On July 5, 2023, I visited Kurayama Brick Warehouse Kurihuto for the first time. I was aware that a kitchen had opened inside the warehouse in April this year, and I finally had the opportunity to visit. The kitchen featured an outlet for "Sushi Sakaba Waraku" today. I had originally chosen this place to meet with colleagues for work, but the atmosphere was too lively for a meeting. We ended up going back to the office for our discussion and returned later. Unfortunately, by the time we arrived, all the sushi had been sold out. I settled for some sashimi and a beer. The sashimi was fresh and decent, and the draft beer, despite being served in a plastic cup, had a good taste. I believe that having various shops setting up in this location will help promote their businesses and allow residents of Kurayama to discover new dining options. The challenge now is to attract more customers to this small town. Despite the mixed experience today, I found the atmosphere of the building pleasant, and I look forward to using this space more actively in the future. My initial impression is not bad, and I am hopeful for what is to come. Thank you for the meal!
