In February 2018, I asked a colleague who was going to Furubira Town to bring back some tarako for me. My colleague had always said that the best tarako in town can be found in Furubira, so I was curious. When they returned, they brought frozen tarako. I moved it to the fridge to thaw naturally. Hmm? This is delicious! Each small fish egg rolls on the tongue as you eat it. The low salt content allows you to taste the true flavor of the tarako. I had it with white rice, but I wonder how it would taste in a tarako pasta or grilled in onigiri? The possibilities are endless with this delicious tarako! Is the tarako itself a good quality product, or is there a secret to the way it's prepared? It's so different from the tarako I usually eat, that it makes me wonder. So far, this is the best tarako I've had.

In December 2015, on a certain Sunday, I stopped by this shop while shopping in this area. Facing the Urabira Fishing Port, the view in front of me was the sea. Urabira is famous for its delicious "tarako" along with Toraishi Beach, so I bought some. The popular "barakireko" was already sold out, so I purchased the next best thing, the cost-effective 400g "kireko" for 1,600 yen. When I thawed it out and ate it later, it was not too salty due to its low salt content, making it very easy to eat. The texture was clear and distinct, making it delicious to eat on its own or even cooked. They also sell other products besides tarako and offer online shopping for those who want to order from afar.

"I received 'Tsubu no Shio Karashi' and 'Tarako' from Kanekichi Yoshino Tsuru's salted fish roe. A friend from Otaru came to visit me today. Oh? Why did I think that? Oh, right, because the icon of my friend looks similar. I thought it was 'Tarako' at first, but it's actually 'Tsubu no Shio Karashi.' Today, I'm going to drink in Kitami, but my friend visited me at home and even brought me a souvenir. In the past, my friend used to bring me their favorite fish roe, which I thought was delicious. But today, it's 'Tarako,' which I also love, so I'm very happy. I opened it without expecting too much. When I was young, 'Tarako' wasn't considered a luxury item. But now, it's just as luxurious as fish roe. My friend prefers a lighter color, so this 'Nan Tarako' is probably light in flavor. It's really delicious, thanks to my friend. My friend knows me best. I won't say anything bad about the gift, but this light-flavored 'Tarako' is really dangerous. I even told my mom to eat it quickly because it's so good. She was surprised by how delicious it was. The 'Tsubu no Shio Karashi' is something I couldn't eat before, but since I started using a food review app, I can now eat it. It has a long shelf life, but why is that? I tried it, and it's made of fish eggs and kelp. It's delicious, not too salty, and has a refined flavor. The texture is slightly crunchy, and it's a challenge to resist. I tried it with beer, but it's more like sake. I poured myself some sake after finishing the beer and continued eating. My wife also switched from beer to sake. It's not my fault we drank more. Whose fault is it then? It's obviously my friend's fault. It's a bit spicy, with the umami of kelp enhancing the flavor. In any case, it was a high-quality 'Tsubu no Shio Karashi.' Oh, I feel dizzy. Goodnight, and thank you again. I may have received it, but I wrote a lot... This is my way of expressing affection, which some people don't seem to notice. Now, there are no more people around me... Just kidding, there have always been and will always be people around me."
