I ordered the grilled mackerel battera for 630 yen. The mackerel was thick and substantial, but the sauce and vinegar rice didn't go well together, so it was just okay. Thank you for the meal.

This time, I bought the "Mini Donburi (crab and salmon roe)" and the "Fatty Tuna Roll", both at half price! I brought them home and I'm going to eat them now. The Mini Donburi is delicious♫ The crab is tasty, but the salmon roe is amazing!! It makes me crave a salmon roe bowl. The Fatty Tuna Roll is also delicious! I came to Motomachi Aeon. Had a morning drink, then had donuts and coffee for a snack, and now it's time for lunch. A bit early for lunch! I found a delicious-looking bento at Uoichin. Anago Chirashi for 400 yen. It's thinly sliced anago, but there's a lot of it, and it looks really rich. Maybe it's cheap because it's just the scraps? Well, it's from Uoichin, so it should be good! It's not enough by itself, so I bought some additional items from another store and had them together. Let's dig in. It's still a little warm. The anago is thinly sliced, almost like scraps, but it's covered in plenty of sauce and it's delicious! The pickled ginger goes well with the sweet sauce. Eating it with the pickled ginger in between bites gives a real taste of anago in your mouth. Surprisingly, this was delicious! Thank you for the meal.

The sushi shop in the food court of Ion Motomachi store offers a set for takeout at 1380 yen. The flavors include hokki, crab, red sea bream, scallop, conger eel, sweet shrimp, ikura, uni, and salmon. The rice is like pressed sushi and the wasabi is strong. The soy sauce provided has an artificial dashi flavor. I switched to my own soy sauce halfway through. Overall, I find this sushi shop's offerings tastier than other sushi shops on the same floor.

When it gets hot, the symptoms worsen, as it is a designated rare disease by the government. As we enter November, the heating in hospitals and various commercial facilities causes discomfort due to the high temperatures. Unfortunately, there is no medication that suits me yet. Likes and comments may be delayed, so thank you for your understanding. In December 2019, I visited "Aeon Sapporo Motomachi Shopping Center" after a few years. Upon returning, I noticed that many of the specialty shops and food court stores had changed. One of the long-standing stores I found in the specialty shop area was "Uo Isshin." It is a store operated by Grape, a local Sapporo fish market, sushi restaurant, conveyor belt sushi, and izakaya chain. They also have a sushi delivery service. Uo Isshin originally started as the "fresh fish department" of the former Sapporo Tokyu Store but later became independent. While they have multiple outlets in places like Sapporo Tokyu Department Store and Toko Store, they have expanded widely in the city, including at Aeon. The Aeon Sapporo Motomachi branch of Uo Isshin specializes in take-out sushi. I visited around noon on a weekday and found a variety of sushi options lined up, including nigiri sushi and rolled sushi. I opted for the affordable "Weekday Limited Special: 9-piece sushi set for 842 yen." The set included tuna, crab stick, salmon, white fish, ikura, tobiko, squid, sweet shrimp, and simmered eel on rice balls. For the price, the set was quite good and satisfactory for a take-out sushi option. It may not be the most luxurious or flavorful, but it's a decent choice for a casual meal. Uo Isshin is known for its strong relationships with fish suppliers. I later found out that this set was only available on weekdays, which made it a special treat. I rated it 3.8 out of 5 and look forward to trying the same set again next time. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I was initially tempted by the new face of "Mitsuki Takahata" when I visited in August 2019, and ended up going to buy "Kentucky" but while exploring the food court, I came across this place and decided to take a look. It seems like they used to do revolving sushi, but now it's a take-out only shop. There are a few branches in the city's supermarkets, and I heard there's also a revolving sushi restaurant in the day drinking haven "Rafira". I like "battera", so I looked for that. They had "2 types of mackerel" but they were "seared", so I chose "mackerel" and "others". "Mackerel battera" 500 yen, "crab and shrimp battera" 500 yen. The mackerel was thick and cut into 4 pieces, quite substantial. The crab seemed to be snow crab, and the shrimp was small-sized sweet shrimp, but they were quite delicious. And since it's just one coin, I can understand why "Kozo Sushi" is struggling with their prices. "Kozo Sushi" also has "mackerel bar sushi" for 480 yen, so it's worth comparing. The battera was quite delicious.

On a weekend approaching the end of a certain year, I stopped by a takeout sushi restaurant inside AEON Motomachi store after work. The store is conveniently located inside AEON Motomachi and was crowded with customers due to the season and time. I chose a discounted item from the menu that caught my eye in the display case. I purchased the "Gomoku Chirashi" (463 yen with 20% discount) which was colorful with yellow and red toppings and reasonably priced. It had simmered shiitake mushrooms, flower-shaped kamaboko, pickled ginger, crab meat, small ikura and tobiko, sakura denbu, shredded egg, and green onions on top. The sushi rice was slightly on the firmer side with a strong vinegar flavor, creating a sweet and savory taste. I also tried the "2-color Battera" (500 yen with 10% discount) which had a generous portion and a strong vinegar flavor in the sushi rice. The grilled mackerel was unexpectedly thick and had a distinct texture. Personally, I felt one piece would have been enough. It made me wonder why good mackerel has become so expensive lately. I visited the restaurant to buy some late-night snacks. I came here after work. If you come at this time, they sell everything at discounted prices, so it's a great deal. This time, I bought "Nishoku Battera" and "Tekkamaki (thin roll)". I enjoyed them at home right away. I have bought Nishoku Battera before and I really like it. It tastes delicious when you eat it with wasabi soy sauce. It's exquisite! The Tekkamaki was also delicious. It's my favorite among all rolled sushi! I would like to go buy more again. There weren't many options, but I'm happy with the discount. I bought "shirasu chirashi" and "negitoro roll (medium size)". Even though it was for a late-night snack, maybe I bought too much (lol). The shirasu chirashi was tasty, but personally, I wish there were more shirasu in it. The negitoro roll was delicious, I could eat a lot of it! It's a product I would like to buy again. The two-color batter is cool and the rice is on the heavier side. I bought a batter with two types of mackerel, grilled and pickled. Honestly, I felt like I didn't need the pickled mackerel. I visited to buy a late-night snack. I decided to treat myself to sushi! Since it was late, it was discounted. Lucky me! I bought 'Nishiki Battera' and 'Uo Isshin Nama Sushi' for one person. It's a take-out only shop, so I enjoyed it at home. I tried Battera for the first time and it was delicious! I liked it so much that I think I will come back to buy it again. Fish Ichishin is better than Ion sushi‼ [Fish Ichishin Ion Motomachi Store] Sapporo City Higashi-ku Motomachi Ion Motomachi‼ I grew up in Sakae-machi when I was young, so it's a familiar town, but there are some changes compared to the past, but there are still nostalgic feelings that remain. Personally, I don't like Ion malls (laughs) because there are too many people and the scale is too big... I prefer MaxValu. I buy sushi... I looked at Ion, but I'm tired of the small, unchanging sushi that doesn't stand out in any store nationwide (^_^;) ⚫ I chose the take-out specialty store "Fish Ichishin," which is familiar from conveyor belt sushi, because the raw sushi costs 1400 yen. It comes with 10 pieces and the toppings are large and fresh. Tuna, red sea bream, amberjack, squid, salmon roe, raw shrimp, crab, scallop, salmon, and sea urchin were eaten in that order. I started with white fish and finished with ikura. I'm the type who leaves my favorite until the end (laughs), so the order is based on my preference. I think it was a good idea compared to Ion sushi... Next time, I would like to try eating at a conveyor belt sushi restaurant. Uoichigoi Ichiban used to be the fish department of the former Sapporo Tokyu Store but became independent. Currently, Sapporo Tokyu Store has become Toko Store. Due to this relationship, Uoichigoi Ichiban has many outlets in Sapporo, including Sapporo Tokyu Department Store and Toko Store. They offer a wide range of options from sushi restaurants to conveyor belt sushi shops and deli stores. They even have a sushi delivery service. After lunch, I stopped by for takeout. This store is located in Higashi Ward, Sapporo, on the first floor of Aeon Sapporo Motomachi Shopping Center along the Toho Subway Line. For detailed location information, please check on Tabelog. This Aeon Sapporo Motomachi Shopping Center store specializes in takeout. They offer nigiri sushi, seafood bowls, nori rolls, and even children's lunch options. I purchased their most popular sushi set. The "Ichiban Nama Sushi" set includes 10 pieces with various toppings such as tuna, sea bream, salmon, uni, herring roe, squid, shrimp, and more. The price is 980 yen. As far as takeout sushi goes, it's not bad. The sea urchin is reasonably priced for the current season. The sea bream tastes familiar, likely from Ehime's aquaculture. (laughs) It may not have a strong impact or luxury feel, but I think it's a good portion for everyday enjoyment. It's great to see fishmongers expanding into sushi shops. They are known for their strong fish sourcing. Next time, I might try the seafood bowl. It was delicious, thank you for the meal.

This shop is a takeout specialty store on the first floor of AEON Motomachi, near Subway Shindo Higashi Station. I came here to pass the time between checking out at 11:00 and checking in at 15:00 for a hotel transfer. On my way back, I purchased the "Salmon Assorted Nigiri" (880 yen) for dinner at the hotel. It includes four types of salmon nigiri: salmon, raw salmon, seared salmon, and salmon & ikura gunkan, totaling 8 pieces. The quality of the salmon at "Uo Isshin" here is quite good for packaged sushi. It was very delicious. The area around the hotel is "Toyomizu Susukino," so there are plenty of dining options for exploring new restaurants on "Tabelog," but being on a budget, I can't eat out every day. If I want to have decent sushi in Susukino at night, it would cost more than this, so I'll have to wait for another opportunity to visit. Thank you for the meal. By the way, there used to be an eat-in store for "Uo Isshin" on the 3rd floor of this AEON. It was unfortunate that it closed, but I'm glad that this takeout tenant is still surviving.
