900 Kusahara is located about a 30-minute drive from the town of Shibecha. It is a grazing area in the vast grasslands with a 360-degree panoramic view observation deck. Inside the observation deck building, there is a small restaurant where you can enjoy light meals. There were hardly any customers when I visited. I tried the Kusahara milk soft serve ice cream. It was truly delicious, with a rich flavor typical of Hokkaido soft serve, and a smooth texture that was very impressive.
