It's past 2:30 pm. I found this place when I was looking for a shop open at this time, so I decided to go in. The interior seemed different, maybe it had changed. Upon researching, I found out that I had been here three times before. However, the last time was 11 years ago, and this is the first time I have come alone. I must have sat at a table last time because I came with someone else. This time, I sat at the counter, so the view seemed a bit different. What should I order? I don't feel like getting a set meal. Ramen... no, there doesn't seem to be a set meal. Maybe I should order a single item with rice. The person next to me who came in at the same time ordered wonton noodles. I couldn't find it on the menu. Must be a specialty for regular customers. How about stir-fried noodles with sauce... hmm, what should I do? Eventually, I chose the Cantonese noodles written on the far right of the menu. Soy sauce ramen was in the middle, so the fact that this was written on the far right must mean it's their specialty. Also, back in high school, I used to eat Cantonese noodles five times a week at a now-closed shop because I loved it so much. It's been a while, so I'm looking forward to tasting it again. The sauce is only in the center. The Cantonese noodles here are not entirely saucy; it's more like a ramen base with sauce in the center. So if you mix it, it won't be saucy anymore. The vegetables included cabbage, carrots, and bamboo shoots, giving it a colorful appearance. Huh... do my taste buds not work properly lately? It tastes a bit light to me. Although it looks quite rich, it feels light. However, I could still taste the oiliness and the sesame flavor. I even sensed a hint of acidity. I see, it's made to be just right when you mix the whole thing. Alright!! But if you mix it, the sauce disappears. Should I eat it straight then? Maybe the noodles were originally straight. Perhaps the crimping was done by hand while boiling them. The noodles don't have too much moisture. The amount of noodles itself wasn't that much. But it was really hot, so I couldn't eat it all at once. I had to cool it down quite a bit, but it was still hot. It's really nice to have something hot. By the way, as of today, the burns on my lips haven't healed yet. It's because of this dish. There was something unpleasant in it. So, I tried to gulp it down at once and bit my cheek. It stuck to my lips and was really hot. I managed to eat it normally, but I ended up sweating a lot. As for the taste... it felt like there was a bit of acidity in the ramen itself. And... Akkanbee! You may know from my Facebook friends, but for some reason, the photos look like they're doing the Akkanbee face. I'm not doing it, though. But it looks like I'm sticking out my tongue. It's like a trick art, haha. Anyway, it was a long-awaited meal! Let's drive safely without accidents or violations after this!! Thank you for the meal. → If it was stir-fried noodles with sauce, it might be different.
