The conditions are difficult. It's fine if you're alone, but starting alone and waiting for someone who is late makes it impossible to start. It seems that starting together with two people is the norm. For more details, please ask the staff. Started with a green tea highball. The appetizer was namako, kikurage, yamakurage, and enoki mushrooms. Ended as the agreed time approached. Will come back slowly. (September 2023)

Today's order - Sapporo Classic, Mt. Fuji Lemon Sake, Napa Cabbage Salad, Fried Horse Mackerel, Simmered Beef Tripe, Grilled Pork, Umeshu, Chicken Skin with Ponzu. The Fried Horse Mackerel is freshly fried and fluffy, delicious! The Grilled Pork and Napa Cabbage Salad are definitely recommended from the menu. In conclusion, everything is delicious! Wanted to order Potato Salad but it was sold out. Will visit again next time. Thank you for the meal.

I visited this restaurant out of curiosity as I often passed by it. It was quiet in the early afternoon, but there were young people enjoying daytime drinking inside. I tried their specialty grilled pork tongue and some drinks. The grilled pork tongue was okay in taste. The drinks were served with a measuring system, and I ended up paying more than expected. Also, there were flying insects inside the restaurant, which was quite bothersome.

I went here after having tonkatsu. I was curious about this place. It allows smoking. I visited around 10 pm. It wasn't smoky at all, so maybe the amount of smoke depends on the time and luck. The motsu-ni looks light but tastes rich. It's delicious. The chicken broth oden tsukune is chewy. The broth is tasty. The lemon sour is 190 yen for 1 memory. The mini-size carbonated water for mixing is cute. It's nice that you can adjust the strength yourself. I thought it's a place that is easy to visit whether it's your first or second stop.

Since 2019, this was my visit to the restaurant. The appetizer was Menma, flavored with sesame oil. The Fuji Mountain cabbage salad was fresh and tasty, with a delicious dressing and salted kelp that complemented it well. The simmered motsu had a good salty flavor and was well cooked. The Unzen ham cutlet was thick and juicy, best enjoyed dipped in soy sauce. The grilled pork tongue skewer had a firm texture and a secret sauce that was added to it. The pork chop skewer was also thick and tasty. The pickled cucumber dish seemed a bit lacking in cucumbers for its price. The grilled stingray fin had a bit too much burnt parts. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed due to the size of the floor, but overall, the food tasted better than my previous visit. Thank you for the meal.

On this day, the main purpose was to visit my mother who was hospitalized in Sapporo. The hospital has transitioned to a more relaxed environment due to the fifth level of COVID-19 restrictions being lifted, which is very much appreciated. After spending about an hour there, I had some other errands to run. By the time everything was done, it was already past 1 PM and I found myself near Odori Park. I decided to climb Mount Fuji for a light drink. The interior of the restaurant had high ceilings with a central counter seat facing each other, surrounded by table seats. I sat at the end of the counter and ordered a draft beer. The staff showed me a QR code, indicating that I could order using my smartphone from now on, which was convenient. For food, I ordered a cabbage salad, grilled pork, and chicken liver skewers, along with the usual bamboo shoot simmered dish. As I looked through the menu, I noticed a variety of sour drinks to choose from. The cabbage salad arrived in just 5 minutes, and it was crunchy and delicious. The grilled pork was tender and flavorful, but lacked the charred taste you would expect from skewers. The portion of the simmered offal dish was small, but tasty. I decided to add chicken liver sashimi and daikon radish stew to my order. I also tried a highball and then ordered the recommended "Mount Fuji Lemon Sake" with soda. The lemon sake was sweet and refreshing, but be careful not to add too much soda as it can overpower the taste. The chicken liver sashimi was cooked at a low temperature and seasoned, while the daikon radish stew had a comforting taste. After spending about an hour and settling the bill, I found that the total cost was reasonable considering the amount of food and drinks I had. I believe around 3,000 yen is enough to enjoy a meal here, and I look forward to coming back for a lunchtime drink next time. I will definitely order the cabbage salad and lemon sake again.

I came here for drinks today because I made a reservation for karaoke last time and it's free if you reserve in advance. I ordered a beer first, then some fried potatoes and edamame. The edamame was warm and salty, very delicious. I had trouble ordering my second drink through the smartphone system, so I ended up calling a staff member to help. I had a Bai's cocktail and a ginger ale mixed drink. We also ordered sashimi, avocado salad (really tasty), and liver sashimi (good but not amazing). The bill came out to over 3000 yen for one person. The table was a bit small and the seating by the window was not very comfortable. We still have time before karaoke, so we'll head there next. Cheers! 🍻

Visited the restaurant before going to the reserved place to kill time. Despite being advertised as a casual bar, it is actually located on the second floor of a building and you order using a trendy QR code system. I ordered a Red Star beer for 660 yen, grilled pork skewers for 190 yen, and a starter dish for 310 yen. While I was drinking my beer, a young person at the neighboring table started smoking. I quickly finished my beer and paid the bill. I left the restaurant after only having the beer and the starter dish since they said the grilled pork skewers couldn't be canceled after being cooked. It seems that smoking is allowed in all seats, and the place smells strongly of cigarettes. Overall, I would rate it low.

This place is really nice - cozy atmosphere and delicious food. The Fuji-san lemon sour is incredibly tasty, and the oden is also highly recommended. We were so engrossed in chatting that we forgot to take photos, but we had a great time and everyone enjoyed it. Thanks for the meal! \(^o^)/

A little east of Daimon Station, there is an izakaya that also serves lunch. The interior design resembles a public bath and looks clean as it is a new establishment. They offer lunch menus with options like daily specials and fish dishes. I tried the fish lunch which was only 680 yen and included grated daikon, hijiki, and pickles. The fish, hokke, was cooked just right and very tasty. The miso soup had a unique sweetness from the cabbage. It seems to be popular among office workers due to its affordable prices. Just be aware that credit cards are not accepted for lunch menus (not sure if it's a policy or not).

I had been curious about this place for a while. It was almost full of customers having lunch and drinks during the day. It was my first time trying Kinomiya and it was delicious! I had to be careful with how much I ate and drank since I have plans later, but the oden was incredibly tasty. The only downside was the smell of cigarettes, but overall it was a comfortable place to be in. I will definitely visit again! Thank you for the great experience!

Draft beer, complimentary potato salad, simmered beef tendon, assorted skewers of 5 pieces - Today's second bar is Fujiyama, a popular bar. Perfect for solo drinking. They also offer all-you-can-drink. But this time, I ordered individual items. I ordered potato salad and got simmered beef tendon as a service for being a LINE friend. I also ordered an assorted skewer and slowly enjoyed my drinks until closing time. Ordering is done through a QR code, but it was not very responsive and difficult to use.

First visit on 09/06/2022. I was intrigued by the lunch sign, so I visited Oshukai Izakaya Fujisan for the first time. It's on the second floor up the stairs. Quite a few customers inside. When I entered the store, I noticed a strong smell of cigarettes. It seems like there is no smoking area during lunchtime. I had already entered the store, so I couldn't turn back. I ordered the Fish Set Meal for 680 yen. Today's fish was marinated salmon. The set meal comes with unlimited rice. It includes rice, fish, miso soup, menma pickles, macaroni salad, fried tuna, simmered hijiki seaweed, totaling 8 items. This price for this content is fantastic. The marinated salmon was delicious. The service was good, and the food was served quickly. The only downside is that smoking is allowed. It's really disappointing to have cigarette smoke and smell during the meal. The food was good, but the smoking policy brings down the rating. I hope they can have a non-smoking area at least during lunchtime. Hmm, smoking allowed lowers the rating. Thank you for the meal.

I went aiming for the Fujiyama Lunch which I couldn't miss for the third time. I was sure that if I could get in when they opened, I could definitely order the seafood bara chirashi bowl that I always wanted. I finished my other errands quickly, and even had about 10 minutes to spare, so I smoked an iQOS cigarette at the Vegas Vegas smoking area. The anticipation was so high that the iQOS had an incredible pull. At exactly 12 o'clock, I rushed in as soon as they opened. Finally, I was able to order the seafood bara chirashi bowl. This is the best cost performance for only 500 yen. Thank you for the meal.

Before drinking in Sapporo, I did some research on Tabelog. I picked a few places, but the one I wanted to go to was closed on Sundays. I found this place where I could drink Kinmiya shochu, so I visited around 6 pm. It's not too far from JR Sapporo Station. When I said I was alone, I was seated at the counter. The rest of the seats were almost full. I always think that the energy level of drunk customers at izakayas in Sapporo is unusually high. In Chiba, everyone drinks more calmly. But I'm a foreigner here. I have to patiently endure until I catch up with their energy level. I ordered a large Kinmiya shochu with soda. It seemed like all further orders were placed through a QR code reader on a smartphone. Since I couldn't do that, I placed all my orders verbally. I got a sashimi platter for around 594 yen, pork skewers for around 160 yen, tomato skewers for the same price, and a Hokkaido specialty ramen salad for around 500 yen. The Kinmiya shochu was served with extra soda already mixed in, and after drinking 3-4 cups, I started feeling good. The staff were all women wearing white chef's jackets, which made them look a bit like pharmacists. The service was friendly, and I was getting used to the atmosphere, so I felt comfortable. When I paid and it was less than 3,000 yen, I couldn't help but comment on how cheap it was, and they seemed happy. Maybe it had nothing to do with that, but they even waved goodbye as I left the restaurant.

The restaurant opened at 12 o'clock, but I entered around 12:30. Unfortunately, the limited 10 servings of seafood bara chirashi bowl were sold out. The lady at the table next to me looked so happy while enjoying her seafood bara chirashi bowl and chatting about lunch. I felt sad. Last time, I had sushi for lunch, so this time I opted for the daily special lunch set. The set meal came with free rice refills, and since I have a big appetite, I ended up getting two extra helpings of rice. Fujiyama is really good value for money, and the rice is delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Seafood bara chirashi bowl for 500 yen. The store opens at 12 o'clock. I arrived around 1 o'clock. The restaurant is on the second floor, so you can't see inside until you enter and go up the stairs. As expected, it was almost full during lunchtime in the middle of Odori. Of course, the limited seafood bara chirashi bowl was sold out... I ended up getting the sushi lunch for 790 yen. Next time, I'll try to come a bit earlier to aim for the limited item.

Sometimes I feel like eating thin potato fries... When I was in Odori, the thin restaurant that came to mind was here. I climbed the stairs and started drinking alone! The ordering system has changed to QR codes, right? It has been increasing lately. I ordered thin potato fries with the QR code, but the drink menu did not appear. As I was wondering about it, the staff came to take my order. They explained that they always ask about the drinks first because they are not sure if you want all-you-can-drink or single orders. They should have told me that from the beginning... But they didn't ask if I wanted all-you-can-drink. Can one person not order all-you-can-drink? I used to come here because the all-you-can-drink was cheap, but has it changed now? I had tuna, yuba, and beer. Finally enjoying the thin potato fries. I had another round with oolong highball. Looking at the menu, it seems like you order shochu and choose the mixer... but on the QR code menu, you can easily choose oolong highball. It was nice. I paid and hurried down the steep stairs, thinking about taking a photo, but then I heard the staff saying "Thank you!" and I was so surprised that I almost fell over. I had no choice but to leave without taking a photo. Things have changed in various ways. I hadn't been here for a while. I might come back someday. That's how I feel.

◼️Popular Izakaya Fujiyama / Fujiyama Otoshi 285 yen all-you-can-drink 1,078 yen Potato fries 430 yen Red ginger tempura 397 yen Umeshu 386 yen Salmon sashimi 496 yen I was recommended this popular izakaya Fujiyama by a follower ❤️ They offer all-you-can-drink during lunch ❤️ I went there for a quick drink ❤️ For the all-you-can-drink, you need to order at least 2 items per person ❤️ We drank to our heart's content with two people, only 2,200 yen per person ❤️ So cheap~ ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The alcohol was a bit weak, but when we asked for it stronger, they provided us with a very strong drink ❤️ Thank you very much ❤️ We drank a lot of super strong green juice highballs ❤️❤️❤️ From the window seat, I could see my beloved ZARA view ❤️❤️❤️ There were a lot of customers even on a weekday afternoon ❤️ It's a very popular place ❤️ The waitresses were also very friendly ❤️ I would like to visit again ❤️ Thank you for the meal ❤️ Now, on to the 4th place, GOGO ❤️···· Oh, I forgot ❣️ Additional note ❤️ I am someone who only drinks alcohol and does not smoke cigarettes ❤️ I love going to izakayas, drinking alcohol, my whole family are heavy smokers, and many of my friends are heavy smokers too, but it doesn't bother me at all ❤️ However, smoking is allowed inside the restaurant, so for those who cannot stand cigarette smoke, it might be a problem... The cigarette smoke inside was quite strong. There is a lot of prejudice against smokers, right? But ❤️ everyone is free to do as they please ❤️ everyone is different ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ I think it's okay to enjoy what you like ❤️ I want to drink with smokers too ❤️ I don't like the smell of cigarettes, though ❤️ Of course ❤️ I absolutely cannot stand littering cigarette butts ❤️

Located between Odori and Susukino, Fujiyama is a great izakaya with the best cost performance for lunch. It is on the 2nd floor of the K23 building. The interior has a retro atmosphere, bright lighting, and high ceilings, making it feel spacious. Orders can be made by scanning the QR code on the table with your smartphone. The staff are friendly and energetic. It is a rare smoking-friendly establishment nowadays. They only accept cash for lunch.
