R'z in Rikubetsu Town. The town guide in June 2013 mentioned that the menu includes various alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, as well as meals such as pasta and omurice. A local free magazine highlighted the popular dishes like simple and mega-sized Napoli-style spaghetti and chicken tempura. Although it is a bar, many regulars come for coffee and meals. The reviewer arrived at the restaurant around 7:30 PM, unsure if it was open as there were no external lights. They were welcomed by a charming female owner and found the interior cozy with table seating, tatami seating, and private rooms. They ordered the Napoli-style spaghetti and enjoyed the generous portion, made with chicken and squid in a mild ketchup sauce. The chicken tempura was also a hit, served with a flavorful sauce and mayonnaise. The reviewer had a delightful conversation with the owner and left feeling satisfied and content. Two years later, they returned for omurice but found out it wasn't available. Instead, they enjoyed pasta and various bread options. The conversation with the owner was enjoyable, and the reviewer left with a full stomach and heart. The bill came to 1000 yen for the meal and 600 yen for a highball. Despite feeling stuffed, the reviewer had a pleasant evening in Rikubetsu Town.
