In Sapporo City, Higashi-ku, there is a bakery called Flash Sound. I bought lemon cream cheese, walnut bread, garlic French bread, and melon bread rusks. It was my first time visiting since they relocated. There weren't many options in the evening, but I decided to buy some anyway. There were some bread varieties that I wouldn't normally choose, but they were delicious. Thank you for the meal. Flash Sound Bakery is located at 7-1-2 Higashi 7, Kita 28, Higashi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido. #FlashSound #Higashi-ku #HokkaidoGourmet #SapporoGourmet #HokkaidoBread #SapporoBread

In the popular bakery in Higashi-ku! The atmosphere of the customer service is good, but currently it seems that taking photos inside the store is not allowed. This time, I purchased baguettes and croissants. The croissant had a perfect balance of elasticity, fluffiness, and crispiness. The wheat had a light fragrance, with a moderate buttery taste and a subtle saltiness. The baguette was also delicious, with a matured flavor and a size that makes it easy to use in cooking. It truly is a bakery with great skills.

Visited a bakery in a residential street in March 2023. The small shop had a nice balance of savory, dessert, and hard breads that all looked delicious. I bought a baguette this time. The crust was crispy and the dough was soft and smooth, not getting squashed when I cut it with a knife. It had a good aroma. When I ate it, the crust was crispy and just to my liking. The dough was soft and moist. It was a long time since I had such a delicious baguette, and I was very satisfied. ♫

Located in a residential area, this small shop can be hard to spot due to the snow mountain. The shop offers: - Melon Pan (120 yen): Small in size, with a crispy surface and fluffy inside. - An Butter (210 yen): A butter and sweet red bean filling with a mild sweetness. - Dark Cherry (210 yen): Not tasted yet, but there have been reports of it being delicious after a long time. No photography allowed inside the shop. (As of February 2023)

I recently started eating bread as a snack secretly from those around me and ended up gaining weight, so I'm Full Rokuro. I found another delicious-looking shop in the neighborhood and decided to visit. I was told that I couldn't take photos inside the store, so I will only post the items I purchased. I bought a Garlic French Bread for 140 yen. It was left out naked, so I was worried it might be hard, and indeed, it was a tough bread that made my jaw tired. I planned to eat it in the car, but ended up warming it up a bit at work. It was originally on the harder side and slightly overcooked, with a feeling of disappointment. Unfortunately, I couldn't put it in a bag right after it was made. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this bakery for the first time after they relocated! The bread was freshly baked, so it was still warm when I got home (happy). I went there early, so not all the bread was available yet, but it was being baked one after another. They had 7 types of savory/sweet bread, 1 type of white bread, and 2 types of hard bread. I was interested in the chocolate Danish, croissant, the famous chunky curry bread, tomato curry bread, and cream donut, but ended up only buying 2 (there were too many tempting options). I waited for the lemon and cream cheese bread that was almost ready (I was curious about lemon and cream cheese). The horse hoof-shaped hard bread was my favorite! The slight bitterness of the lemon went well with the cream cheese! It was quite firm for a hard bread, and tasted delicious. I also waited for the spinach and edamame focaccia, but it had a different shape than the focaccia I knew. It was soft and chewy, with more spinach than edamame. The flavors of the ingredients were not very strong. I prefer the bread to be a bit firmer (it became too soft after reheating). There were many types of bread available, but I couldn't decide on one, and ended up choosing two. They had a lot of bread with cream cheese or cheese (and many with beans), which made it hard to choose. It reminded me of the selection at Rolllpang or Donq.

It's a lovely bakery in Sapporo. I'm just about to head back. In the morning, I went to Round One with my grandchild. I wanted to go to a ramen shop, so I quickly left and met up with my second daughter and her husband for ramen. After parting ways, I spent an hour on my food log activity and stopped by Hotto Motto. My second daughter texted me, "You're at Hotto Motto, right?" She found out. She told me about a popular bakery nearby, so I decided to check it out. I used the navigation system but missed it at first. I went back and finally found it. It's located in a residential area. I missed the chance to take a picture because my phone didn't cooperate. I like tiger bean bread, so I got one. It's a hard bread. The lady there was talking rhythmically. I could hear a man's voice in the back. The hard bread I got had a crispy crust and a chewy inside. The initial aroma was nice. The raisins were just right, not too much. It may sound bad, but it's a delicious bakery.

I arrived at a bakery that is only open on Sundays aiming for a 12:00 opening time, but I was a little late and arrived at 12:20. There were already 18 people lined up... I tried waiting in line for a bit, but after 10 minutes without moving at all, I gave up quickly because I hate waiting in line. So, I went to another bakery instead. There was a sign saying no photos allowed inside, so I don't have any pictures, but they had a wide variety of hard bread. Everything looked delicious, so after much deliberation, I bought 5 items! - "Gratine" (270 yen): A bread topped with plenty of bacon, onions, and bechamel sauce, baked like a gratin. The creamy bechamel sauce was delicious! - "Chocotti" (151 yen): A moist bread with lots of chocolate! This is very chocolatey! I couldn't tell if I was eating bread or chocolate (laughs). Recommended for chocolate lovers! - "Garlic France" (129 yen): A French bread generously spread with garlic butter! Super garlicky! Recommended for garlic lovers! - "Salt Butter" (118 yen): A crispy texture with a simple flavor of butter and salt. The texture changes as you eat it! It's a type of salt bread that I've never had before and it's delicious! - "Orange Bread" (313 yen): Limited to weekends and holidays, this bread made with Hokkaido wheat and warm Wenzhou oranges was intriguing, so I bought it. I couldn't imagine the taste of bread with oranges, but the juicy sweetness of the Wenzhou oranges was fresh and delicious. There were many other breads that caught my eye, so I would like to visit again to buy more! Thank you, "Flash" bakery!

I visited the bakery to buy lunch, but it had moved without me knowing. I ended up buying "Chocolate Damand," "Cheese Curry Donut," "Luxurious Thick-cut Bacon France," "Sliced Bread (8 slices)," and "Ume Shiso Chicken Croque Monsieur." They all looked delicious, and I might have bought too much. I enjoyed them all at work, they were all delicious and disappeared in no time. I would like to go back and buy more. Thank you for the meal٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶

On a Sunday morning stroll in the city, I walked from Motomachi Station on the Toho Line to explore the area around the Hokko Line and visited "Bakery Flash Sound" for the first time. They open from 9 am even on Sundays and holidays. I was the second customer to enter the hidden detached house store in a residential area. The store is smaller than before, with around 30 types of bread. I bought the "Cheese Curry Donut @160" which had croutons on the surface, giving it an impressive appearance like Godzilla's egg. The dough was thick, but the curry flavor was not too strong, making it suitable even for children. I also got the "Five Kinds of Dried Fruits @290 (limited to weekends and holidays)" which looked promising but the crust was softer than expected. It was on the sweeter side with plenty of dried fruits, and adding nuts would have made it more satisfying. The product lineup seemed to have changed slightly due to the relocation, but I noticed other interesting items as well. I will definitely stop by again when I am in the area. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this bakery after going to eat Chinese food from mainland China for the first time in February 2021. It seems like they have moved to a location slightly away from their old store. The bread here, whether it's savory or sweet, is delicious. Today, my family chose all sweet bread items. I think they might be for my breakfast or lunch. I asked my family to buy my favorite item for me, the "Hokkaido wheat baguette" for 250 yen (excluding tax), available only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. The baguette here also has a delicious crust. I truly believe that baguettes are meant to be eaten with the crust. I think any bread you eat here is delicious.

On my day off, I was thinking of buying some bread, but my mother noticed and asked me to buy some for her too. So I decided to go to this place that I had been curious about since it had recently moved. I parked my car in the front parking lot and entered the shop. The shop was bright and the staff were friendly. There were delicious-looking bread displayed on the shelves, but it seemed like there were fewer options compared to before. I still purchased a few types of bread that caught my eye. One was a bread with red bean paste and cheese cream, with a chewy texture and sesame kneaded into the dough. Inside, there was red bean paste and cream cheese, creating a nice balance of sweetness and saltiness. The sesame added a nice aroma as well. Another bread I bought was a bean paste bun with sweet red bean paste sandwiched between the dough and the skin. The beans were slightly firm, allowing you to enjoy the texture. The dough itself had a hint of saltiness amidst the sweetness. I also tried their thick French toast, which was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, with a good amount of sweetness for a dessert-like experience. While the breads were consistently delicious, I didn't find the ones I was looking for this time, so I look forward to trying more on my next visit.

On a certain weekend, I stopped by my hometown and visited a relatively new bakery that I learned about from a respected reviewer. The bakery is located in a residential area with a small parking lot that can fit about two cars. The compact store was packed with a variety of delicious bread on display for sale, although I later found out that photography inside the store was prohibited. From the menu, I chose a few items that caught my eye. The "Salted Kombu Cheese Bread" was a hard bread that had a hint of cheese, but the flavor of salted kombu was not very prominent. The "Honey Toast" was a thick slice of bread topped with honey, but it became quite hard, making it difficult for my parents to eat. They still appreciated the gentle sweetness of the honey. The "Salted Butter Bread" was smaller and firmer than average, and the "Walnut Bread" had a slightly dry texture with walnuts scattered throughout, making it a recommended choice for walnut lovers. Lastly, the "White Bread" was unexpectedly soft and had a pleasant elasticity to the base dough, which I personally enjoyed as it was not overly sweet like many other popular breads. For those tired of high-end sweet bread trends, this bakery offers a different kind of bread experience. Thank you for the meal.

The bakery has moved and reopened. Last time I couldn't buy anything because it was their day off ( ̄▽ ̄;) so this time I got my revenge. I bought a croissant! The other bread looked too hard overall, except for the sandwich bread, so I avoided them (sweat) and the color seemed too dark, like they were overbaked. What impressed me was the croissant dough! How many layers of ultra-thin dough did they bake? It's so beautifully swirled. However, it seems like they baked it too long because it crumbles and falls apart when you bite into it (sweat). The taste is really delicious, but be careful because the pieces keep falling off when you eat it (*^^*)

Bacon France is a bit salty but tasty, Salt Butter 110 is cheap. The salt is a bit light, chewy and delicious. The peanuts are intense but delicious. Carbohydrates are on the higher side.

I always make sure to buy the shokupan. It is a soft bread with a good melt-in-your-mouth texture. I like that it is not too sweet. It seems that soft bread is a favorite.

You can really taste the flavor of the wheat. When you lightly toast the walnut bread, it becomes crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and delicious with a nice aroma.
