu includes food, drinks, I wonder how many items there are in total. The number of pages was quite substantial. The font size was incredibly small too, so I had to desperately follow what was visible. I was trying to follow the main text in the photos. But the right page was different. Oh, here comes spaghetti again. But the right page is different. I got confused and lost in the menu. I finally understood that the first page was set menus, and the second page was individual items. It was quite a challenge for an old man like me to decipher the menu display. Cheese Omelette Rice. This is an individual item, but the set is 1650 yen. There was no mention of the price for the individual item, so I'm not sure. The ketchup was spread in a mesh pattern on top of the egg. It's not the type where the egg wraps around the rice. It's more like the omelette is placed on top of the ketchup rice. I was relieved to finally understand the menu. The Cafe Drink Set includes three appetizers including prosciutto and a glass of wine or beer. It was 1080 yen in 2019. I wonder if the price has gone up a bit now. People who drink would be happy to have this kind of set. Baked Curry Set for 1700 yen. I decided to go with this set. I didn't think much and ordered, but it turned out to be quite expensive. It's more expensive than a family restaurant, but it's reasonable for dinner. The hot curry doria with rice was yellow. It was actually a half-boiled egg on top. The taste was quite mild due to the presence of the half-boiled egg. I could feel the mildness more than the curry flavor. The cheese, white sauce, keema curry, and rice. The rice seemed to be buttered rice. The curry itself wasn't too spicy, probably because the mildness was enhanced by the half-boiled egg and cheese. I'm not sure about the drink and dessert included in the set, but it might have been cheaper than ordering a drink separately. I decided to go with an iced cafe au lait this time. Apple pie dessert with yogurt, fruit custard, 5 types of ice cream, and 4 types of cake to choose from. In addition to the cakes, there were also gateau chocolat, cheesecake, and chiffon cake to choose from. When I think of apple pie, I imagine the hot one from fast food, but it was different. It came with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream on top. I can't remember if it was sweet or not as I was chatting while eating. It's amazing how things become a blur when talking and eating. This place also offers lunch sets.
